Description
a)脂肪酸および/または脂肪酸エステルを含むフィードストックを提供する工程、
b)フィードストックを、2またはそれ以上の炭素鎖を有する一価のアルコールの存在下でエステル化反応に付す工程であって、脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを生じる工程、ただしここで、フィードストックが脂肪酸と2またはそれ以上の炭素鎖を有する一価のアルコールとのエステルを含む場合に、工程b)は任意であり、
c)脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを、金属酸化物ケトン化触媒の存在下でケトン化反応に付す工程であって、ケトン、アルケンおよび二酸化炭素を含む中間生成物流を生じる工程、ならびに、
d)アルケンを中間生成物流から分離する工程であって、アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流と分離されたアルケンとが生じる工程
を含む。
再生可能なベースオイル成分を含む、脱酸素化されたおよび異性化された生成物流を得るために、得られたアルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流を、水素化脱酸素化反応および水素異性化反応の両方に、同時にまたは順番に付す工程を含む。
グループI+:グループIであって、粘度指数が103~108であるもの
グループII+:グループIIであって、粘度指数が113~119であるもの
グループIII+:グループIIIであって、粘度指数が少なくとも140であるもの
a)脂肪酸および/または脂肪酸エステルを含むフィードストックを提供する工程、
b)一価のアルコールの存在下でのエステル化反応にフィードストックを付す工程であって、一価のアルコールが2またはそれ以上の長さの炭素鎖長を有し、脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを生じる工程、
c)脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを金属酸化物ケトン触媒の存在下で、ケトン化反応条件に付す工程であって、ケトン、アルケン、水および二酸化炭素を含む中間生成物流を生じる工程、ならびに
d)中間生成物流からアルケンを分離する工程であって、アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流および分離されたアルケンを生じる工程
を含む。
脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを含むフィードストックを提供する工程であって、一価のアルコールが2つまたはそれ以上の炭素を有する工程、
脂肪酸と一価のアルコールとのエステルを金属酸化物ケトン触媒の存在下で、ケトン化反応条件に付す工程であって、ケトン、アルケン、水および二酸化炭素を含む中間生成物流を生じる工程、ならびに
中間生成物流からアルケンを分離する工程であって、アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流および分離されたアルケンを生じる工程
を含む。
パルミチン酸エチルのケトン化のために適用された条件が表2に示されている。
パルミチン酸メチルのケトン化がパルミチン酸エチルの場合で上述されたように行われた。ガスクロマトグラフィー分析の結果が表5に示されている。
Claims (22)
- 生物学的起源のフィードストックから、再生可能なケトンおよび再生可能なアルケンを同時に製造するための方法であって、
a)脂肪酸および/または脂肪酸エステルを含む、生物学的起源のフィードストックを提供する工程、
b)前記フィードストックを、2またはそれ以上の炭素鎖を有する一価のアルコールの存在下でエステル化反応に付す工程であって、前記脂肪酸と前記一価のアルコールとのエステルを生じる工程、ただしここで、前記フィードストックが前記脂肪酸と前記2またはそれ以上の炭素鎖を有する一価のアルコールとのエステルを含む場合に、本工程b)は任意であり、
c)前記脂肪酸と前記一価のアルコールとの前記エステルを、金属酸化物ケトン化触媒の存在下でケトン化反応に付す工程であって、ケトン、アルケンおよび二酸化炭素を含む中間生成物流を生じる工程、ならびに、
d)前記アルケンを前記中間生成物流から分離する工程であって、アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流と分離されたアルケンとが生じる工程
を含む。 - 前記フィードストックを、前記工程b)の前に、水素化触媒の存在下で前水素化反応に付す工程をさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記フィードストックを前記工程b)の前に精製することを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前に、前記脂肪酸とおよび前記一価のアルコールとの前記エステルを精製する工程を含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前に、前記脂肪酸とおよび前記一価のアルコールとの前記エステルを、水素化触媒の存在下で前水素化反応に付す工程を含む請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケトン化触媒が、活性触媒材料としてTiO2を含む請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前記ケトン化反応を少なくとも部分的に液相で行うことを含む請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前記ケトン化反応が、100~500℃の範囲の温度で、および、大気圧~10MPaの範囲の圧力で、ケトン化触媒の存在下、行われる請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前記ケトン化反応が、300~400℃の範囲の温度で、および、0.5~3MPaの範囲の圧力で、ケトン化触媒の存在下、行われる請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前記ケトン化反応が、0.5~1.0kg CO2/kgエステルフィードのCO2フローの存在下で行われる請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)が、2またはそれ以上の炭素鎖長を有する一価のアルコールを、前記ケトン化反応へと添加することを含む請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間生成物流から二酸化炭素を分離することを含む請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 再生可能なワックスを製造するための方法であって、
請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のアルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流を製造する工程、および
前記アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流を、再生可能なワックスを得るために水素化脱酸素化反応に付す工程
を含む方法。 - 90wt%以上の飽和炭化水素、0.03wt%以下の硫黄および120以上の粘度指数を有するAPIのグループIIIベースオイル仕様を満たす、再生可能なベースオイルを製造するための方法であって、
請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のアルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流を製造する工程、および
前記アルケンが枯渇した中間生成物流を、再生可能なベースオイル成分を含む脱酸素化および異性化された生成物流を得るために、水素化脱酸素化反応および水素異性化反応の両方に、同時にまたは順番に、付される工程
を含む方法。 - 前記水素化脱酸素化反応が、100~500℃の範囲の温度;大気圧~20MPaの範囲の圧力で、水素化脱酸素化触媒の存在下で行われる請求項13または14記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱酸素化反応が、250~400℃の範囲の温度、0.2~8MPaの範囲の圧力、0.5~3h -1 の範囲のWHSV、および350~900nL H 2 /L feedのH 2 フローで、水素化脱酸素化触媒の存在下で行われる請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱酸素化に付すことおよび前記水素異性化反応に付すことが、順番に行われ、および、前記水素化脱酸素化および前記水素異性化のあいだにガスから液体を分離することを含む請求項14~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素異性化反応が、200~450℃の範囲の温度;1~15MPaの範囲の圧力で、水素異性化触媒の存在下で行われる請求項14~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素異性化反応が、250~400℃の範囲の温度、1~6MPaの範囲の圧力、0.5~3h -1 の範囲のWHSV、および100~800nL H 2 /L feedのH 2 フローで、第VIII族金属およびモレキュラーシーブを含む水素異性化触媒の存在下で行われる請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記再生可能なベースオイル成分を含む脱酸素化および異性化された生成物流を、蒸留された再生可能なベースオイル、および、液化石油ガス、ナフサおよびディーゼル/ジェット燃料のうちの1つまたは複数を得るために蒸留することを含む請求項14~19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記一価のアルコールが、2~20の炭素鎖長を有する請求項1~20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記一価のアルコールが、再生可能なアルコールである請求項1~21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
