以上のいずれかの態様のろ布で形成されたフィルタと、前記フィルタを内部に収納するバグフィルタケースと、を備える。前記バグフィルタケースは、ガスが流入する入口と、ガスが流出する出口とを有する。前記フィルタは、前記バグフィルタケース内を前記入口側の空間と前記出口側の空間と仕切り、且つ前記フィルタを形成する前記ろ布基材の前記第一面が前記入口側の空間を臨むよう、配置されている。
前記バグフィルタと、ガス発生源からのガスを前記バグフィルタの前記入口に導く上流側配管と、前記上流側配管中に、活性炭を含みHgの吸着能力を有する粒状の吸着剤を投入する吸着剤投入装置と、を備える。
複数の繊維で形成された一枚のろ布基材と、活性炭を含みHgの吸着能力を有する吸着剤を含有する吸着剤スラリーと、Hgの酸化を促進する能力を有する粒状の触媒を含有する触媒スラリーと、を準備する準備工程と、前記一枚のろ布基材で互いに相反する側を向く第一面と第二面とのうち、前記第一面に対して、前記第一面に対する前記第二面の側である下流側に向って、前記吸着剤スラリーを噴霧する吸着剤噴霧工程と、前記吸着剤噴霧工程後に、前記第一面に対して、前記下流側に向かって、前記触媒スラリーを噴霧する触媒噴霧工程と、を実行する。

Claims (8)
- 複数の繊維で形成された一枚のろ布基材と、
活性炭を含み、Hgの吸着能力を有する粒状の吸着剤と、
Hgの酸化を促進する能力を有する粒状の触媒と、
を備え、
前記吸着剤及び前記触媒は、前記ろ布基材に付着しており、
一枚の前記ろ布基材は、互に相反する側を向く第一面及び第二面を有し、
前記第一面における、前記吸着剤の密度に対する前記触媒の密度の割合は、前記第一面よりも前記第二面側である下流側の部分における、前記吸着剤の密度に対する前記触媒の密度の割合よりも高く、
前記吸着剤の密度に対する前記触媒の密度の割合が、前記下流側に向うに連れて次第に小さくなる領域を有する、
ろ布。 - 請求項1に記載のろ布において、
前記第二面上には、前記吸着剤及び前記触媒が付着していない、
ろ布。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のろ布において、
前記吸着剤は、前記活性炭とハロゲン化物とを含み、
前記ハロゲン化物が前記活性炭に添着しており、
前記ハロゲン化物と前記活性炭とで粒状の添着活性炭を形成している、
ろ布。 - 請求項3に記載のろ布において、
前記吸着剤は、粒状の前記添着活性炭と粒状の前記活性炭とが混在している、
ろ布。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のろ布で形成されたフィルタと、
前記フィルタを内部に収納するバグフィルタケースと、
を備え、
前記バグフィルタケースは、ガスが流入する入口と、ガスが流出する出口とを有し、
前記フィルタは、前記バグフィルタケース内を前記入口側の空間と前記出口側の空間と仕切り、且つ前記フィルタを形成する前記ろ布基材の前記第一面が前記入口側の空間を臨むよう、配置されている、
バグフィルタ。 - 請求項5に記載のバグフィルタと、
ガス発生源からのガスを前記バグフィルタの前記入口に導く上流側配管と、
前記上流側配管中に、活性炭を含みHgの吸着能力を有する粒状の吸着剤を投入する吸着剤投入装置と、
を備えるガス処理設備。 - 請求項6に記載のガス処理設備において、
前記ガス中のHg濃度を検知する濃度計と、
前記濃度計で検知されたHg濃度に応じて、前記吸着剤投入装置から前記上流側配管中に投入する前記吸着剤の量を制御する投入量制御装置と、
を備えるガス処理設備。 - 請求項7に記載のガス処理設備において、
前記バグフィルタの前記出口に接続されている下流側配管を備え、
前記濃度計は、前記下流側配管を流れるガス中のHg濃度を検知する、
ガス処理設備。
