Description

The present invention relates to an indwelling needle assembly.

Conventionally, an outer needle base having a luer taper portion that supports the outer needle at the tip portion and can connect a luer terminal to the base end portion, a breathable hemostatic valve disposed inside the outer needle base, and the hemostatic valve. An indwelling needle assembly comprising a connecting member that opens and closes is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the indwelling needle assembly, the hemostatic valve is made of a hollow bottomed cylinder and has a slit that can be opened and closed at the bottom of the hollow bottomed cylinder. On the other hand, the connecting member is made of a hollow cylindrical body integrally formed at the tip portion inside the outer needle base. The connecting member is tapered toward the slit of the hemostatic valve, and is inserted into the slit to open the hemostatic valve.

In the indwelling needle assembly, the inner needle is inserted from the base end portion into the inside of the outer needle via the inside of the hemostatic valve, and the sharp tip portion of the inner needle is projected from the tip portion of the outer needle. The blood vessel of the vein is punctured in the state of being punctured. At this time, the inner needle has an opening that opens in the outer needle base between the hemostatic valve and the connecting member, and when the blood vessel is punctured, blood enters the inside of the outer needle base from the opening. Leaks out. Therefore, it is possible to confirm that the inner needle has been punctured into the blood vessel by visually recognizing the blood flowing out from the opening by making the outer needle base made of a transparent or translucent material.

If the inner needle is punctured into a blood vessel, the outer needle is advanced along the inner needle to puncture the blood vessel. Then, by removing the inner needle while the outer needle is punctured by the blood vessel, the outer needle is indwelled in the state of being punctured by the blood vessel.

In the indwelling needle assembly, when the luer terminal provided at the tip of the infusion device or the like is inserted into the base end portion in a state where the outer needle is pierced into a blood vessel, the hemostatic valve is pushed by the luer terminal. By doing so, the connecting member is inserted into the slit of the hemostatic valve, and the hemostatic valve is opened. As a result, the drug solution or the like supplied from the infusion device is sent into the blood vessel via the external needle.

However, if the blood flowing out inside the outer needle group stays as it is, there is a problem that it becomes a breeding source of bacteria or a thrombus source.

In order to solve the problem, the connecting member is arranged on the base end side of the hemostatic valve so that the connecting member is pushed toward the tip end side by the luer terminal and inserted into the slit. , An indwelling needle assembly having a notch on the side surface of the tip of the connecting member has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

According to the indwelling needle assembly described in Patent Document 2, the inside of the outer needle group is caused by flowing out the chemical solution or the like supplied from the infusion device from the notch provided on the side surface of the tip portion of the connecting member. It is said that the blood that stays in the blood vessels can be washed away and flowed into the blood vessels.

Japanese Patent No. 5651597

However, in the indwelling needle assembly described in Patent Document 2, the chemical solution or the like flows out from the notch provided on the side surface of the tip portion of the connecting member protruding toward the tip end side of the slit of the hemostatic valve, so that the outer needle base is used. There is an inconvenience that it may take a long time to discharge the blood staying in the region far from the notch at the tip of the connecting member, or the discharge may be incomplete.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an indwelling needle assembly capable of eliminating such inconvenience and completely draining blood accumulated inside the outer needle group in a short time.

In order to achieve such an object, the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention is composed of an outer needle composed of a hollow cylinder and indwelled in a state of being pierced by a blood vessel, and the outer needle composed of a hollow cylinder at the tip. An outer needle base having a luer taper portion to which a luer terminal can be connected to the base end portion while supporting the outer needle base, a hollow cylindrical member arranged on the base end side inside the outer needle base, and an axial direction of the outer needle base. A hemostatic valve that is provided with a slit that can be opened and closed on a surface orthogonal to the An indwelling needle assembly comprising a connecting member that is inserted into the slit of the hemostatic valve when moved to communicate the front and back of the slit, the outer needle base having a small diameter located on the tip side of the luer taper portion. The hollow cylindrical member is provided with a first notch on the base end side, and the tip and the first notch are on the outer peripheral surface. A ventilation groove portion is provided to prevent the passage of liquid while connecting the gas, and at least a part of the first notch is arranged in the large diameter portion from the base end position where the outer peripheral surface abuts on the small diameter portion. The connecting member is provided with at least one second notch and a protrusion inserted into the slit of the hemostatic valve, the second notch being said first. It is characterized by opening in a direction different from that of the notch.

In the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, with the hollow cylindrical member in the proximal position, an inner needle is inserted from the proximal end portion and the inner needle is used to stop bleeding, as in the conventional indwelling needle assembly. It is inserted into the inside of the outer needle through a valve, and the sharp tip of the inner needle is punctured into a vein of a vein. Then, blood is allowed to flow out from the opening of the inner needle into the inside of the outer needle group. At this time, air is present inside the outer needle base, but in the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, the ventilation groove portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical member, so that the air is the air. It is exhausted to the first notch through the ventilation groove. Since the ventilation groove portion allows gas to pass through while suppressing the passage of liquid, the blood cannot substantially pass through the ventilation groove portion, and the inside of the outer needle group is smoothly filled with the blood.

If the inner needle is punctured into a blood vessel, the outer needle is advanced along the inner needle to puncture the blood vessel, and then the inner needle is removed to puncture the blood vessel. Can be detained at.

Next, when the lure terminal provided at the tip of the infusion device or the like is inserted into the base end portion of the indwelling needle assembly in a state where the outer needle is punctured into a blood vessel, the hollow cylindrical member becomes the lure terminal. By being pushed by the lure, the lure advances from the base end position to the tip end position. In this way, the protrusion of the connecting member is inserted into the slit of the hemostatic valve to open the hemostatic valve, and the front and back of the slit are communicated with each other. As a result, the chemical solution or the like supplied from the infusion device passes through the inside of the hollow cylindrical member and the second notch of the connecting member, and is sent into the blood vessel via the outer needle.

At this time, in the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, the hollow cylindrical member is located at the tip position, and at least a part of the first notch portion is arranged in the large diameter portion, while the outer circumference of the hollow cylindrical member is arranged. There is a gap between the surface and the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base. Therefore, a part of the chemical solution or the like flows out from the first notch of the hollow cylindrical member into the outer needle group through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical member and the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle group. , The blood filled inside the outer needle base is flushed to the outer needle from the second notch portion of the connecting member.

Therefore, according to the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, the blood staying inside the outer needle group is completely discharged in a short time, and the blood is returned from the second notch to the inside of the blood vessel via the outer needle. Can be done. Further, in the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, since the second notch portion opens in a direction different from that of the first notch portion, the indwelling needle assembly flows out from the first notch portion into the outer needle base. Since the drug solution or the like flows into the second notch, it rotates and flows along the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle group, and the blood staying inside the outer needle group is completely removed in a shorter time. Can be discharged.

In the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, it is preferable that the second notch portion is open in a direction perpendicular to the first notch portion. In this case, the chemical solution or the like that has flowed out from the first notch into the outer needle base rotates along the inner peripheral surface of the outer needle base to flow into the second notch. When flowing, the lengths of the chemicals and the like flowing out from the first notch and flowing into the second notch are equal. Therefore, the blood staying inside the outer needle group can be efficiently discharged.

Further, in the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, the connecting member may be formed integrally with the outer needle group, but is preferably a separate body from the outer needle group.

It is desirable that the slit of the hemostatic valve is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the hemostatic valve made of a hollow bottomed tubular body, but if it may be formed off the center due to processing accuracy, the connecting member may be formed. May be difficult to insert into the slit. However, in the indwelling needle assembly of the present invention, when the connecting member is separate from the outer needle base, it can be tilted at an arbitrary angle with respect to the axis of the outer needle base. Therefore, when the connecting member is tilted to direct the slit of the hemostatic valve, the connecting member can be inserted into the slit, and the slit is formed off the center of the bottom surface of the hemostatic valve. It can also handle cases.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the connecting member 5 is made of a hard resin and has a conical fitting portion 51 that is loosely fitted to the enlarged diameter portion 32 inside the outer needle base 3 and a rear end side of the fitting portion 51. In the connecting member 5, a second notch is formed by the first U-shaped groove 53 and the second U-shaped groove 54, and the first U-shaped groove 53 and the second U-shaped groove 54 are Each is opened in a direction different from that of the first notch 41, and is opened in a direction orthogonal to, for example, a line connecting a pair of first notches 41.

Next, the operation of the indwelling needle assembly 1 of the present embodiment will be described.

When the indwelling needle assembly 1 is used, first, as shown in FIG. 1, the hollow cylindrical member 4 is in a state where the entire outer peripheral surface of the tip portion 42 is in contact with the small diameter portion 34 at the proximal end position, which is not shown. The needle is inserted into the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44 from the base end portion of the luer taper portion 35. When the hollow cylindrical member 4 is in the proximal position, the claw portions 53, 53 of the connecting member 5 are not inserted into the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44.

Therefore, the inner needle inserted into the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44 is of the outer needle 2 via the second notch portion (second U-shaped groove portion 54 and first U-shaped groove portion 53) of the connecting member 5. It is inserted inside, and the sharp tip of the inner needle is punctured into the blood vessel of the vein with the sharp tip of the inner needle protruding from the tip of the outer needle 3. The inner needle has an opening between the hemostatic valve 44 and the connecting member 5 that opens into the large-diameter portion 33 of the outer needle base 3, and when the blood vessel is punctured, the inside of the large-diameter portion 33 from the opening. Blood flows out (flashback).

At this time, air is present inside the large diameter portion 33, and the air is passed through the ventilation groove portion 43 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical member 4 and is notched from the tip portion 42 to the first notch. It is exhausted to 41, and the inside of the large diameter portion 33 is smoothly filled with the blood. The ventilation groove portion 43 allows gas such as air to pass through, while suppressing the passage of liquid such as blood. Therefore, although the blood may enter the ventilation groove portion 43, it substantially passes through the ventilation groove portion 43. Can't.

Further, at this time, since the outer needle base 3 is made of a transparent or translucent resin, the inside of the large diameter portion 33 can be seen through from the outside, and the blood inside the large diameter portion 33 can be visually recognized to obtain the inner needle. Can be confirmed to have been punctured into a blood vessel.

Next, if the inner needle is punctured into a blood vessel, the outer needle 3 is advanced along the inner needle to puncture the blood vessel. Then, by removing the inner needle while the outer needle 3 is punctured by the blood vessel, the outer needle 3 can be indwelled in the state of being punctured by the blood vessel.

Next, in the indwelling needle assembly 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the luer terminal 6 provided at the tip of the infusion device or the like is inserted into the luer taper portion 35. In this way, the hollow cylindrical member 4 is pushed toward the tip end side by the luer terminal 6, advances to the tip end position, and at least a part of the first notch portion 41 is arranged in the large diameter portion 33. At the same time, the insertion portion 52 of the connecting member 5 is inserted into the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44 to open the hemostatic valve 44. As a result, the front and back of the slit 45 are communicated with each other by the insertion portion 52 of the connecting member 5, and the chemical liquid or the like supplied from the infusion device reaches the hemostatic valve 44, the second U-shaped groove portion 54, and the first U-shaped groove portion. It is sent into the blood vessel from 53 via the outer needle 2.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 4 , the mainstream S1 of the chemical solution or the like passes from the hollow cylindrical member 4 to the outer needle 2 via the second U-shaped groove portion 54 and the first U-shaped groove portion 53 of the connecting member 5. Although it flows into the inside, the hollow cylindrical member 4 is provided with a first notch 41, and at the tip position, there is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the tip 42 and the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter 33 of the outer needle base 3. It exists. Therefore, a part of the chemical solution or the like flows from the first notch 41 into the large diameter portion 33 through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion 42 and the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 33 of the outer needle base 3. Therefore, a tributary S 2 is formed. As a result, even when blood has invaded the ventilation groove portion 43, the blood is washed away in the large diameter portion 33 direction by the tributary S2 of the chemical solution or the like. Then, the tributary S 2 of the chemical solution or the like flows into the second U-shaped groove portion 54 and joins the main stream S 1 . Further, a part of the tributary S 2 forms a tributary S 3 flowing along the flat portion 56 formed on the side symmetrical with the second U-shaped groove portion 54 with respect to the axis, and the tributary S 3 is the second tributary S 3. It flows into the U-shaped groove portion 53 of 1 and joins the mainstream S1.

As a result, the blood filling the large diameter portion 33 may flow into the outer needle 2 from the second U-shaped groove portion 54 and the first U-shaped groove portion 53 by the tributaries S2 and S3 of the chemical solution or the like. The blood can be completely discharged from the inside of the outer needle base 3 in a short time.

At this time, since the second U-shaped groove portion 54 and the first U-shaped groove portion 53 are opened in a direction orthogonal to, for example, a line connecting the pair of first notch portions 41, 41, the first U-shaped groove portion 54 and the first U-shaped groove portion 53 are first. The tributary S2 of the chemical solution or the like flowing out from the notch 41 of the hollow cylindrical member 4 rotates along the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 33 of the outer needle base 3 from the periphery of the tip portion 42 of the hollow cylindrical member 4 and is used in the second U. The tributary S3 such as the chemical solution flows into the groove portion 54, and the tributary S3 of the chemical solution or the like rotates from the periphery of the tip portion 42 of the hollow cylindrical member 4 along the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 33 of the outer needle base 3. Since the blood flows from the flat portion 56 into the first U-shaped groove portion 53, the blood can be efficiently discharged from the inside of the outer needle base 3.

Further, the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44 may be formed off the center (axis) of the hemostatic valve 44 depending on the processing accuracy. However, in the indwelling needle assembly 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the fitting portion 51 of the connecting member 5 is loosely fitted to the enlarged diameter portion 32 of the outer needle base 3, and the fitting portion is fitted. There is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the 51 and the inner peripheral surface of the enlarged diameter portion 32.

Therefore, the connecting member 5 can be inclined at an arbitrary angle with respect to the axis of the outer needle base 3, and when the slit 45 is formed off the center of the hemostatic valve 44, the connecting member 5 is formed on the axis of the outer needle base 3. The claw portions 53, 53 can be inserted into the slit 45 when the inclined claw portions 53, 53 point toward the slit 45.

Further, when the processing accuracy of the slit 45 of the hemostatic valve 44 is excellent, as shown in FIG. 4, the insertion portion 52 as the connecting member 5 expands the outer needle base 3 at the tip of the outer needle base 3. It may be formed integrally with the diameter portion 32. In the connecting member 5 shown in FIG. 4, the insertion portion 52 is formed so as to gradually reduce its diameter toward the rear end portion, and is provided with a pair of second notched portions 57 on the side surface.

In the present embodiment, by constructing the outer needle base 3 with a transparent or translucent resin, the blood inside the large diameter portion 33 is visually recognized from the outside, and it is confirmed that the inner needle is punctured into the blood vessel. I am doing it. However, the outer needle base 3 may be made of an opaque resin as long as the blood inside the large diameter portion 33 can be confirmed from the outside.
