図1は、本実施形態の静電印刷装置を示す断面図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の静電印刷装置は、電源13と、絶縁膜形成用のインクを対象電極22に射出する導電性射出部11と、導電性射出部11にバイアス電圧を印加する制御部12と、対象電極22にパルス電圧を印加するパルス制御部14と、を含む。図1には示していないが、前記静電印刷装置は、さらに、導電性射出部11に前記インクを供給するインク供給部を含んでもよい。前記インクは、例えば、絶縁性または誘電性を有する。図1において、透明基板21および対象電極22は、前記静電印刷装置の構成部材ではなく、前記静電印刷装置によって絶縁膜が印刷される対象物である。
図3は、本実施形態の静電印刷装置を示す断面図である。図3に示すように、本実施形態の静電印刷装置は、さらに、グリッド15および第2の電源13bを含む以外、図1に示す実施形態1の静電印刷装置と同じである。ただし、図3は、対象電極22の端部(エッジ部)ではなく、対象電極22上(対象電極22表面)に絶縁膜を形成する場合を示している。グリッド15は、導電性射出部11と対象電極22との間に配置されている。第2の電源13bは、グリッド15および制御部12に接続している。

Claims (7)
- 電源と、
膜状の対象電極と、
絶縁膜形成用のインクを前記対象電極に射出する導電性射出部と、
前記導電性射出部にバイアス電圧を印加する制御部と、
前記対象電極にパルス電圧を印加するパルス制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記対象電極に絶縁膜を形成する静電印刷装置。 - 前記導電性射出部が、前記対象電極側が尖った吐出電極を含む、請求項1記載の静電印刷装置。
- さらに、
前記インクの射出を制御するグリッドと、
前記グリッドに電圧を印加する第2の電源と、
を含み、
前記グリッドが、前記導電性射出部と前記対象電極との間に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の静電印刷装置。 - 前記導電性射出部を複数有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の静電印刷装置。
- 前記対象電極が、酸化インジウムスズ電極および補助電極の少なくとも一方である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の静電印刷装置。
- 有機EL素子、有機発光トランジスタまたは有機太陽電池に用いられる導電性透明電極基板作製用である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の静電印刷装置。
- 導電性射出部にバイアス電圧を印加することと、
対象電極にパルス電圧を印加することと、
前記導電性射出部により、絶縁膜形成用のインクを、前記対象電極に射出することと、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記対象電極に絶縁膜を形成する静電印刷方法。
