Description

The present invention relates to an indwelling needle with a check valve.

Conventionally, an outer needle through which an inner needle can be inserted, an outer needle base provided at the base end of the outer needle, a hemostatic valve composed of an elastic member having a notch, and an inner peripheral surface of the hemostatic valve and the outer needle base. Indwelling needles are known to include, for example, a vent path for allowing air in a region formed between the inner peripheral surfaces of the outer needle base and defined by a hemostatic valve to escape to the outside of the outer needle base (eg,). , Patent Document 1).

This indwelling needle is removed by the blood (flashback) flowing into the outer needle and the outer needle base when the inner needle is inserted into the patient's blood vessel through the notch of the hemostatic valve and inserted into the outer needle. The air inside the needle and the outer needle base is discharged from the ventilation path. Then, after confirming that the outer needle has been pierced into the blood vessel by the blood flowing into the outer needle base, the inner needle is pulled out. Then, the connector of the infusion line connected to the infusion bag is connected to the outer needle base to open the hemostatic valve, and a liquid such as an infusion solution or a drug solution is supplied to the patient.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-80707

In the conventional indwelling needle, the liquid supplied to the patient is supplied by opening the notch of the hemostatic valve, so that the flushback blood remains on the inner peripheral surface (particularly on the hemostatic valve side) of the outer needle base. There is a risk of causing problems such as the generation of thrombi due to the retention of blood, the propagation of germs, and the discomfort to patients who visually recognize the external needle group in which blood remains.

In view of the above points, it is an object of the present invention to provide an indwelling needle in which flashback blood does not easily remain on the outer needle base.

[1] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention
An outer needle through which an inner needle can be inserted (for example, the outer needle 2 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) and
A tubular outer needle base provided at the base end of the outer needle (for example, the outer needle base 3 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter).
A hemostatic valve (for example, the hemostatic valve 4 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) that allows the inner needle to be inserted and prevents blood from leaking from the outer needle group after the inner needle is pulled out.
An indwelling needle (for example, an indwelling needle) provided with an air passage (for example, the air passage 5 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) that allows air in the outer needle base to pass through and suppresses or blocks the passage of blood in the outer needle base. The form of the indwelling needle 1. The same shall apply hereinafter.)
An inner cylinder member (for example, the inner cylinder member 6 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) capable of advancing from the base end position to the tip end position is arranged in the outer needle base.
The hemostatic valve is provided on the inner cylinder member and is provided.
On the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base, a small diameter portion (for example, the small diameter portion 7 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) and a large diameter portion (for example, a large diameter portion located on the tip side of the small diameter portion and having a larger diameter than the small diameter portion). For example, the large-diameter portion 8 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) is provided.
The liquid supplied from the base end side of the outer needle base flows into the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member, and at the base end position, the small diameter portion prevents the connection with the large diameter portion, and the tip position The present invention is characterized in that a flow path connected to the large-diameter portion (for example, the notch 9 or the through hole 12 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) is provided.

According to the present invention, when the inner cylinder member is located at the proximal end position, the flow path provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member is not connected to the large diameter portion, and blood is discharged from the outer needle base by the hemostatic valve. It is possible to prevent spillage. Then, when supplying a liquid such as an infusion solution or a chemical solution to the patient, by moving the inner cylinder member to the tip position, the flow path provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member and the large diameter portion are connected, and the liquid is discharged. It is supplied to the patient through an external needle from around the hemostatic valve via the flow path and the large diameter portion.

Therefore, unlike the conventional indwelling needle, the liquid is not supplied from the notch of the valve body, but the liquid is supplied from around the hemostatic valve, so that it remains on the inner peripheral surface (particularly on the hemostatic valve side) of the outer needle base. Easy flashback blood can be returned to the patient together with the liquid supplied to the patient, and it is possible to suppress the remaining of flashback blood on the outer needle base and suppress the discomfort to the patient or the like. ..

[2] Further, in the present invention, the flow path is composed of a notch portion notched from the base end to the tip end of the inner cylinder member (for example, the notch portion 9 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter). be able to. According to such a configuration, by moving the inner cylinder member to the tip position and connecting the notch portion with the large diameter portion, it is possible to prevent the flashback blood from remaining on the outer needle base.

[3] Further, in the present invention, the cutout portion may be cut out so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member. According to such a configuration, a liquid such as an infusion solution or a chemical solution supplied from the base end of the outer needle base can be supplied to the patient by using the inside of the inner cylinder member through which the inner needle can be inserted. Resistance can be reduced.

[4] Further, in the present invention, the flow path is a through hole through which the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member communicate with each other (for example, the through hole 12 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter). Can be configured with.

According to such a configuration, by moving the inner cylinder member to the tip position and connecting the notch portion with the large diameter portion, it is possible to prevent the flashback blood from remaining on the outer needle base. In addition, liquids such as infusions and chemicals supplied from the base end of the outer needle base can be supplied to the patient using the inside of the inner cylinder member through which the inner needle can be inserted, reducing resistance during liquid supply. Can be made to.

[5] Further, in the present invention, the air passage is the outer peripheral gutter portion extending from the tip end provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member toward the proximal end (for example, the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter. .) Can be configured.

According to such a configuration, it is not necessary to separately provide a member constituting a ventilation path such as a porous body that blocks the passage of blood in the flashback and allows the passage of air on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder member, and the number of parts is reduced. , Can be easy to assemble. Further, when the ventilation path is composed of the groove portion, some blood may invade the groove portion. However, in the present invention, the liquid is supplied to the patient through the outer periphery of the inner cylinder member, so that the outer peripheral side groove portion is formed. Invading blood can also be flushed with the supplied liquid.

[6] Further, in the present invention, the hemostatic valve is composed of a columnar elastic member having a notch portion (for example, the notch portion 4a of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) in the central portion, and the vent passage. Can be configured by an inner peripheral side groove portion (for example, the inner peripheral side groove portion 13 of the embodiment; the same applies hereinafter) extending from the tip end to the base end provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hemostatic valve.

According to such a configuration, it is not necessary to separately provide a member constituting a ventilation path such as a porous body that blocks the passage of blood in the flashback and allows the passage of air on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder member, and the number of parts is reduced. , Can be easy to assemble.

[7] Further, in the present invention, the ventilation passage is provided on the radial outer side of the notch portion of the hemostatic valve, and a pore (for example, an embodiment) communicating the tip surface and the proximal end surface of the hemostatic valve is provided. Pore. The same applies hereinafter.). According to such a configuration, pores can be formed at the same time in the step of forming the notch in the hemostatic valve, the manufacturing step can be simplified, and the cost of the indwelling needle can be suppressed.

[8] Further, in the present invention, the inner cylinder member may be made of a porous body, and the ventilation path may be made of the inner cylinder member itself. According to such a configuration, a member constituting the ventilation path can be separately provided on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder member, or the ventilation path can be provided without the need to form a groove in the inner cylinder member, the hemostatic valve, etc., and the number of parts can be reduced. Or, the number of manufacturing processes can be reduced.

[First Embodiment]
The indwelling needle of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1 and the exploded view of FIG. 2, the indwelling needle 1 of the first embodiment is provided at the outer needle 2 through which the inner needle (not shown) can be inserted and at the base end of the outer needle 2. A tubular outer needle base 3 and a hemostatic valve 4 that allows the inner needle to be inserted and prevents flashback blood from leaking from the outer needle base 3 after the inner needle is pulled out, and the inside of the outer needle base 3. The air passage 5 is provided, which allows the air from the outer needle base 3 to pass from the proximal end side of the outer needle base 3 to the outside of the outer needle base 3 and suppresses or blocks the passage of blood from the flashback in the outer needle base 3.

A cylindrical inner cylinder member 6 is arranged in the outer needle base 3. The inner cylinder member 6 is movable in the outer needle base 3 toward the tip end direction of the outer needle base 3, and in the description of the embodiment, the initial position before moving toward the tip end direction is set to the base end position and the tip end direction. The position where the forward movement of is completed is defined as the tip position.

The hemostatic valve 4 is formed of a columnar elastic member, and is provided with a notch portion 4a cut from the tip end to the base end in the central portion. The inner needle (not shown) passes through the notch 4a and is inserted into the outer needle 2. Further, the hemostatic valve 4 is inserted into the inner cylinder member 6.

On the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base 3, a small diameter portion 7 set to an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the inner cylinder member 6 (including substantially the same; at least set so that flashback blood cannot pass through). And a large diameter portion 8 which is located on the tip side of the small diameter portion 7 and has a larger diameter than the small diameter portion 7 is provided.

The inner cylinder member 6 is formed with a pair of notches 9 notched from the base end toward the tip end. The cutout portion 9 is cut out so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6. The notch 9 may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 so that the infusion solution, the chemical solution, or the like is supplied from the proximal end side of the outer needle base 3, and the notch 9 does not necessarily reach the inner peripheral surface. You don't have to. The hemostatic valve 4 is located on the distal end side of the notch 9.

When the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the proximal end position in the outer needle base 3, the small diameter portion 7 prevents the cutout portion 9 from being connected to the large diameter portion 8. On the contrary, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3 and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, when the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the tip position in the outer needle base 3, the cutout portion 9 and the large diameter portion 8 are formed. Is connected.

Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, a plurality of outer peripheral side groove portions 10 extending from the tip end toward the base end are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction. The outer peripheral gutter portion 10 is set so as to suppress the passage of blood in the flashback and allow the passage of air. Further, the length of the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 is formed to be at least longer than the length dimension from the base end to the tip end of the small diameter portion 7, and the outer needle base is in a state where the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the base end position. It may be configured so that the air in the large diameter portion 8 of 3 can be discharged to the outside of the outer needle base 3 through the outer peripheral gutter portion 10.

Further, a part of the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 is formed so as to communicate with the notch portion 9. As a result, the air in the outer needle base 3 can be discharged from the inside of the inner cylinder member 6 to the outside through the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 and the notch portion 9, so that the air can be further discharged easily. Further, even if there is no enlarged diameter portion (in this embodiment, a luer taper portion for connecting the male connector 11) having a diameter larger than that of the small diameter portion 7 on the base end side of the small diameter portion 7, the outer periphery thereof is not present. Air can be discharged through the gutter portion 10, the notch portion 9, and the inner cylinder member 6.

According to the indwelling needle 1 of the first embodiment, when the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the proximal end position, the notch 9 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 is not connected to the large diameter portion 8. , The hemostatic valve 4 can prevent the flashback blood from spilling from the outer needle base 3. Then, when supplying a liquid such as an infusion solution or a chemical solution to the patient, the inner cylinder member 6 is pushed to the tip position by using a male connector 11 connected to the outer needle base 3 or the like to move the inner cylinder member 6 to the tip position. The notch 9 and the large diameter portion 8 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the patient are connected, and the liquid is supplied to the patient through the notch 9 and the large diameter portion 8 from around the hemostatic valve 4 through the outer needle 2. To.

Therefore, unlike the conventional indwelling needle, the liquid is supplied from around the hemostasis valve 4 without being supplied from the notch portion of the hemostasis valve 4, so that the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base 3 (particularly hemostasis) is supplied. The flushback blood that tends to remain on the valve 4 side) can be returned to the patient together with the liquid supplied to the patient, suppressing the remaining flashback blood on the outer needle group 3 and causing thrombus generation due to blood retention. Alternatively, it is possible to suppress the propagation of various germs and the discomfort to the patient. In the present embodiment, the notch 9 corresponds to the flow path of the present invention.

Further, since the cutout portion 9 is cut out so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, liquids such as infusion liquid and chemical liquid supplied from the base end of the outer needle base 3 can be removed. The space inside the inner cylinder member 6 through which the inner needle can be inserted can also be used to supply the patient, and the resistance at the time of supplying the liquid can be reduced.

Further, in the first embodiment, the ventilation passage 5 is composed of the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, thereby blocking the passage of blood in the flashback and allowing the passage of air. It is not necessary to separately provide a member such as a porous body that constitutes the ventilation passage 5 on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, and the number of parts can be reduced to facilitate the assembly of the indwelling needle.

Further, when the ventilation passage 5 is composed of the groove portion, some blood may enter the groove portion, but in the present embodiment, the liquid is supplied to the patient through the outer circumference of the inner cylinder member 6, so that the outer circumference is reached. The blood that has entered the gutter portion 10 can also be flushed with the supplied liquid.

[Second Embodiment]
The indwelling needle of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.

The indwelling needle 1 of the second embodiment has a flow path formed by a through hole 12 as compared with that of the first embodiment, and all have the same configuration. The same configurations as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 5 and the exploded view of FIG. 6, the indwelling needle 1 of the second embodiment is provided with a through hole 12 penetrating so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6. Has been done. In the second embodiment, the through hole 12 corresponds to the flow path of the present invention.

According to the indwelling needle 1 of the second embodiment, when the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the proximal end position, the through hole 12 provided in the inner cylinder member 6 is not connected to the large diameter portion 8, and the hemostatic valve 4 can prevent flashback blood from spilling from the outer needle base 3. Then, when supplying a liquid such as an infusion solution or a drug solution to the patient, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 7 and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 8, the inner cylinder member 6 uses a male connector 11 connected to the outer needle base 3 and the like. By pressing and moving to the tip position, the through hole 12 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 and the large diameter portion 8 are connected, and the liquid stops bleeding through the through hole 12 and the large diameter portion 8. It is supplied to the patient from around the valve 4 through the outer needle 2.

Therefore, unlike the conventional indwelling needle, the liquid is not supplied from the notch portion of the hemostasis valve 4, but the liquid is supplied from around the hemostasis valve 4, so that the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base 3 (particularly hemostasis) is supplied. (Valve 4 side) The flashback blood that tends to remain can be returned to the patient together with the liquid supplied to the patient, and the flashback blood can be suppressed from remaining on the outer needle group 3 to cause thrombus generation or blood clots due to blood retention. It is possible to suppress the propagation of various germs and the discomfort to patients.

Further, since the through hole 12 penetrates the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 so as to communicate with each other, the liquid such as the infusion solution or the chemical solution supplied from the base end of the outer needle group 3 is inside. The space inside the inner cylinder member 6 through which the needle can be inserted can also be used to supply the patient, and the resistance at the time of supplying the liquid can be reduced.

Further, also in the second embodiment, by forming the ventilation passage 5 with the outer peripheral gutter portion 10 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, the passage of blood in the flashback is blocked and the passage of air is allowed.

[Third Embodiment]
The indwelling needle of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11.

The indwelling needle 1 of the third embodiment has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, except that the ventilation passage 5 is composed of the inner peripheral gutter portion 13 instead of the outer peripheral gutter portion 10. Has been done. The same configurations as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 9 and the exploded view of FIG. 10, the ventilation passage 5 of the indwelling needle 1 of the third embodiment has an inner peripheral gutter portion extending from the tip end to the base end provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hemostatic valve 4. It is composed of 13. The inner peripheral gutter portion 13 may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6.

According to the indwelling needle 1 of the third embodiment, when the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the proximal end position, the notch 9 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 is not connected to the large diameter portion 8. , The hemostatic valve 4 can prevent the flashback blood from spilling from the outer needle base 3. Then, when supplying a liquid such as an infusion solution or a drug solution to the patient, as shown in FIG. 11, the inner cylinder member 6 is pressed and moved to the tip position by using a male connector 11 or the like connected to the outer needle base 3. As a result, the notch 9 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 and the large diameter portion 8 are connected, and the liquid passes the outer needle 2 from around the hemostatic valve 4 via the notch 9 and the large diameter portion 8. It passes through and is supplied to the patient.

Further, in the present embodiment, the ventilation passage 5 is composed of the inner peripheral side groove portion 13 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hemostatic valve 4, so that the perforation that blocks the passage of blood in the flashback and allows the passage of air is allowed. It is not necessary to separately provide a pledge or the like on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, the number of parts can be reduced, and the assembling of the indwelling needle can be facilitated.

In addition, instead of the inner peripheral side groove portion 13, a pore for communicating the tip surface and the proximal end surface of the hemostatic valve 4 may be provided on the radial outer side of the cut portion 4a, and this pore may function as a ventilation path. By forming the ventilation path with pores, pores can be formed at the same time in the step of forming the notch in the hemostatic valve, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the cost of the indwelling needle can be suppressed.

[Fourth Embodiment]
The indwelling needle of the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14.

In the indwelling needle 1 of the fourth embodiment, as compared with that of the first embodiment, the flow path is formed by the through hole 12, and the ventilation passage 5 is replaced with the outer peripheral side groove portion 10 by the inner peripheral side groove portion 13. All are configured the same except that they are configured. The same configurations as those of the other embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 11 and the exploded view of FIG. 13, the indwelling needle 1 of the fourth embodiment is provided with a through hole 12 penetrating so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6. Has been done. In the present embodiment, the through hole 12 corresponds to the flow path of the present invention. Further, the ventilation passage 5 of the third embodiment is composed of an inner peripheral gutter portion 13 extending from the tip end to the base end provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hemostatic valve 4. The inner peripheral gutter portion 13 may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6.

According to the indwelling needle 1 of the fourth embodiment, when the inner cylinder member 6 is located at the proximal end position, the through hole 12 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 is not connected to the large diameter portion 8. , The hemostatic valve 4 can prevent the flashback blood from spilling from the outer needle base 3. Then, when supplying a liquid such as an infusion solution or a drug solution to the patient, as shown in FIG. 14, the inner cylinder member 6 is pressed and moved to the tip position by using a male connector 11 or the like connected to the outer needle base 3. As a result, the through hole 12 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6 and the large diameter portion 8 are connected, and the liquid passes the outer needle 2 from around the hemostatic valve 4 through the through hole 12 and the large diameter portion 8. It passes through and is supplied to the patient.

Further, since the through hole 12 is cut out so as to communicate the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 6, a liquid such as an infusion solution or a chemical solution supplied from the base end of the outer needle base 3 can be removed. The space inside the inner cylinder member 6 through which the inner needle can be inserted can also be used to supply the patient, and the resistance at the time of supplying the liquid can be reduced.

[Other embodiments]
In the first to fourth embodiments, the outer peripheral side groove portion 10 and the inner peripheral side groove portion 13 have been described as the ventilation passage 5, but the ventilation passage of the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the outer circumference of the inner cylinder member 6 is described. An annular porous body (for example, a sintered body of plastic such as polyethylene or polyurethane, a ventilation filter, etc.) may be provided on the surface to serve as a ventilation path, or the inner cylinder member itself may be made of a porous body (for example, polyethylene or polyurethane). Even if the inner cylinder member has a function as a ventilation path by being composed of a polyethylene sintered body such as, a ventilation filter, etc. You can get the effect of "doing".

Further, in the above embodiment, the hemostatic valve 4 provided in the inner cylinder member 6 has been described, but the hemostatic valve of the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, it protrudes forward to the tip edge of the inner cylinder member 6. A protruding portion is formed, and a protruding portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the protruding portion so as to bulge outward in the radial direction, and the protruding portion and the tip opening of the inner cylinder member 6 are normally closed. A hemostatic valve having a C-shaped cross section may be provided at the tip of the inner cylinder member 6.
