Claims (19)
- 回転式プレスのダイプレート(10)のキャビティ(12)を該回転式プレスにおいてプレスされるべき粉末材料で充てんするための充てんパイプ(28)を備える充てん装置(22)の粉末充てんレベルを静電容量によって測定するための装置であって、
第1の測定電極(56)が、前記第1の測定電極(56)と参照電極(28)との間に電界を形成できるように、前記充てんパイプ(28)上に配置され、前記参照電極(28)を有する第1の電気コンデンサを形成し、前記第1の測定電極(56)は、前記充てんパイプ(28)から遠ざかる方を向いた側において、接地電位にある導電性の保護シールド(62)によって覆われ、
前記第1の測定電極(56)は、非導電性の保持部(54)に配置され、前記保持部(54)は、前記充てんパイプ(28)上に配置されている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記保持部(54)は、前記充てんパイプ(28)のリセス(52)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の測定電極(56)が設けられた前記充てんパイプ(28)の前および/または後に位置する前記充てん装置(22)の導電性の充てんパイプ部分も、接地電位にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記参照電極(28)も、接地電位にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の測定電極(56)が設けられた前記充てんパイプ(28)も、接地電位にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記参照電極も、前記第1の測定電極(56)が設けられた前記充てんパイプ(28)上に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記参照電極(28)は、前記第1の測定電極(56)が設けられた前記充てんパイプ(28)によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第2の測定電極(58)が、前記充てんパイプ(28)上にさらに配置され、前記第2の測定電極(58)および前記参照電極(28)は、前記第2の測定電極(58)と前記参照電極(28)との間に電界を形成できるように、第2の電気コンデンサを形成し、前記第2の測定電極(58)の測定領域は、前記回転式プレスの動作時に前記充てんパイプ(28)に位置する粉末材料によって完全に覆われるように選択されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第3の測定電極(60)が、前記充てんパイプ(28)上にさらに配置され、前記第3の測定電極(60)および前記参照電極(28)は、前記第3の測定電極(60)と前記参照電極(28)との間に電界を形成できるように、第3の電気コンデンサを形成し、前記第3の測定電極(60)の測定領域は、前記回転式プレスの動作時に常に前記充てんパイプ(28)内の粉末材料の充てんレベルよりも上方に位置するように選択されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第3の測定電極(60)が、前記充てんパイプ(28)上にさらに配置され、前記第3の測定電極(60)および前記参照電極(28)は、前記第3の測定電極(60)と前記参照電極(28)との間に電界を形成できるように、第3の電気コンデンサを形成し、前記第3の測定電極(60)の測定領域は、前記回転式プレスの動作時に常に前記充てんパイプ(28)内の粉末材料の充てんレベルよりも上方に位置するように選択されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の測定電極(58)も、前記充てんパイプ(28)から遠ざかる方を向いた側において、前記導電性の保護シールド(62)によって覆われ、とくには完全に覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の測定電極(60)も、前記充てんパイプ(28)から遠ざかる方を向いた側において、前記導電性の保護シールド(62)によって覆われ、とくには完全に覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第2および/または前記第3の測定電極(58、60)も、前記充てんパイプ(28)から遠ざかる方を向いた側において、前記導電性の保護シールド(62)によって覆われ、とくには完全に覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の測定電極(58)は、前記非導電性の保持部(54)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の測定電極(60)は、前記非導電性の保持部(54)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第2および/または前記第3の測定電極(58、60)は、前記非導電性の保持部(54)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記回転式プレスの動作時に前記測定電極および参照電極を制御し、前記測定電極および参照電極(28)の測定データに基づいて前記充てんパイプ(28)内の粉末材料の充てんレベルを割り出す制御および評価装置(48)がさらに設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記測定および/または参照電極(28)は、実質的に可撓性でないPCB上に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 回転駆動装置によって回転させることができるロータを備えている回転式プレスであって、前記ロータは、当該回転式プレスの上側パンチ(14)のための上側パンチガイド(13)と、当該回転式プレスの下側パンチ(16)のための下側パンチガイド(15)と、前記パンチガイド(13、15)の間に配置されたダイプレート(10)とを有し、前記パンチは、前記ダイプレート(10)のキャビティ(12)と相互作用し、当該回転式プレスは、プレスされるべき粉末材料を前記ダイプレート(10)の前記キャビティ(12)へと加える充てん装置(22)をさらに備え、前記充てん装置(22)は、充てんパイプ(28)を備えており、当該回転式プレスは、動作時に前記ダイプレート(10)の前記キャビティ(12)内の粉末材料をプレスするように前記上側パンチ(14)および前記下側パンチ(16)と相互作用する少なくとも1つの上側プレス装置(30)および少なくとも1つの下側プレス装置(30)と、前記キャビティ(12)において生成されたペレットを排出する排出装置(40)とをさらに備える回転式プレスにおいて、
前記充てん装置(22)の粉末充てんレベルを静電容量によって測定するための請求項1乃至請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の装置(50)、を特徴とする回転式プレス。
