Claims (4)
- 採取された魚卵を加工する加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内に位置付けられた前記魚卵に所定の物質を注入する加工装置と、
を具備する魚卵処理装置であって、
前記加工用水槽が、加工前の魚卵を収容すべく幅寸法を前記魚卵が一列に並ぶ寸法に設定された加工前領域と、所定の加工処理が施された魚卵を収容するための加工後領域とを有し、
前記加工前領域に、その周縁に所定ピッチで形成された前記魚卵を収容し得る収容凹部を有する歯車状の整列盤が配置され、
前記収容凹部は、その内部に収容された前記魚卵の全体が前記整列盤の厚さ方向外側から視認可能な形状であるとともに、
前記加工前領域は、前記収容凹部に収容された前記魚卵を側方から視認可能に透明な材料により形成されることを特徴とする魚卵処理装置。 - 前記加工装置が、魚卵を載置し得る載置部と、この載置部に載置された魚卵に所定の物質を所定のタイミングで導入し得る管状をなす導入管とを有し、
前記載置部が、前記整列盤の周縁に形成された前記魚卵を収容し得る収容凹部である請求項1記載の魚卵処理装置。 - 前記収容凹部に収容された前記魚卵を側方から撮像した撮像画像に基づいて、前記加工装置により所定の加工がされ得なかった魚卵が視認された場合に、その魚卵を回収するための排出部を有している請求項2記載の魚卵処理装置。
- 採取された魚卵を加工する加工用水槽と、
前記加工用水槽内に位置付けられた前記魚卵に所定の物質を注入する加工装置と、
魚卵を1つずつ収容する収容凹部を周囲に設けた歯車状の整列盤と、
を具備する魚卵処理装置であって、
前記加工用水槽が、加工前の魚卵を収容すべく幅寸法を前記魚卵が一列に並ぶ寸法に設定された加工前領域と、所定の加工処理が施された魚卵を収容するための加工後領域とを有し、
前記整列盤を魚卵を1つずつ所定の加工位置に順次搬送するように動作させる駆動部と、前記加工装置によって魚卵に所定の加工処理が施されたかを視認する魚卵視認部と、前記魚卵視認部によって所定の加工処理が施され得なかったと視認された魚卵を回収する排出部と、を制御する制御装置を有していることを特徴とする魚卵処理装置。
