Claims (11)
- 外周がシーリングされた一対のモールドの間に形成されたキャビティの内部にチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマー組成物を注入する方法であって、
(a)固相の屈折率1.523~1.690、粘度20~1,000cps(25℃)のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマー組成物を準備する段階と;
(b)前記モノマー組成物を前記キャビティ内に大部分注入する段階と;
(c)前記(b)段階に続いてモノマー組成物をキャビティ内に注入しながらビジョン認識システムを用いて流面を感知し、設定された最終注入地点に流面が感知されるとモノマー組成物の注入を終了する段階と;
を含み、
前記ビジョン認識システムはモールドの輪郭と前記モールドに注入されるモノマー溶液の流面を撮影するものであり、モールドが注入位置にセッティングされた状態を感知するために、前記モールド輪郭の一部に位置する第1領域と、前記モールドの外側に位置した第2領域と、を設定することを特徴とする、
チオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。 - 前記ビジョン認識システムは、コントローラが、前記第1領域でモールドの輪郭が感知されると、設定された第1注入圧力でモノマー溶液の大部分をモールド内に注入した後、次いで、前記第1注入圧力よりも低い圧力で残量のモノマー溶液を注入しながら第2領域で流面が感知されるとモノマー溶液の注入を終了することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記第1及び第2領域ではモールドの輪郭及びモノマー溶液の流面を画素数の変化によって感知することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記第1領域には円弧状に仮想輪郭が表示され、前記第1領域でモールド輪郭の感知時に、撮影されたモールドの輪郭が前記仮想輪郭に一致するように撮影位置調整がなされ、前記第1領域の位置変化にしたがって第2領域の位置が共に移動して流面変化を感知することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記第1領域は、モールドの外周においてモールドのX方向情報及びY方向情報の両方を有する位置に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記モノマー組成物をモールド内に第1注入圧力で注入する段階では、モールド内キャビティ容積の70%~99%を注入することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記チオウレタン系光学材料用モノマー組成物は、ポリチオール化合物とポリイソシアネート化合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート化合物は、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタン-4,4-ジイソシアネート(H12MDI)、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、メチルシクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、トリレンジイソシアネート、フェニレンジイソシアネート、1,3,5-トリス(6-イソシアナト-ヘキシル)-[1,3,5]-トリアジン-2,4,6-トリオン(HDIトライマー)、o,m,p-キシリレンジイソシアネート(o,m,p-Xylene diisocyanate)及びテトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート(TMXDI)からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記ポリチオール化合物は、4-メルカプトメチル-1,8-ジメルカプト-3,6-ジチアオクタン、2,3-ビス(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-プロパン-1-チオール、2,2-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-1,3-プロパンジチオール、ビス(2-メルカプトエチル)スルフィド、テトラキス(メルカプトメチル)メタン;2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)プロパン-1,3-ジチオール、2-(2,3-ビス(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)プロピルチオ)エタンチオール、ビス(2,3-ジメルカプトプロパニル)スルフィド、ビス(2,3-ジメルカプトプロパニル)ジスルフィド、1,2-ビス(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-メルカプトプロパン、1,2-ビス(2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-メルカプトプロピルチオ)エタン、ビス(2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-メルカプトプロピル)スルフィド、2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-2-メルカプト-3-[3-メルカプト-2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-プロピルチオ]プロピルチオ-プロパン-1-チオール、2,2-ビス-(3-メルカプト-プロピオニルオキシメチル)-ブチルエステル、2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-3-(2-(2-[3-メルカプト-2-(2-メルカプトエチルチオ)-プロピルチオ]エチルチオ)エチルチオ)プロパン-1-チオール、(4R,11S)-4,11-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9,12-テトラチアテトラデカン-1,14-ジチオール、(S)-3-((R-2,3-ジメルカプトプロピル)チオ)プロパン-1,2-ジチオール、(4R,14R)-4,14-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9,12,15-ペンタチアヘプタン-1,17-ジチオール、(S)-3-((R-3-メルカプト-2-((2-メルカプトエチル)チオ)プロピル)チオ)プロピル)チオ)-2-((2-メルカプトエチル)チオ)プロパン-1-チオール、3,3’-ジチオビス(プロパン-1,2-ジチオール)、(7R,11S)-7,11-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9,12,15-ペンタチアヘプタン-1,17-ジチオール、(7R,12S)-7,12-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9,10,13,16-ヘキサチアオクタデカン-1,18-ジチオール、5,7-ジメルカプトメチル-1,11-ジメルカプト-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン、4,7-ジメルカプトメチル-1,11-ジメルカプト-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン、4,8-ジメルカプトメチル-1,11-ジメルカプト-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン、ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(3-メルカプトプロピオネート)、トリメチロールプロパントリス(3-メルカプトプロピオネート)、ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(2-メルカプトアセテート)、ビスペンタエリトリトール-エーテル-ヘキサキス(3-メルカプトプロピオネート)、1,1,3,3-テトラキス(メルカプトメチルチオ)プロパン、1,1,2,2-テトラキス(メルカプトメチルチオ)エタン、4,6-ビス(メルカプトメチルチオ)-1,3-ジチアン及び2-(2,2-ビス(メルカプトジメチルチオ)エチル)-1,3-ジチエタンからなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記チオウレタン系光学材料用モノマー組成物は、内部離型剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
- 前記モノマー組成物の注入が5℃~60℃の温度範囲で行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のチオウレタン系光学材料用モノマーのモールド自動注入方法。
