Description
当該受信された信号を解析して、多目標の状況または単一目標の状況が存在するかどうかを判定するステップと、
単一目標の状況のときは、サブアレイで受信された信号の位相を測定して2つのサブアレイ間の位相オフセットを計算するステップと、
当該計算された位相オフセットに基づいて2つの受信ユニットの位相を較正するステップとを備えることを特徴とする。
当該受信された信号を解析して、多目標の状況または単一目標の状況が存在するかどうかを判定するステップと、
単一目標の状況のときは、当該受信された信号の位相を測定して、現実のアレイと仮想的なアレイとの間の位相オフセットを計算するステップと、
当該計算された位相オフセットに基づいて2つの送信ユニットの位相を較正するステップとを備えることを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- レーダセンサの2つの受信ユニット(18)を較正する方法であって、
前記レーダセンサは、複数の受信アンテナ(E1~E8)からなる2つのサブアレイ(22,24)によって構成されたアレイ(20)と、前記受信アンテナ(E1~E8)で受信された信号間の位相差に基づいて、探知されたレーダ目標の角度推定を行うように構成された解析装置(32)と、制御ユニット(36)とを備え、
各受信ユニット(18)は、前記サブアレイ(22,24)のうちのいずれか1つの当該複数の受信アンテナの信号のための並列な受信経路を有し、
前記方法は、前記制御ユニット(36)により実施される方法であり、
当該受信された信号を解析して、多目標または単一目標の状況が存在するかどうかを判定するステップと、
単一目標の状況のときは、前記サブアレイ(22,24)で受信された信号の位相を測定して前記2つのサブアレイ(22,24)間の位相オフセット(Δφ)を計算するステップと、
当該計算された位相オフセットに基づいて前記2つの受信ユニット(18)の位相を較正するステップと、
を備え、
前記2つのサブアレイは、複数の第1の受信アンテナ(E1~E4)からなる第1のサブアレイ(22)と、複数の第2の受信アンテナ(E5~E8)からなる第2のサブアレイ(24)とを有し、
前記位相オフセット(Δφ)を計算する当該ステップは、
前記複数の第1の受信アンテナ(E1~E4)の位置に応じて、前記複数の第1の受信アンテナ(E1~E4)でそれぞれ受信された信号の位相の測定結果に適合する直線を決定するステップと、
当該決定された直線を前記第2のサブアレイ(24)について外挿することにより、前記複数の第2の受信アンテナ(E5~E8)でそれぞれ受信された信号の位相を推定するステップと、
当該推定された位相と、前記複数の第2の受信アンテナ(E5~E8)でそれぞれ受信された信号の測定された位相とを比較することにより前記位相オフセット(Δφ)を算出するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、角度推定関数の品質を評価して、多目標の状況または単一目標の状況が存在するかどうかを判定する、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記2つのサブアレイ(22,24)について個別の角度推定関数を構成し、各角度推定関数の品質を評価する、方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
複数の連続した周波数ランプのシーケンスにしたがって各測定サイクルで送信信号を変調するFMCWレーダセンサについて、
前記周波数ランプのいずれか1つについて各測定サイクルで位相オフセットを検出し、当該検出された位相オフセットを統計的に評価して位相較正のための補正値を生成する、方法。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、各測定サイクルで位相較正を行う、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法であって、各測定サイクルにおいて、同一の測定サイクル内で前記位相較正で得られた複数の位相補正値に基づいて角度推定を行う、方法。
- レーダセンサであって、
2つの受信ユニット(18)と、複数の受信アンテナ(E1~E8)からなる2つのサブアレイ(22,24)によって構成されたアレイ(20)と、前記複数の受信アンテナ(E1~E8)で受信された信号間の位相差に基づいて、探知されたレーダ目標の角度推定を行うように構成された解析装置(32)と、前記レーダセンサの機能を制御するための制御ユニット(36)とを備え、
各受信ユニット(18)は、前記サブアレイ(22,24)のうちのいずれか1つの当該複数の受信アンテナの信号のための並列な受信経路を有し、
前記制御ユニット(36)は、請求項1に記載の方法を実施するように構成されている、ことを特徴とするレーダセンサ。
