Description
Application of Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act Exhibited at the Exterior Exhibition 2018 held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center from April 20, 2018 to April 21, 2018.
The present invention relates to a cap tree and a construction method using the cap tree.
Conventionally, a skeleton is formed of reinforced concrete or blocks in order to provide a fence on the exterior of a house, and a cap tree is attached to the upper part of the skeleton so as to cover the upper end surface of the skeleton for the purpose of protecting and decorating the fence. Is being done. As a method of arranging the caps, for example, a caps previously formed of resin material, metal material, concrete, etc. are fixed to the upper part of the skeleton via a bracket or cement, or a craftsman at the site uses mortar to fix the upper part of the fence. A method of forming and arranging a cap tree is known.
Since the fence provided by the conventional construction method has a large weight of reinforced concrete, concrete, mortar, etc., the weight of the entire fence has been large. Generally, a wall provided on an exterior or the like is provided on a foundation that is simpler than a building, and a wall with a large weight is not suitable for a place where the ground is weak. Further, in the conventional method of arranging the caps, it takes time to knead and dry the concrete or mortar, and the construction period is long. Further, since the construction period is long, the wages by the workers are high, and the cost of concrete or mortar itself is high, so that the cost is high.
The present invention has been made to solve at least a part of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to propose a cap tree on which a fence or a handrail can be easily provided, and a construction method using such a cap tree. I will do it.
(Form 1) According to Form 1, a cap tree attached to the upper part of the skeleton is proposed, and the cap tree has a long shape extending in the longitudinal direction, and the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is the upper surface of the cap tree. Fastening tool to the plurality of columns via the step of arranging the cap tree and at least one of the first leg portion and the second leg portion so that the above-mentioned mounting surface is placed on the upper end of the support column. Includes a step of fixing the cap tree to the plurality of columns by fastening the caps. According to the seventh embodiment, a fence, a handrail, or the like can be easily provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings described below, the same or corresponding components are designated by the same reference numerals and duplicated description will be omitted. The cap tree of the present embodiment is used by being attached to the upper part of the skeleton, and can be used, for example, to provide a fence or a handrail. However, the cap tree of the present embodiment is not limited to being used for a fence or a handrail, and may be used by being attached to the upper part of another skeleton such as a wall of a building or a parapet.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a cap tree according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the cap tree of FIG. In addition, in FIG. 2, a part of the upper surface of the Kasagi 10 is enlarged and shown together. As shown in the figure, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
Further, as shown by enlarging a part in FIG. 2, a plurality of
The
Further, on the side surface of the
The
The
The
With such a configuration, the
In the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the connection portion between the
Next, a method of constructing a fence, a handrail, or the like using the
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the
As described above, in the
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the siding (panel) 106 is attached to the side surface of the
As described above, in the construction method of the present embodiment, since the
