Description
本発明の一形態によれば、燃料電池車両(FCV)を派遣可能なFCV派遣システムが提供される。このFCV派遣システムは、複数のFCVを管理するためのFCV管理データベースを有するFCV管理装置を有するFCV管理機関と、前記複数のFCVの派遣を管理するための派遣管理データベースを有する派遣管理システムと、備える。前記派遣管理システムは、(a)前記FCV管理装置から、派遣可能なFCVの情報と前記派遣可能なFCVの有する燃料電池の出力の情報とを含む可派遣FCV情報を受信して、前記可派遣FCV情報を前記派遣管理データベースに登録し、(b)電力不足が発生している電力不足地域に配置されたコンピュータから、電力不足であることを示す情報と不足している電力の情報とを含む電力不足情報を受信し、(c)前記派遣管理データベースに登録された前記可派遣FCV情報と、前記電力不足情報とに基づいて、派遣可能なFCVの中から、前記電力不足地域における電力不足の解消に適した出力の燃料電池を有するFCVを選択し、(d)選択した前記FCVを前記電力不足地域に派遣することを要請する派遣要請を、前記FCV管理装置に送信する。
なお、本発明は以下の形態としても実現できる。
(1)本発明の一形態によれば、燃料電池車両(FCV)を派遣可能なFCV派遣システムが提供される。このFCV派遣システムは、複数のFCVを管理するFCV管理装置を有するFCV管理機関と、
前記複数のFCVの派遣を管理する派遣管理システムと、を備える。前記派遣管理システムは、(a)前記FCV管理装置から、派遣可能なFCVに関する可派遣FCV情報を受信し、(b)電力不足が発生している電力不足地域から、電力不足であることを示す電力不足情報を受信し、(c)前記可派遣FCV情報と前記電力不足情報とに応じて、前記電力不足地域における電力不足の解消に適したFCVを選択し、(d)選択した前記FCVを前記電力不足地域に派遣することを要請する派遣要請を、前記FCV管理装置に送信する。
このFCV派遣システムによれば、電力不足の解消に適したFCVの派遣要請をFCV管理機関に送信するので、災害時等に電力が不足する場所にFCVを派遣してその電力不足を解消することができる。
(2)上記FCV派遣システムにおいて、前記派遣管理システムは、FCVの派遣実績に応じて、電力不足が頻発する電力不足頻発地域と、前記電力不足頻発地域の電力不足を解消するのに要するFCVの情報と、を含むFCV配備案を、前記FCV管理機関に提案するようにしてもよい。
このFCV派遣システムによれば、派遣管理システムが、電力不足頻発地域の電力不足を解消するのに必要なFCVに関するFCV配備案をFCV管理機関に提案するので、電力不足に備えたFCVの適切な配備を実現できる。
(1)FCV-ID
「FCV-ID」は、燃料電池車両400を識別するためのIDである。
(2)FCVタイプ
「FCVタイプ」は、図2及び図3で説明したAタイプとBタイプのいずれであるかを示す。FCVタイプは、3種類以上を区別してもよい。また、FCVステーション200に配備されている燃料電池車両400がすべて同じタイプの場合には、「FCVタイプ」は登録不要である。
(3)水素タンク容量
「水素タンク容量」は、燃料電池車両400に搭載されている水素タンク420の容量を示す。
(4)FC出力
「FC出力」は、燃料電池車両400に搭載されている燃料電池システム410の定格出力電力を示す。
(5)配備場所
「配備場所」は、各燃料電池車両400が何処に存在して配備されているかを示す。
(6)現況
「現況」は、各燃料電池車両400が現時点で「可派遣」か、「派遣中」か、「派遣不可」かを示す。「可派遣」は、その燃料電池車両400が他の地域に派遣できる状態にあることを示している。「派遣中」は、その燃料電池車両400が他の地域に派遣されていることを示している。「派遣不可」は、「派遣中」以外の何らかの理由でその燃料電池車両400が派遣できないことを示している。例えば、燃料電池車両400が修理中である場合には、「派遣不可」となる。
Claims (2)
- 燃料電池車両(FCV)を派遣可能なFCV派遣システムであって、
複数のFCVを管理するためのFCV管理データベースを有するFCV管理装置を有するFCV管理機関と、
前記複数のFCVの派遣を管理するための派遣管理データベースを有する派遣管理システムと、
を備え、
前記派遣管理システムは、
(a)前記FCV管理装置から、派遣可能なFCVの情報と前記派遣可能なFCVの有する燃料電池の出力の情報とを含む可派遣FCV情報を受信して、前記可派遣FCV情報を前記派遣管理データベースに登録し、
(b)電力不足が発生している電力不足地域に配置されたコンピュータから、電力不足であることを示す情報と不足している電力の情報とを含む電力不足情報を受信し、
(c)前記派遣管理データベースに登録された前記可派遣FCV情報と、前記電力不足情報とに基づいて、派遣可能なFCVの中から、前記電力不足地域における電力不足の解消に適した出力の燃料電池を有するFCVを選択し、
(d)選択した前記FCVを前記電力不足地域に派遣することを要請する派遣要請を、前記FCV管理装置に送信する、
FCV派遣システム。 - 請求項1に記載のFCV派遣システムであって、
前記派遣管理システムは、FCVの派遣実績に応じて、電力不足が頻発する電力不足頻発地域と、前記電力不足頻発地域の電力不足を解消するのに要するFCVの情報と、を含むFCV配備案を、前記FCV管理機関に提案する、FCV派遣システム。
