次に、本発明の第5実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、電制御ユニット200で実施していた処理の一部をサーバ300によって実施させる点で、上記の各実施形態と相違する。以下、その相違点を中心に説明する。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と、
充放電可能なバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電力によって駆動される回転電機と、
を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
出発地から目的地までの予想経路上に1つ以上の経由地を設定して当該予想経路を複数の走行経路に分割すると共に各走行経路をさらに複数の走行区間に分割し、各走行区間を、前記バッテリの電力を主な動力源として走行するEVモード、又は前記内燃機関を主な動力源として走行するHVモードのいずれの走行モードで走行するかを設定した走行計画を作成する走行計画作成部と、
前記走行計画に従って走行モードを切り替える走行モード切替部と、
を備え、
前記経由地は、前記ハイブリッド車両の1トリップの終点であり、
前記走行計画作成部は、
各走行経路を前記EVモードで走破したときに消費される電力の推定値である経路消費電力を算出する経路消費電力算出部を備え、
前記経路消費電力が少ない走行経路から順に、その走行経路内の全ての走行区間の走行モードを前記EVモードに設定し、
前記経路消費電力が少ない走行経路から順に前記経路消費電力を加算していった加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力を超えた走行経路からはその走行経路内の全ての走行区間の走行モードを前記HVモードに設定した、経路走行計画を作成するように構成され、
前記走行計画作成部はさらに、
各走行区間を前記EVモードで走行する際の適正度を算出する適正度算出部と、
各走行区間を前記EVモードで走破したときに消費される電力の推定値である区間消費電力を算出する区間消費電力算出部と、
を備え、
前記適正度が高く、かつ前記区間消費電力が小さい走行区間から順に、走行モードを前記EVモードに設定し、
前記適正度が高く、かつ前記区間消費電力が小さい走行区間から順に前記区間消費電力を加算していった加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力を超えた走行区間からは走行モードを前記HVモードに設定した、区間走行計画を作成するように構成され、
前記走行モード切替部は、
前記区間走行計画において、前記HVモードに設定された走行区間が存在する各走行経路で消費される燃料量の総和である第1総消費燃料量が、前記経路走行計画において、全ての走行区間が前記HVモードに設定された各走行経路で消費される燃料量の総和である第2総消費燃料量よりも多いときは、前記経路走行計画に従って走行モードを切り替えるように構成される、
ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 内燃機関と、
充放電可能なバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電力によって駆動される回転電機と、
を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
出発地から目的地までの予想経路上に1つ以上の経由地を設定して当該予想経路を複数の走行経路に分割すると共に各走行経路をさらに複数の走行区間に分割し、各走行区間を、前記バッテリの電力を主な動力源として走行するEVモード、又は前記内燃機関を主な動力源として走行するHVモードのいずれの走行モードで走行するかを設定した走行計画を作成する走行計画作成部と、
前記走行計画に従って走行モードを切り替える走行モード切替部と、
を備え、
前記経由地は、前記ハイブリッド車両の1トリップの終点であり、
前記走行計画作成部は、
各走行区間を前記EVモードで走行する際の適正度を算出する適正度算出部と、
各走行区間を前記EVモードで走破したときに消費される電力の推定値である区間消費電力を算出する区間消費電力算出部と、
各走行経路を前記EVモードで走破したときに消費される電力の推定値である経路消費電力を算出する経路消費電力算出部と、
を備え、
前記経路消費電力が少ない走行経路から順に前記経路消費電力を加算していった第1加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力を超えるまでの走行経路に関しては、前記経路消費電力が少ない走行経路から順に、その走行経路内の全ての走行区間の走行モードを前記EVモードとしたEV経路に設定し、
前記第1加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力を超えた走行経路に関しては、その走行経路の中で前記適正度が高く、かつ前記区間消費電力が小さい走行区間から順に前記区間消費電力を加算していった第2加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力から前記EV経路の前記経路消費電力の合計値を減算した前記バッテリの余剰電力を超えるまでの走行区間を前記EVモードに設定し、
前記第2加算値が前記バッテリの余剰電力を超えた走行区間からは走行モードを前記HVモードに設定した、経路優先走行計画を作成するように構成される、
ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行計画作成部は、
前記適正度が高く、かつ前記区間消費電力が小さい走行区間から順に、走行モードを前記EVモードに設定し、
前記適正度が高く、かつ前記区間消費電力が小さい走行区間から順に前記区間消費電力を加算していった第3加算値が、前記バッテリの使用可能電力を超えた走行区間からは走行モードを前記HVモードに設定した、区間走行計画を作成するようにさらに構成され、
前記走行モード切替部は、
前記区間走行計画において、前記HVモードに設定された走行区間が存在する各走行経路で消費される燃料量の総和である第1総消費燃料量が、前記経路優先走行計画において、前記HVモードに設定された走行区間が存在する各走行経路で消費される燃料量の総和である第2総消費燃料量よりも多いときは、前記経路優先走行計画に従って走行モードを切り替えるように構成される、
請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1総消費燃料量、及び前記第2総消費燃料量は、それぞれ、走行のために消費される燃料量と、前記内燃機関の排気浄化触媒を暖機するために消費される燃料量と、の総和である、
請求項1又は請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記経路優先走行計画に従って走行モードを切り替えている場合において、前記EV経路以外の走行経路上の走行区間であって前記EVモードで走行するEV区間に設定されている走行区間を走行しているときは、当該走行経路において既に前記内燃機関の排気浄化触媒の暖機を行っており、かつ、当該走行経路上の残りの走行区間に前記HVモードで走行するHV区間が存在していれば、前記排気浄化触媒の温度が当該排気浄化触媒の排気浄化機能が活性化する活性化温度よりも高い所定の昇温基準温度未満になったときに、当該排気浄化触媒の温度を昇温させる触媒昇温制御を実施する触媒昇温制御部をさらに備える、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御は、前記EV経路以外の走行経路上の走行区間であって前記EV区間に設定されている走行区間を走行しているときに、前記内燃機関を所定時間だけ運転させる制御である、
請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記触媒昇温制御は、前記EV経路以外の走行経路上の走行区間であって前記EV区間に設定されている走行区間を走行しているときに、前記排気浄化触媒を表面に担持させた基材に電力を供給して、前記基材を所定時間だけ加熱させる制御である、
請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
