Claims (4)
- 駆動源に結合する駆動軸と第1軸との間の動力の伝達・遮断を行う摩擦クラッチと、
前記第1軸によって動力が入力される変速機と、を備え、
前記変速機は、前記第1軸と平行に配置される第2軸と、
前記第1軸または前記第2軸の一方に相対回転不能に配置された固定ギヤと、
前記第1軸または前記第2軸の他方に相対回転可能に配置された遊転ギヤと、
前記第1軸または前記第2軸に結合し前記遊転ギヤの隣に並ぶ少なくとも2つの円環状のハブと、
前記ハブに対して軸方向に移動可能かつ回転不能に前記ハブの外周にそれぞれ配置されるクラッチリングと、を備え、
前記遊転ギヤは、軸方向の端面に第1ドグ歯が設けられ、
前記クラッチリングは、前記第1ドグ歯にかみ合う第2ドグ歯が軸方向の端面に設けられ、
前記ハブ、前記クラッチリング及び前記遊転ギヤの少なくとも1つは、前記第1ドグ歯に前記第2ドグ歯がかみ合うと、別の前記第1ドグ歯と別の前記第2ドグ歯とを離隔させる軸方向の推力を前記クラッチリングに加える推力発生部を備え、
前記駆動源の最大トルク(Nm)をx、前記摩擦クラッチの慣性モーメント(kgm2)をyとしたときに、y≦6×10-6xを満たす動力伝達装置。 - 前記摩擦クラッチは湿式多板クラッチである請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速機が収納される第1ケースと、前記摩擦クラッチが収納される第2ケースと、を備え、
前記第2ケースは、前記第1ケースと分離されている請求項2記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記摩擦クラッチおよび前記変速機が共に収納されるケースを備える請求項2記載の動力伝達装置。
