試料No2:ダルロール加工材(日本金属(株)社製、規格名称:PW)
試料No3:ダルロール加工材(日本金属(株)社製、規格名称:PW7)
試料No4:ショットブラスト加工材(太華工業(株)社製、ロット番号:55256-2)
試料No5:ショットブラスト加工材(太華工業(株)社製、ロット番号:なし)
試料No6:ダルロール加工材(日本金属(株)社製、規格名称:PF15)
試料No7:ショットブラスト加工材(太華工業(株)社製、ロット番号:55256-1)
試料No8:ダルロール加工材(ナス鋼帯(株)社製、ロット番号:17S00021)
試料No9:ダルロール加工材(ナス鋼帯(株)社製、ロット番号:16K00407)
試料No10:ダルロール加工材(日本金属(株)社製、規格名称:PF30)
試料No11:ダルロール加工材(日本金属(株)社製、規格名称:PF70)
各試料の表面粗さを測定して、平均表面粗さ(Ra)及び粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(Rsm)を求めた。更に、各試料の濡れ性を評価するために、表面における液体の接触角(静的接触角、θ/2法による)を測定した。測定は、液体として、水、エチレングリコール水溶液(濃度:80質量%)及び脂肪族アミン混合水溶液(濃度:45質量%)の各々を用いて行った。測定結果を表1に示す。
上述の試料No1,No6及びNo10の各鋼板について、長さが70mm、幅が50mmの試験片を用意して鉛直に設置し、以下の濡れ試験を行った。
上述の試料No1(厚さ:0.50mm)及びNo6(厚さ:0.15mm)の各鋼板を用いて、図4に示されるような、複数の充填材要素が並列する円柱形状の充填材(直径:60mm、高さ:210mm)を作製した。図5に示すような構成の気液接触装置内に、得られた充填材を5つ鉛直方向に並べて装填して5段構造の気液接触部を構成し、以下の吸収試験を行った。

Claims (5)
- 算術平均粗さが0.3μm以上且つ1.0μm以下であって、粗さ曲線要素の平均長さが0.1mm以下である表面粗さが付与された表面を有し、ステンレス鋼によって構成された親水化材料によって構成される複数の充填材要素を有する気液接触部と、
前記気液接触部に液体を供給し、前記複数の充填材要素の表面に沿って前記液体を流下させる液供給システムと、
前記複数の充填材要素の表面に沿って流下する液体に接触するように前記気液接触部にガスを供給するガス供給システムと
を有する気液接触装置。 - 前記表面における算術平均粗さが、0.3~0.8μmであり、粗さ曲線要素の平均長さが、0.02~0.1mmである請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記液供給システムは、液体として、前記ガスに含まれる成分を吸収可能な吸収液を供給し、前記気液接触部におけるガスと液体との接触を通じて、前記ガスに含まれる成分が前記吸収液に移行するガス分離装置として構成される請求項1又は2に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記吸収液は、アミン化合物を含有する水性液であり、前記吸収液に移行する前記ガスの成分は二酸化炭素である請求項3に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記複数の充填材要素は、平板状であり、並列するように立設される請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
