Description

Claims (11)
- 金属ストリップ(1)を取り扱うように構成されている、鋼ストリップの連続焼鈍ライン又は連続亜鉛めっきラインの冷却セクションであって、前記鋼ストリップにガスを噴射するようにセットされる、少なくとも1つの乾式冷却エリア(2)、並びに、前記鋼ストリップに液体又はガス及び液体の混合物を噴射するようにセットされる、少なくとも1つの湿式冷却エリア(5)を含み、
前記乾式冷却エリアと前記湿式冷却エリアとの間の雰囲気分離シール(4)も含み、
前記雰囲気分離シールは、3つの対のロール(8、9、10)を備え、該対のそれぞれは、前記金属ストリップの進行方向に対して横方向に設置され、前記3つの対のロールは、前記雰囲気分離シール内でそれらの間に、2つのエリア、すなわちそれぞれ、前記ストリップ進行方向に最初の2つの対のロール(8、9)間に、抽出手段(15)を有する、前記乾式冷却エリア(2)側に位置付けられる第1のエリア(11)、及び、前記ストリップ進行方向に2つの最後の対のロール(9、10)間に、不活性ガスを注入する手段(14)を有する、前記湿式冷却エリア(5)側に位置付けられる第2のエリア(12)を形成する、冷却セクション。 - 前記乾式冷却エリア及び前記湿式冷却エリアは垂直な経路に配置され、前記湿式冷却エリアは前記乾式冷却エリアの下に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の冷却セクション。
- 前記湿式冷却エリアの乾燥及びパージシステム(24、26、29)も含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却セクション。
- 前記湿式冷却エリアの前記乾燥及びパージシステムは、窒素を注入するように構成されている機器(27、28)を含む、請求項3に記載の冷却セクション。
- 前記湿式冷却エリアの前記乾燥及びパージシステムは、該湿式冷却エリアの壁を加熱するように構成されている機器(25)を含む、請求項3に記載の冷却セクション。
- 前記湿式冷却エリアの前記乾燥及びパージシステムは、該湿式冷却エリアにおいて下方に方向付けられるとともに該湿式冷却エリアの内壁に窒素を吹き付けるように構成されている窒素ナイフのシステムを含む、請求項3に記載の冷却セクション。
- 金属ストリップ(1)を取り扱うように構成されている、鋼ストリップの連続焼鈍ライン又は連続亜鉛めっきラインのための冷却方法であって、ガスが前記鋼ストリップに噴射される少なくとも1つの乾式冷却段階、及び、液体又はガス及び液体の混合物が前記鋼ストリップに噴射される少なくとも1つの湿式冷却段階を含み、前記乾式冷却段階及び前記湿式冷却段階をこの順で行い、
前記連続焼鈍ライン又は連続亜鉛めっきラインの加熱エリアから捕捉されるエネルギーを使用する、前記液体又はガス及び液体の混合物が前記鋼ストリップに噴射される湿式冷却エリアの乾燥及びパージ段階も含み、前記湿式冷却段階後に前記乾燥及びパージ段階を行う、
冷却方法。 - 前記液体は前記ストリップの酸化剤ではないことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、0.1質量%~6質量%の濃度を有するギ酸の水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、0.5質量%~2質量%の濃度を有するギ酸の水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスが前記鋼ストリップに噴射される乾式冷却エリアと前記湿式冷却エリアとの間に配置される雰囲気分離シールを使用する雰囲気分離段階も含み、該雰囲気分離段階は、前記雰囲気分離シールの第1のエリアにおける不活性ガス注入段階、及び、前記雰囲気分離シールの第2のエリアにおける抽出段階を含み、前記乾式冷却段階と前記湿式冷却段階の間に前記雰囲気分離段階を行う、請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
