In the invention described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is a problem that the maintenance work of the elevator is not taken into consideration, and for example, the maintenance check work of the counterweight is not sufficiently considered.
In addition, it is said that the installation height of the partition plate should reach the side of the car at the top when the car stops on the top floor, and work when working on the car stopped on the top floor The fall prevention of the person was not considered.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to ensure that the balance weight can be maintained and inspected smoothly and that the safety of workers working on the cage can be ensured. It is in providing the elevator apparatus which provided the partition.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a cage and a counterweight that are lifted and lowered in a hoistway connected to each other via a rope. In an elevator apparatus provided with a hoistway partition that blocks between the lifting and lowering spaces of the counterweight, the hoistway inner partition is located at a position where the car and the counterweight pass each other during the lifting, and the horizontal projected area of the counterweight An opening having substantially the same opening area is provided.
In the present invention, since the elevator apparatus is configured as described above, the maintenance and inspection of the counterweight can be performed smoothly from the top of the car, and the safety of workers working on the car can be ensured.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In each figure, the same or equivalent members and parts will be described with the same reference numerals.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of an elevator apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a hoistway 1.
In the figure, the car 2 and the counterweight 3 are connected via a rope 15, and the car 2 and the counterweight are driven by driving a driving device 4 that is a hoisting machine around which the rope 15 is wound. 3 is configured to move up and down in the hoistway 1 like a fishing bottle.
Here, the counterweight 3 is guided by the guide rails 22 on both sides thereof, and the car 2 is similarly guided by the guide rails 21 to be moved up and down.
The driving device 4 is controlled by the control device 5.
A hoistway partition wall 7 extends in the hoistway 1 from the vicinity of the top of the hoistway 1 to the vicinity of the bottom. The hoistway 1 has a hoistway 1 a for the car 2 and an hoistway for the counterweight 3. It is divided into 1b.
As shown in FIG. 1, the installation height in the vicinity of the top of the hoistway 1 of the hoistway partition 7 is the uppermost stop position in the hoistway 1 of the car, so that the worker who performs maintenance work on the car can be prevented from falling. Thus, it is configured to be installed higher than the car ceiling 2a and up to a height that does not interfere with the rope 15, the driving device 4 and the like, which are devices in the hoistway disposed near the top of the hoistway 1.
Furthermore, if the partition 7 in the hoistway is provided up to a height position of a car handrail 6 (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1) installed on the car ceiling 2a in an elevator in which the partition 7 is not installed, Enough to prevent the person from falling.
In other words, if this hoistway partition 7 is provided, the effect of preventing the operator from falling can be sufficiently achieved without providing the car handrail 6 installed on the car ceiling 2a.
Further, the elevator inner partition wall 7 eliminates the need for the car handrail 6 so as to prevent the operator from falling during maintenance work on the car 2, and therefore, the distance between the car ceiling 2 a and the top of the hoistway 1. As a result, the overhead dimension can be shortened, and a compact elevator apparatus with a reduced volume of the entire hoistway 1 can be obtained.
Moreover, the installation height in the vicinity of the bottom of the hoistway 1 of the hoistway partition 7 is set at the lowest stop position in the hoistway 1 of the car 2 up to the height position of the side surface of the car 2, and It is configured to be installed up to a height position that does not interfere with the equipment disposed in the lower part.
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the hoistway 1, and the distance between the hoistway inner partition wall 7 and the peripheral edge of the car ceiling 2a is a distance dimension for suppressing the fall of an operator (not shown) working on the car ceiling 2a. About 300 mm or less.
For the same reason, the distance between the peripheral part of the car ceiling 2a and the wall part of the hoistway 1 is set to about 300 mm or less.
Next, maintenance and inspection work of the counterweight 3 performed from the car ceiling 2a will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 shows the positional relationship between the car 2 and the counterweight 3 at the time of maintenance and inspection of the counterweight 3 in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 shows a view from A in FIG. ing.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an opening area that is substantially the same as the horizontal projected area of the counterweight 3 is located in the vicinity of the approximate middle portion of the hoistway 1 where the car 2 and the counterweight 3 pass during the lift. If the opening 7a is used, an operator who uses the car ceiling 2a as a scaffold can perform maintenance and inspection of the counterweight 3.
The maintenance and inspection work includes maintenance and inspection of the counterweight guide device 3c interposed between the two so that the counterweight 3 is guided by the guide rail 22, and the guide rail provided on the counterweight 3 and the guide rail. 22 includes operations such as maintenance and inspection of the lubricator 3b for applying lubricating oil.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, at the time of maintenance and inspection of the counterweight 3, the counterweight 2 is provided on the opposite side of the opening 7 a, so that the operator falls from the lifting passage 1 b of the counterweight 3. However, when the opening 7a is formed with an opening area larger than the horizontal projection area of the counterweight 3, if the counterweight-side fall prevention member 3a is provided, the safety of the operator is improved. It can be secured.
Further, the horizontal width of the hoistway partition 7 may be provided over the entire width of the hoistway 1 so that both ends thereof are in contact with the wall surface of the hoistway 1 as shown in FIG. 2, but as shown in FIG. It is good also as a structure which can avoid the fall of a maintenance worker from the ceiling 2a.
That is, it is generally desirable that the distance between the car ceiling 2a and the hoistway 1 is within 300 mm.
In the above description, the counterweight 3 is shown as an example of the rear fall of the counterweight 3 arranged on the rear side of the car 2. However, as shown in FIG. Also, the same effect as the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of an elevator apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which a drive device 4 and a control device 5 are installed in the lower part of the hoistway 1.
According to the elevator apparatus of the other embodiment, the rope 15 is suspended from the rope end 15a, is wound around the car lower pulley 2b, and is stretched upward, and is then wound around the turning pulley 30a. After hanging around the drive device 4 and extending upward, it is suspended after turning around the turning pulley 30b, and after hanging around the counterweight pulley 3d and extending upward, the rope end. It is structured to be roping so as to be fixed to 15b.
FIG. 8 shows a situation at the time of balance weight maintenance inspection in another embodiment.
Also in the machine room-less type elevator apparatus in which the machine room is not installed, which is another embodiment, the hoistway partition wall 7 is provided as in the above-described embodiment. It is possible to carry out smoothly from above 2a and to ensure the safety of the worker who works on the car ceiling 2a.
It should be noted that the counterweight maintenance inspection in the other embodiment includes an inspection work of the counterweight pulley 3d.
