Description

The present disclosure relates to an oil cleaning jig in an elevator return wheel.

An elevator is a passenger carrier that carries passengers in a car and raises and lowers the car in the hoistway at the request of the passengers. In order to raise and lower the car, the main rope is suspended from the car and the main rope is driven by a hoist. Since a balanced weight is used to balance the weight of the car to reduce the hoisting load, the main rope is also suspended by the balanced weight, and when the car is raised, the balanced weight is lowered. When the car is lowered, the balance weight is raised. A return wheel is used to change the direction of movement of the main rope between ascending and descending. Since the main rope is suspended on the return wheel, the return wheel rotates around the support shaft as the main rope moves. The bearing between the return wheel and the support shaft is refueled to facilitate the rotation of the return wheel. For lubrication, grease is used in which lubricating oil (base oil) such as mineral oil or synthetic oil is held by a thickener and various additives are added. If the bearing is not a sealed bearing in which grease is pre-filled, but an open bearing, the inside of the bearing is filled with an appropriate amount of grease and replenished at regular intervals.

As a related technique of the present disclosure, Patent Document 1 describes an oil seal and an oil seal that prevent the lubricating oil leaking from the bearing of the hoist provided on the car of the machineless elevator from flowing into the hoist brake. The oil receiver provided earlier and the discharge hole communicating with the oil receiver are disclosed.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2010-100373

After grease is applied to the bearing of the return wheel, excess grease may seep to the bearing end face side. The exuded grease becomes oil droplets and drips, and pollutes the inside of the hoistway, so cleaning work such as wiping is performed. Cleaning work such as wiping must be performed over the entire circumference of the bearing end face side, but due to the mounting structure of the return wheel, it is difficult for the operator to reach the bearing end face side, and it is troublesome to perform this over the entire circumference. .. Therefore, there is a demand for an oil cleaning jig that can be wiped and cleaned without any hassle.

Includes the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side, which is the tip portion extending to. The spoke mounting portion 104 on one side is mounted on the spoke 70a on one side, and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side is mounted on the spoke 70b on the other side.

The cleaning member support portion 130 is a member attached to the main body portion 102, which is an intermediate portion between one end and the other end of the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, and fixedly supports the cleaning member 150.

The cleaning member 150 includes an arm portion 152 extending from the cleaning member support portion 130 side to the bearing end surface 86 side, and an oil cleaning edge portion 154 attached to the tip end side of the arm portion 152.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a portion of the oil cleaning jig 90 in FIG. In FIG. 6, the axial direction, the circumferential direction, and the radial direction are shown, the directions opposite to each other in the circumferential direction are distinguished, one side and the other side are shown, and the directions opposite to each other in the axial direction are distinguished, and the outer peripheral side is distinguished. And the inner circumference side. One side is the one-side spoke 70a side in FIG. 5, and the other side is the other-side spoke 70b side in FIG. The outer peripheral side in the axial direction is the sheave portion 60 side in FIG. 5, and the inner peripheral side is the bearing portion 62 side.

The spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100 is a turnbuckle type fixing member. The main body 102 has a right-handed female threaded portion 108 on one end side and a left-handed female threaded portion 110 on the other end side. The spoke mounting portion 104 on one side has a male threaded portion 112 that meshes with the female threaded portion 108 of the right-hand thread. The spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side has a male threaded portion 114 that meshes with the female threaded portion 110 of the left-hand thread.

The threaded portion 112 of the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side is engaged with the female threaded portion 108 of the main body portion 102. Then, if the spoke mounting portion 104 is prevented from rotating and the main body portion 102 is rotated around the axis of the male threaded portion 112, the spoke mounting portion 104 can be attracted or moved away from the main body portion 102. Similarly, the threaded portion 114 of the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side is engaged with the female threaded portion 110 of the main body portion 102. Then, if the spoke mounting portion 106 is rotated so as not to rotate and the main body portion 102 is rotated around the axis of the male threaded portion 114, the spoke mounting portion 106 can be attracted or moved away from the main body portion 102. Therefore, the main body 102 is rotated around the male threads 112 and 114 so that both the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side do not rotate. Thereby, the distance between the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side can be adjusted narrowly or widely due to the relationship between the right-handed screw and the left-handed screw.

In the example of FIG. 5, the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side is addressed to the spoke mounting portion 70a on one side of the return wheel 30, and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side is addressed to the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side. Is rotated around the male threads 112 and 114. Thereby, the distance between the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side in the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100 can be adjusted. By setting the interval appropriately wide, both ends of the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100 can be pressed against the one-side spoke 70a and the other-side spoke 70b, respectively, and the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100 can be fixed with an appropriate pressing force.

The spoke mounting portion 104 on one side has a groove 116 that matches the outer shape of the spoke 70a on one side on one surface opposite to the surface on which the male thread portion 112 is mounted. Since the one-side spokes 70a are arranged radially from the bearing portion 62 of the return wheel 30 toward the sheave portion 60, the spokes are inclined at a predetermined angle from the longitudinal direction of the inter-spoke fixing member 100. Therefore, the groove depth of the groove 116 is set shallow on the outer peripheral side in the radial direction and deeper on the inner peripheral side. Similarly, the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side has a groove 118 that matches the outer shape of the spoke 70b on the other side on the other side surface opposite to the surface on which the male thread portion 114 is mounted. The groove depth of the groove 118 is set shallow on the outer peripheral side in the radial direction and deeper on the inner peripheral side. As described above, the spoke mounting portion 104 on one side corresponds to the one-end mounting portion in the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, and the spoke mounting portion 106 on the other side corresponds to the other-end mounting portion in the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100.

The cleaning member support portion 130 is composed of a set of cleaning member support portions 130a and 130b provided on both sides in the axial direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction in the main body portion 102 which is an intermediate portion of the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100. In FIG. 6, with the main body 102 as a rectangular parallelepiped, the surface on which the female thread portions 108 and 110 are provided is a surface orthogonal to the circumferential direction, and the surface on which a set of cleaning member support portions 130a and 130b is attached is in the axial direction. It is an orthogonal plane. Since the basic structures of the cleaning member support portions 130a and 130b are the same, the cleaning member support portions 130a will be mainly described below.

The cleaning member support portion 130a has a male screw portion 132a attached to the main body portion 102. Further, it includes two nut portions 134a and 136a that mesh with the male thread portion 132a. The two nut portions 134a and 136a are used to sandwich and fix the bifurcated support portion 156a of the cleaning member 150a from both sides in the axial direction. A pin insertion hole 138a is provided at the tip of the male threaded portion 132a, and a split pin 140a is inserted. The cotter pin 140a prevents the nut portion 136a from loosening and coming off from the male threaded portion 132a, but the position of the nut portion 136a on the threaded portion 132a is also at the position of the pin insertion hole 138a and the cotter pin 140a. It will be decided. Therefore, the position of the nut portion 136a is set to the position of the split pin 140a, the bifurcated support portion 156a of the cleaning member 150a is arranged on the side opposite to the split pin 140a of the nut portion 136a, and the two nut portions 134a and 136a are bifurcated. The support portion 156a is sandwiched. Then, by tightening the nut portion 134a toward the nut portion 136a side, the cleaning member 150a is fixed to the male thread portion 132a.

The cleaning member support portion 130b also includes a male screw portion 132b, two nut portions 134b and 136b, a pin insertion hole 138b, and a split pin 140b, and has an effect of fixing the cleaning member 150b to the male screw portion 132b.

The cleaning member 150 also corresponds to the case where the cleaning member support portion 130 is a set of cleaning member support portions 130a and 130b, and a set of cleaning members 150a provided on both sides in the axial direction with respect to the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, respectively. , 150b. Since the basic structures of the cleaning members 150a and 150b are the same, the cleaning members 150a will be mainly described below.

The cleaning member 150a includes an arm portion 152a which is an elongated member extending from the cleaning member support portion 130a side to the bearing end surface 86 side. The end of the arm portion 152a on the cleaning member support portion 130a side is a bifurcated support portion 156a as described in relation to the cleaning member support portion 130a. The bifurcated support portion 156a is a portion having a bifurcated shape extending in the radial direction in parallel with each other with a gap for receiving the screw portion 132a of the cleaning member support portion 130a. The bifurcated shape has an appropriate length, and the fixing position along the radial direction determined by the two nut portions 134a and 136a of the cleaning member support portion 130a can be appropriately changed.

An edge portion 154a is provided on the tip end side of the arm portion 152a extending toward the bearing end surface 86 side. The edge portion 154a is a flat plate-shaped member made of an oil-repellent material, and has an uneven portion 158a for removing oil on a surface in contact with the bearing end surface 86. The edge portion 154a is attached to the arm portion 152a so that the flat plate-like surface is parallel to the circumferential direction. The fixing position between the bifurcated support portion 156a of the arm portion 152a and the cleaning member support portion 130a is adjusted along the radial direction, and the uneven portion 158a of the edge portion 154a is brought into contact with the bearing end face 86. When the return wheel 30 rotates in that state, the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100 fixed to the spoke wheel 64 also rotates around the fixed shaft 46 together with the return wheel 30. Along with the rotation of the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, the cleaning member 150 also rotates around the fixed shaft 46, and the uneven portion 158a of the edge portion 154a also rotates around the fixed shaft 46 while abutting on the bearing end surface 86. The oil that has exuded to the bearing end surface 86 is scraped and wiped off by the uneven portion 158a, whereby the oil wiping cleaning is automatically performed.

The cleaning member 150b also includes an arm portion 152b, a bifurcated support portion 156b, an edge portion 154b, and an uneven portion 158b, and has an effect of wiping off oil exuded from the bearing end surface 86 for cleaning. Since the cleaning members 150a and 150b are arranged on both sides in the axial direction sandwiching the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, oil can be wiped off and cleaned at the same time on the bearing end faces 86 at both ends along the axial direction of the bearing portion 62. ..

In the above, a turnbuckle structure is used to fix the inter-spoke fixing member 100 to the one-side spoke 70a and the other-side spoke 70b of the return wheel 30. The fixing method is performed by pressing the spoke mounting portions 104 and 106 provided at one end and the other end, which are both ends of the spoke-to-spoke fixing member 100, against the one-side spoke 70a and the other-side spoke 70b, respectively. Instead of the pressing and fixing method using this turnbuckle structure, a spoke mounting portion having a shape that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 70 and can be opened and closed may be used.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of some spoke mounting portions. 7 (a) is a diagram showing the spoke mounting portion 106 described in FIG. 6, and FIGS. 7 (b), (c), and (d) are spoke mounting having a shape that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 70 and can be opened and closed. Units 160, 170, 180 are shown. These figures are cross-sectional views along the circumferential direction. In these figures, the thickness of the sheave portion 60 is shown using two two-dot chain lines, and the cross-sectional shape of the spoke 70 is shown with diagonal lines. The spoke 70 has a stepped structure and has a thin wall thickness on the punched hole 72 side. The thickness of the spoke mounting portions 160, 170, 180 along the axial direction is within the thickness range of the sheave portion 60 so that the spoke mounting portions do not interfere with other components when the return wheel 30 rotates. Need to fit.

FIG. 7A is a diagram showing the spoke mounting portion 106 described in FIG. 6, in which the bottom portion of the groove 118 of the spoke mounting portion 106 is pressed against the thin portion of the spoke 70 by the pressing force F. The same applies to the spoke mounting portion 104.

The spoke mounting portion 160 of FIG. 7B has a roll-in type cross section in which a portion covering the upper surface side and a portion covering the lower surface side of the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 70 overlap each other. The engaging portion 162 is provided at a portion where the portion covering the upper surface side and the portion covering the lower surface side overlap each other. Utilizing the elasticity of the portion covering the lower surface side, the engaging portion 162 is removed, and the spoke 70 is sandwiched between the portion covering the upper surface side and the portion covering the lower surface side, and then the engaging portion 162 is used. Fix it. As a result, the spoke mounting portion 160 has an annular shape surrounding the spoke 70 and is fixed to the spoke 70.

The spoke mounting portion 170 of FIG. 7C includes a member 172 having a portion that covers one side end surface, an upper surface side, and a lower surface side of the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 70, and a member 174 that covers the other side end surface of the spoke 70. Have. Then, the end side of the member 172 and the end side of the member 174 are overlapped and joined by the screwing structures 176 and 178. As a result, the spoke mounting portion 170 has an annular shape surrounding the spoke 70 and is fixed to the spoke 70.

The spoke mounting portion 180 of FIG. 7D includes a member 182 having a portion that covers one side end surface, an upper surface side, and a lower surface side of the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 70, and a member 184 that covers the other side end surface of the spoke 70. Have. A male threaded portion 186 is provided at the tip of the member that covers the lower surface side of the member 182. The member 184 has a female threaded portion 188 that meshes with the male threaded portion 186 and has a portion extending in the circumferential direction and a portion perpendicular to the female threaded portion 186 and extending in the axial direction. When the female threaded portion 188 is engaged with the male threaded portion 186, the axially extending portion rotates around the threaded shaft so that the other end surface of the spoke 70 is in an open state or a state of covering. By fitting the spoke mounting portion 180 into the spoke 70 in the open state and appropriately screwing the spoke mounting portion 180 in the covered state, the spoke mounting portion 180 has an annular shape surrounding the spoke 70 and is fixed to the spoke 70.

The spoke mounting portions 160, 170, and 180 all have an annular shape surrounding the spoke 70 and are fixed to the spoke 70. The spoke-to-spoke fixing member using the spoke mounting portions 160, 170, 180 of this structure does not have a turnbuckle structure and simply extends in the circumferential direction of the return wheel 30 and has spokes at one end and the other end, respectively. It is configured to have mounting portions 160, 170, 180.

According to the oil cleaning jig 90 in the return wheel of the elevator having the above configuration, the oil cleaning jig 90 is fixed to the adjacent spokes 70 of the return wheel 30. The cleaning member support portion 130 is attached to the inter-spoke fixing member 100 attached between the spokes. Then, a cleaning member 150 extending from the cleaning member support portion 130 toward the bearing end surface 86 and having an oil cleaning edge portion 154 on the tip end side is provided. When the return wheel 30 rotates, the cleaning member 150 also rotates integrally with the rotation, whereby the edge portion 154 wipes the oil over the entire circumference on the bearing end face 86 side. As the return wheel 30 rotates, the oil on the bearing end face 86 side is automatically wiped off and cleaned, so that no special work is required.
