Claims (6)
- 魚卵が導かれる加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内において魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を所定の加工位置に搬入する整列搬送部と、
前記加工位置に搬送された収容凹部内の魚卵に対して導入管を昇降させて所定の物質を注入する加工部と、
前記加工位置に配置された前記収容凹部を深さ方向及び搬入方向と交叉する方向から撮像する画像処理手段と、
前記画像処理手段を通じて得られた画像と予め定めた条件とに基づき、加工前の魚卵に対して所定の物質を注入するか否かを判定する可否判定部と、
前記収容凹部をピッチ送りしながら、前記加工位置での判定部による判定結果をピッチ毎に記憶する記憶部と、
前記加工位置から所定ピッチ先に配置され、魚卵の良否によって搬送先を分別する分別部とを具備し、
前記可否判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記加工部の注入動作を制御するとともに、
前記分別部の制御にあたり、前記記憶部から所定ピッチ前の判定結果を取り出して、この判定結果に基づいて前記分別部の分別動作を制御する魚卵処理装置。 - 魚卵が導かれる加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内において魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を所定の加工位置に搬入する整列搬送部と、
前記加工位置に搬送された収容凹部の魚卵に対して導入管を昇降させて所定の物質を注入する加工部と、
前記魚卵の搬送先を分別する分別部と、
前記魚卵を撮像する画像処理手段と、
前記画像処理手段を通じて得られた画像から魚卵を判定する判定部とを具備し、
前記画像処理手段は、前記加工位置において、前記加工部によって加工される前の魚卵と前記加工部によって加工された後の魚卵とを撮像し、
前記分別部は、前記判定部の判定結果に基づいて分別することを特徴とする魚卵処理装置。 - 魚卵が導かれる加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内において魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を所定の加工位置に搬入する整列搬送部と、
前記加工位置において前記収容凹部内の魚卵に対して導入管を昇降させて所定の物質を注入する加工部と、
前記加工位置から所定ピッチ先に配置され、魚卵の良否によって搬送先を分別する分別部と、
前記加工位置に配置された前記収容凹部を深さ方向及び搬入方向と交叉する方向から撮像する画像処理手段と、
前記画像処理手段を通じて得られた画像と予め定めた条件とに基づき、加工後の魚卵に対して回収に適合しているか否かを判定する合否判定部と、
前記収容凹部をピッチ送りしながら、前記加工位置での判定部による判定結果をピッチ毎に記憶する記憶部とを具備し、
前記分別部の制御にあたり、前記記憶部から所定ピッチ前の判定結果を取り出して、この判定結果に基づいて前記分別部の分別動作を制御する魚卵処理装置。 - 魚卵が導かれる加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内において魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を前記加工用水槽内に満たされた水中に配置された所定の加工位置に搬入する整列搬送部と、
前記加工位置において前記収容凹部内の魚卵に対して導入管を昇降させて所定の物質を注入する加工部と、
魚卵の搬送先を分別する分別部と、
前記収容凹部を深さ方向及び搬入方向と交叉する方向から撮像する画像処理手段とを具備し、
前記分別部に設けられる水流付勢ポンプによって搬送方向と直交する方向に水流を付勢させ、魚卵の分別を行うことを特徴とする魚卵処理装置。 - 魚卵が導かれる加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内において魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を前記加工用水槽内に満たされた水中に配置された所定の加工位置に搬入する整列搬送部と、
前記加工位置に搬送された収容凹部内の魚卵に対して導入管を昇降させて所定の物質を注入する加工部と、
前記加工用水槽を透明な部材で構成することで、前記収容凹部を深さ方向及び搬送方向と交叉する方向から撮像する画像処理手段とを具備したことを特徴とする魚卵処理装置。 - 前記整列搬送部は、前記収容凹部を全周に設けた歯車状の整列盤を具備するものであり、前記画像処理手段は、前記収容凹部に対して前記導入管の先端のあるべき相対位置を基準点として設定し、前記整列盤を回転させて撮像した複数の収容凹部における各々の基準点に基づいて、標準化した基準点の座標を自動取得する請求項1~5の何れかに記載の魚卵処理装置。
