Claims (6)
- 排出ガス通路内で選択的触媒還元システムを使用して排出ガスを処理する方法であって,前記システムが,SCR触媒の上流側通路内における加水分解触媒と,ディーゼル排出流体(DEF)を可変のDEF投与率で加水分解触媒に噴射するためのDEF投与ユニットを備え,前記方法が:
・排出ガスに含まれる全ての窒素酸化物(NOx)を変換するための初期DEF投与率を予測するステップ;
・前記SCR触媒に貯蔵されるアンモニアの量を推定するステップ;
・前記システムにおけるNOx変換率を測定するステップ;
・初期DEF投与率を前記アンモニア貯蔵量の推定値及びNOx変換率の測定値に基づいて調整することにより,第1の調整されたDEF投与率を生成するステップ;
・前記加水分解触媒に貯蔵されているアンモニア等価体の量を推定するステップ;
・前記第1の調整されたDEF投与率をアンモニア等価体の貯蔵量推定値に基づいて調整することにより,第2の調整されたDEF投与率を生成するステップ;並びに
・該第2の調整されたDEF投与率によりDEFを噴射するステップ;
を備える方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって,排出ガス中のNOxを検出するに先立って,DEFを前記加水分解触媒に噴射する初期ステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって,前記NOx変換率が増加する際に,前記第2の調整されたDEF投与率を増加するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって,前記NOx変換率が減少する際に,前記第2の調整されたDEF投与率を減少するステップを更に備える方法。

・排出ガス温度の増加が,前記計算された時間に亘って維持され,又はこれを超える場合に,前記第2の調整されたDEF投与率を徐々に減少させるステップ;
を更に備える,方法。
