Description
Claims (12)
- ガス入口(3)及び複数のガス出口(4)を有するガス供給チャンバ(2)と、細長いガス吐出スロット(25)を有するガス吐出ノズル(8)とを備える、溶融コーティングによって金属ストリップ上に形成される金属コーティングの厚さを制御するためのガスワイピング装置(1)であって、
ガス供給チャンバ(2)のガス出口(4)が、ガス吐出ノズル(8)と流体接続されており、
ガス吐出ノズル(8)が、
鋭角を囲む第1及び第2プレート(20,21)を備えており、
外端においてエンドプレート(22,23)によって接続されており、
ガス吐出ノズル(8)の少なくとも一部を複数のガス吐出チャネル(30)に分割するセパレーターベーン(24)によって間隔を空けて接続されており、
ガス吐出チャネル(30)が、細長いガス吐出スロット(25)と流体接続されており、
複数のガス供給チャネル(5)が、ガス供給チャンバ(2)の複数のガス出口(4)と、ガス吐出ノズル(8)の複数のガス吐出チャネル(30)との間の流体接続のために設けられており、
ガス供給チャネル(5)の外端とガス吐出ノズル(8)との間に、フローチャンバ(7)が設けられている、ガスワイピング装置。 - 1つ以上のガス供給チャネル(5)が、1つ以上のガス供給チャネル(5)の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって2つ以上のサブチャネル(16)に分離されている、請求項1に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- 断面視において、サブチャネル(16)が、細長い形状を有する、請求項2に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- サブチャネル(16)の細長い形状が、ガス吐出ノズル(8)の細長いガス吐出スロット(25)と平行に延びている、請求項3に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- 1つ以上のガス供給チャネル(5)が、ガスの供給方向から見て、その外端に発散部(12)を備えている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- 1つ以上のガス供給チャネル(5)の発散部(12)が、少なくとも1つの方向において、10~20°の角度を囲む、請求項5に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- ガス供給チャンバ(2)が、細長いパイプを備えており、該細長いパイプが、該細長いパイプの外端にガス入口(3)を有するとともに、該細長いパイプの長さ方向に沿って複数のガス出口(4)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- 前記細長いパイプが、すべてのガス供給チャネル(5)を合わせた断面積以上の断面積を有する、請求項7に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- 前記細長いパイプが、ガス入口(2)の反対端に、ガス入口(3)の方向に突出するくさび形状の突出部(10)が設けられた端部閉鎖プレート(9)を備えている、請求項7又は8に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- ガス吐出ノズル(8)が、ガス吐出ノズル(8)のガスワイピング装置(1)への取り付けと、ガス吐出ノズル(8)のガスワイピング装置(1)からの取り外しを可能にする別個の部品として構成されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- ガス吐出ノズル(8)が、別個の部品のアセンブリであるか、単一の積層造形部品又は鋳造部品である、請求項10に記載のガスワイピング装置。
- セパレータベーン(24)の一端又は両端が、ガス吐出方向から見て、10~20°の角度で面取りされている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のガスワイピング装置。
