Description

The present invention relates to an article storage shelf having a storage section for storing articles.

For example, the following Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-60624) discloses an article storage shelf [1] having a storage unit capable of accommodating an article [W]. The article [W] is conveyed by an article transport device [2] traveling on a traveling rail [8] provided along the width direction of the article storage shelf [1], and is transferred to the storage unit. The article transport device [2] has a transfer section [15] that moves back and forth in the depth direction of the article storage shelf [1], and the article [W] is placed in the storage section by the transfer section [15]. Reprint.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-60624

By the way, in the article storage shelf as described above, the article stored in the storage section may be displaced from an appropriate position due to the vibration caused by the operation of the article transport device. Therefore, in order to regulate the misalignment of the article in the storage section, it is conceivable to arrange a regulating member in the storage section.
As a result, it is possible to regulate the misalignment of the article due to the vibration caused by the operation of the article transport device.

When the above-mentioned restricting member is arranged in the storage section, it is appropriate if the transfer section and the restricting member interfere with each other when the transfer section of the article transport device moves in and out along the depth direction of the article storage shelf. There was a possibility of causing a transfer defect that the goods could not be transferred to. Therefore, while suppressing a decrease in the storage efficiency of the article storage shelf due to the arrangement of the restricting member, it does not interfere with the operating range of the transfer section of the article transfer device and the moving range of the article transferred by the transfer section. It is necessary to set the position and shape of the regulatory member. However, not all existing storage shelves are equipped with regulatory members that satisfy such conditions.

In view of the above situation, it does not interfere with the operating range of the transfer section of the article transport device and the moving range of the article transferred by the transfer section, and the decrease in the storage efficiency of the article storage shelf can be suppressed, and the position of the article. It is desired to realize an article storage shelf equipped with a regulating member capable of appropriately regulating the deviation.

The article storage shelves related to this disclosure are
An article storage shelf with a storage unit for storing articles.
The storage unit has an article mounting surface on which an article is placed, and a plurality of regulatory members that regulate the position of the article placed on the article mounting surface.
The storage unit is configured so that the transfer unit of the article transport device for transporting the article can move back and forth in the depth direction of the article mounting surface to transfer the article to the article mounting surface. ,
A plurality of engaging recesses are provided on the article mounting surface, and a plurality of engaging recesses are provided.
The restricting member has a main body portion and an engaging protrusion portion that protrudes from the main body portion and engages with the engaging recess.
A pair of the restricting members are arranged adjacent to both sides of the width direction with respect to the article placed on the article mounting surface, with the direction orthogonal to the depth direction in the vertical direction as the width direction.
The restricting member includes a plurality of engaging protrusions, and the regulating member includes a plurality of engaging protrusions.
The plurality of engaging protrusions are arranged side by side in the depth direction, and are arranged offset from the center position in the width direction of the main body.
The main body portion overlaps with the movement locus of the transfer portion in a vertical direction, and is arranged above the article mounting surface and below the movement locus.

According to this configuration, a pair of restricting members are arranged adjacent to both sides in the width direction with respect to the article placed on the article placing surface, and the main body of the regulating member is placed on the article placing surface more than the article placing surface. Since it is arranged above, the misalignment of the article can be appropriately regulated by the regulating member. Further, according to this configuration, a pair of restricting members are arranged adjacent to both sides in the width direction with respect to the article placed on the article placing surface, and the main body portion of the regulating member is a transfer portion. Since it is placed below the movement locus, the restricting member does not interfere with the operating range of the transfer unit that moves back and forth in the depth direction of the article mounting surface and the movement range of the article transferred by the transfer unit. Can be done. Further, according to this configuration, since the main body portion of the regulating member is arranged so as to overlap the movement locus of the transfer portion in the vertical direction, the article cannot be arranged in order to keep the movement locus of the transfer portion open. The regulation member can be efficiently arranged by utilizing the area of the article placing surface. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the storage efficiency of the article storage shelf due to the arrangement of the regulating member.
Further, the regulation range of the article in the width direction is determined by the distance between the facing surfaces of the pair of main bodies facing each other in the width direction in the pair of regulation members adjacent to each other in the width direction. According to this configuration, the position of the facing surface facing the width direction in the main body can be changed by reversing the direction of the regulating member in the width direction. Therefore, it is possible to change the regulation range of the article in the width direction while using the same regulation member. Further, according to this configuration, for each regulating member, a plurality of engaging protrusions arranged in the depth direction engage with the engaging recesses on the article mounting surface, respectively, so that the article comes into contact with the regulating member. Also, it is possible to prevent the restricting member from rotating along the article mounting surface. Therefore, it is possible to more appropriately regulate the misalignment of the article.

1. 1. First Embodiment The article storage shelves according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following, a case where the goods storage shelf is applied to an automated warehouse that automatically puts in and takes out goods will be described as an example.

The automated warehouse 100 shown in FIG. 1 includes an article transporting device 7 for transporting articles C and a pair of article storage shelves 1 facing each other with the article transporting device 7 interposed therebetween. In the description of the present embodiment, the width direction W is the direction along the traveling direction of the article transporting device 7, that is, the direction along the front surface of the article storage shelf 1, as the direction with respect to the article storage shelf 1. Further, the direction orthogonal to both the vertical direction Z and the width direction W, that is, the direction along the depth of the article storage shelf 1 is defined as the depth direction L. Further, along the depth direction L of each of the pair of article storage shelves 1, the article transporting device 7 side is the front side L1 and the opposite side is the back side L2. In the following, unless otherwise specified, one of the pair of article storage shelves 1 will be described.

The beam 12 has a beam 12 on the front side L1 provided between a pair of columns 11 adjacent to each other in the width direction W on the front side L1 of the article storage shelf 1 and a width direction on the back side L2 of the article storage shelf 1. A beam 12 on the back side L2 provided between a pair of columns 11 adjacent to W is included. Then, in the present embodiment, as described below, the beam 12 on the front side L1 is provided integrally with the traveling rail 73 of the article transport device 7.

The storage unit 13S has an article mounting surface 13F on which the article C is placed, and an entry / exit section 15 in which the article C is taken in and out of the article placing surface 13F. The article placing surface 13F is composed of the upper surface of the shelf board 13. Further, the article C is taken in and out of the article placing surface 13F along the depth direction L of the storage portion 13S. In the present embodiment, the article storage shelf 1 has a plurality of shelf boards 13 arranged along the width direction W, and the article placing surface 13F is a plurality of shelf boards 13 arranged in the width direction W, respectively. It is composed of the upper surface of. The entrance / exit portion 15 is an opening on the front surface of the article storage shelf 1, that is, a front surface portion in which the support column 11 does not exist. In the present embodiment, the entrance / exit portion 15 is between a pair of columns 11 adjacent to each other in the width direction W, and between a pair of beams 12 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction Z (for the uppermost shelf board 13, the uppermost stage). It is formed above the beam 12).

The article C is taken in and out of the article placing surface 13F by the article transport device 7. In the storage section 13S, the transfer section 72 of the article transfer device 7 for transporting the article C may move back and forth in the depth direction L of the article mounting surface 13F to transfer the article C to the article loading surface 13F. Then, the article transporting device 7 can move along the width direction W by traveling on the traveling rail 73. As a result, the article transporting device 7 can transport the article C along the width direction W, and can transfer the article C to the storage unit 13S at various places in the width direction W of the article storage shelf 1. ing.

In the present embodiment, the storage unit 13S is provided over a plurality of stages along the vertical direction Z.
As shown in FIG. 1, the automated warehouse 100 is provided with a lifter 9 capable of moving up and down along the vertical direction Z and transporting the article C to a height corresponding to each of the plurality of storage portions 13S. .. For example, the lifter 9 includes a mast extending along the vertical direction Z and an article mounting table driven by a motor to move up and down along the mast.

Further, a relay conveyor 8 for transporting the article C is provided between the lifter 9 and the article storage shelf 1. The relay conveyor 8 is provided in a plurality of stages corresponding to each of the storage portions 13S in the plurality of stages, and conveys the article C along the width direction W with the article C placed. For example, the relay conveyor 8 is composed of a roller conveyor, a belt conveyor, and the like. In the illustrated example, a pair of article storage shelves 1, a relay conveyor 8, and a lifter 9 are provided with the article transfer device 7 interposed therebetween in the depth direction L. However, the article storage shelf 1, the relay conveyor 8, and the lifter 9 may be provided only on one side of the transport path of the article transport device 7, without being limited to such a configuration.

In the automated warehouse 100 shown in FIG. 1, the article C is loaded and unloaded by the lifter 9, the relay conveyor 8, and the article transport device 7. However, the transport device such as the lifter 9 and the relay conveyor 8 is not an indispensable configuration, and conversely, the article C is loaded and unloaded by another transport device (or person) in addition to the lifter 9 and the relay conveyor 8. May be.

As shown in FIG. 1, the storage unit 13S is configured to be able to store a plurality of articles C along the width direction W. Here, as described above, the traveling rail 73 for traveling the article transporting device 7 is integrally provided with the beam 12 on the front side L1 of the article storage shelf 1. Therefore, the article storage shelf 1 may vibrate with the operation of the article transport device 7, and the article C stored in the storage unit 13S may be displaced from an appropriate position due to this vibration.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the storage unit 13S has a plurality of regulating members 2 that regulate the position of the article C placed on the article placing surface 13F. The restricting member 2 is provided so as to project upward from the article mounting surface 13F, and the pair of regulating members 2 is placed in the width direction W with respect to the article C mounted on the article mounting surface 13F. It is placed adjacent to both sides of. As a result, a regulation range R that regulates the position of the article C placed on the article placing surface 13F is defined between the pair of regulating members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W. Therefore, even when the article storage shelf 1 vibrates, the article C can be kept between the pair of regulating members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W without shifting the position.

The article C is transferred by the article transport device 7 between a pair of regulatory members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W (regulation range R). As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the article transporting device 7 includes a carriage 71 that transports the article C along the width direction W with the article C mounted. Although detailed description is omitted, for example, the carriage 71 has wheels driven by a traveling motor and rolling on the traveling rail 73. As a result, the carriage 71 can move along the width direction W.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the article transport device 7 includes a transfer section 72 for transferring the article C to and from the storage section 13S. The transfer unit 72 includes a transfer arm 72A configured to be movable back and forth along the depth direction L. In the illustrated example, the transfer arm 72A includes a fixed frame 72a fixed to the carriage 71 (see FIG. 2), an intermediate arm 72b supported by the fixed frame 72a and movable along the depth direction L, and the same. It has a holding arm 72c that is supported by the intermediate arm 72b and is movable along the depth direction L and holds the article C. The intermediate arm 72b and the holding arm 72c are configured to be interlocked with each other and are driven by an exit / exit motor (not shown).

In the present embodiment, the holding arm 72c is configured to hold the article C in the transfer direction (depth direction L) by hooking the hook 72d on the article C. Therefore, the hook 72d is changed into a state in which the hook 72d protrudes toward the article C in the width direction W with respect to the holding arm 72c and a non-protruding state in which the hook 72d does not protrude toward the article C in the width direction W with respect to the holding arm 72c. It is provided as possible. Here, a pair of hooks 72d are provided on each of the holding arms 72c, and the pair of hooks 72d are arranged apart from each other in the depth direction L at intervals equal to or larger than the length of the depth direction L of the article C. Specifically, hooks 72d are provided at both ends of the holding arm 72c in the depth direction L. The hook 72d is supported by the holding arm 72c so as to be rotatable around the axis along the depth direction L, and is in a protruding state that overlaps with the article C to be transferred in the depth direction L and is not overlapping. The state is changed to and. The hook 72d is driven by, for example, a turning motor (not shown).

Further, the transfer unit 72 includes a pair of transfer arms 72A as described above. The pair of transfer arms 72A are arranged apart from each other in the width direction W at intervals equal to or larger than the length of the width direction W of the article C.

When the article C is transferred from the trolley 71 to the storage unit 13S, the transfer unit 72 transfers the article C with the hook 72d of the front side L1 of the pair of hooks 72d provided on the holding arm 72c in a protruding state. The arm 72A is projected toward the storage portion 13S (back side L2). As described above, along the depth direction L of each of the pair of article storage shelves 1, the article transporting device 7 side is the “front side L1” and the opposite side is the “back side L2”. That is, the "front side L1" and the "back side L2" in the depth direction L refer to the front side and the back side in the storage unit 13S provided in each of the article storage shelves 1. As a result, the article C is pushed by the pair of hooks 72d and moves toward the storage portion 13S. On the contrary, when the article C is transferred from the storage unit 13S to the carriage 71, the transfer unit 72 first sets both of the pair of hooks 72d provided on the holding arm 72c in a non-protruding state, and transfers the article C to the trolley 71. The mounting arm 72A is projected toward the storage portion 13S (back side L2).
As a result, of the pair of hooks 72d provided at both ends of the holding arm 72c in the depth direction L, the hook 72d on the back side L2 is arranged on the back side L2 from the article C. Next, the transfer unit 72 brings the hook 72d of the back side L2 into a protruding state, and then pulls the pair of transfer arms 72A to the side of the carriage 71 (front side L1). As a result, the article C is pulled by the pair of hooks 72d and moves toward the carriage 71.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. As a result, it is possible to prevent the article C to be transferred to the storage unit 13S from being displaced in the depth direction L. In the present embodiment, the stopper 13a is provided on each of the plurality of shelf boards 13 constituting the article placing surface 13F. Further, the stopper 13a is integrally formed with the shelf plate 13, and here, the stopper 13a is formed by cutting out a part of the shelf plate 13 and bending it upward.

As described above, the transfer portion 72 moves in and out along the depth direction L at an appropriate position in the width direction W, so that it can be moved between the pair of regulating members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W (regulation range R). Transfer article C. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the regulating member 2 has a main body portion 23, and the main body portion 23 overlaps with the movement locus of the transfer portion 72 in the vertical direction Z view, and the article mounting surface 13F. It is arranged above and below the movement locus of the transfer unit 72. By arranging the main body 23 above the article mounting surface 13F, the article C placed on the article placing surface 13F can be appropriately regulated in the regulation range R so as not to be displaced. Then, by arranging the main body unit 23 below the movement locus when the transfer unit 72 moves in and out, the transfer unit 72 that moves in and out can pass above the restricting member 2. .. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the transfer portion 72 that moves in and out from interfering with the restricting member 2.

The regulating member 2 is detachably provided on the article placing surface 13F. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of engaging recesses 14 are provided on the article placing surface 13F (see the enlarged view in FIG. 2). The regulating member 2 has an engaging protrusion 26 that protrudes from the main body 23 and engages with the engaging recess 14. When the engaging protrusion 26 engages with the engaging recess 14, the regulating member 2 is attached to the article mounting surface 13F. In the present embodiment, the engaging recess 14 is formed as a through hole that penetrates the shelf plate 13 constituting the article mounting surface 13F in the vertical direction Z. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the engaging recess 14 may be formed as a recess in the vertical direction Z without penetrating the shelf plate 13.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the plurality of regulatory members 2 are arranged at different positions in the depth direction L. Then, a plurality of sets of the pair of regulatory members 2 arranged at the same position in the depth direction L and adjacent to both sides in the width direction W with respect to the article C are separated in the depth direction L (in the figure). In the example, 2 sets) are arranged. More specifically, a pair of regulatory members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W are arranged on both the front side L1 and the back side L2 in the depth direction L. However, the pair of restricting members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W may be arranged at different positions in the depth direction L without being limited to such a configuration. Then, one set or a plurality of sets of such a pair of regulatory members 2 are arranged for one article C.

Next, the detailed configuration of the regulating member 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6. Note that FIG. 6 shows the shape of the regulating member 2 in each of the vertical direction Z, the width direction W, and the depth direction L. As described above, the regulating member 2 is detachably configured with respect to the article mounting surface 13F, and has a main body portion 23 and an engaging protrusion 26 protruding from the main body portion 23. .. In the following, it is assumed that the direction (vertical direction Z, depth direction L, width direction W) is defined based on the state in which the regulating member 2 is arranged on the article placing surface 13F.

The main body 23 is formed in a plate shape with the depth direction L as the longitudinal direction. In other words, the depth direction length 23L of the main body portion 23 is formed longer than the width direction length 23W. Further, the lower surface of the main body portion 23 comes into contact with the article placing surface 13F in a state where the regulating member 2 is arranged on the article placing surface 13F. Here, the lower surface of the main body portion 23 has a flat surface portion formed in a plane shape along the article placing surface 13F.

The engaging protrusion 26 is formed so as to project downward from the lower surface of the main body 23. The engaging protrusion 26 is inserted into the engaging recess 14 in a state where the regulating member 2 is arranged on the article mounting surface 13F, and engages with the engaging recess 14. In the illustrated example, the engaging protrusion 26 is formed in a tapered shape in which the amount of protrusion of the engaging protrusion 26 to the outside in the radial direction increases from the tip end side toward the main body 23 side, and also in the radial direction. It has an engaging claw 26a that swings to retire when pressed inward. As a result, when the engaging protrusion 26 is inserted into the engaging recess 14, the engaging claw 26a is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 14 and retracts inward in the radial direction, so that the engaging claw 26a is moved. After penetrating the through hole as the engaging recess 14 formed in the shelf plate 13, it projects outward in the radial direction.
As a result, the engaging claw 26a projects toward the back surface side of the shelf plate 13, so that the engaging protrusion 26 is engaged so as not to come off from the engaging recess 14, and the regulating member 2 is attached to the shelf plate 13.

Each of the regulating members 2 is provided with a plurality of engaging protrusions 26 (two in this example). The plurality of engaging protrusions 26 are arranged side by side in the depth direction L, and are arranged offset from the center position WC in the width direction W in the main body portion 23. To add an explanation, the plurality of engaging protrusions 26 are arranged at different positions in the depth direction L and at the same position in the width direction W, and overlap each other in the depth direction L view. Then, by arranging the engaging protrusion 26 offset from the widthwise center position WC in the main body 23, one of the pair of widthwise end portions 23E in the main body 23 can be set to a distance to the engaging protrusion 26. As the small narrow side end portion 23Ea, the other of the pair of widthwise end portions 23E in the main body portion 23 is the wide side end portion 23Eb having a large distance to the engaging protrusion 26. That is, the distance W in the width direction from the narrow side end portion 23Ea to the engaging protrusion 26 is smaller than the distance W in the width direction from the wide side end portion 23Eb to the engaging protrusion 26.

As described above, the pair of restricting members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W defines a regulation range R that regulates the position of the article C between the two. The regulation range width WR, which is the width of the regulation range R, is determined by the width direction end portions 23E facing each other between the width directions W in the pair of regulation members 2. More specifically, the regulation range width WR is the distance between the facing surfaces (planes of the width direction end portions 23E) of the pair of main body portions 23 facing the width direction W in the pair of regulation members 2 adjacent to the width direction W. Determined by. In the present embodiment, the regulating member 2 is configured to change its direction by reversing in the width direction W, and the positions of the narrow side end portion 23Ea and the wide side end portion 23Eb can be exchanged in the width direction W. There is. Thereby, the regulation range width WR can be changed while using one kind of regulation member 2.

For example, by arranging both of the pair of regulating members 2 so that the narrow side end portion 23Ea is located inside the width direction W (the side closer to the other regulating member 2), the pair of regulating members 2 can be arranged. The interval in the width direction W, that is, the regulation range width WR can be widened. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, by arranging both of the pair of restricting members 2 so that the wide side end portion 23Eb is located inside the width direction W, the width direction W of the pair of restricting members 2 In other words, the regulation range width WR can be narrowed. As a result, the regulation range width WR can be adjusted according to a plurality of types of articles C having different sizes and shapes, and the misalignment of the article C placed on the article mounting surface 13F can be appropriately regulated. can.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the regulating member 2 further has an identification unit 27 capable of identifying the orientation of the regulating member 2. The identification unit 27 is provided on the main body unit 23, and is configured so that the positions of the narrow side end portion 23Ea and the wide side end portion 23Eb can be identified while the regulation member 2 is arranged on the article mounting surface 13F. Has been done. To add an explanation, normally, when the restricting member 2 is arranged on the article mounting surface 13F, the engaging protrusion 26 is hidden by the main body 23 when viewed from above, so that the engaging protrusion 26 in the main body 23 The positions are difficult to understand, and the positions of the narrow side end portion 23Ea and the wide side end portion 23Eb are difficult to identify. However, by providing the identification unit 27 as in the present embodiment, it becomes easier to identify the orientation of the regulating member 2, and by extension, even when the regulating member 2 is arranged on the article mounting surface 13F, the narrow side end. The positions of the portion 23Ea and the wide side end portion 23Eb can be easily identified.

Here, the identification unit 27 identifies which side of the narrow side end portion 23Ea and the wide side end portion 23Eb is in the width direction W with respect to the other when the main body portion 23 is viewed from above. It is an identification mark that can be done. As such an identification mark, for example, characters, figures, symbols, patterns, colors, or a combination of some or all of them are used. For example, the identification unit 27 is configured by displaying different characters on the side of the narrow side end portion 23Ea on the upper surface of the main body portion 23 and the side of the wide side end portion 23Eb on the upper surface. To. In the illustrated example, the letter "A" is displayed on the side of the narrow side end portion 23Ea on the upper surface of the main body portion 23, and the letter "B" is displayed on the side of the wide side end portion 23Eb. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the characters displayed on the upper surface of the main body 23 can be arbitrarily set, and in addition to the characters, for example, symbols such as "○" and "△" can be set. Various figures and the like may be displayed. Furthermore, the identification unit 27 may be configured by adding different colors to the narrow side end portion 23Ea side and the wide side end portion 23Eb side on the upper surface of the main body portion 23, not limited to characters and symbols. good.

In the present embodiment, the main body portion 23 has a widthwise tapered portion 24 that narrows in the width direction W from the side of the center position LC in the depth direction L toward each of both ends in the depth direction L at both ends in the depth direction L. have. In the illustrated example, the widthwise tapered portion 24 has a pair of widthwise tapered surfaces 24F formed on both side surfaces in the width direction W. The pair of widthwise tapered surfaces 24F are inclined so as to approach each other from the depth direction center position LC in the main body portion 23 toward the end in the depth direction L. When the transfer portion 72 transfers the article C from the carriage 71 to the storage portion 13S by the width direction taper portion 24, the misalignment of the article C in the width direction W is corrected along the width direction taper surface 24F. Etc., the position of the article C in the width direction W can be guided to an appropriate position.

Further, in the present embodiment, the main body portion 23 has a vertical tapered portion 25 that narrows in the vertical direction Z from the side of the center position LC in the depth direction toward each of both ends in the depth direction L at both ends of the depth direction L. have. In the illustrated example, the vertical tapered portion 25 has a vertical tapered surface 25F inclined with respect to the article mounting surface 13F on the upper surface thereof. The vertical tapered surface 25F is inclined downward from the depth direction center position LC in the main body portion 23 toward the end in the depth direction L. The lower surface of the vertical tapered portion 25 is configured to be along the article placing surface 13F, and is formed along the horizontal plane in this example.
When the transfer portion 72 transfers the article C from the trolley 71 to the storage portion 13S by the vertical taper portion 25, the position of the article C in the width direction W is displaced, so that the article C becomes the main body portion 23. The article C can be mounted on the main body 23 along the vertical tapered surface 25F even in the case of interference with the above. This makes it possible to reduce the possibility of transfer defects due to interference between the article C and the restricting member 2.

Here, the article storage shelf 1 is configured so that different types of regulatory members 2 can be selectively arranged on the article placing surface 13F. In the present embodiment, the article storage shelf 1 is configured so that the first regulating member 21 and the second regulating member 22 having different lengths 23W in the width direction can be selectively arranged. The above-mentioned regulatory member 2 shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 is the first regulatory member 21. The regulating member 2 shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is a second regulating member 22 having a length 23W in the width direction shorter than that of the first regulating member 21. In the illustrated example, the second regulating member 22 has a distance W in the width direction from the narrow side end portion 23Ea to the engagement protrusion 26 and a width direction W from the wide side end portion 23Eb to the engagement protrusion 26. It is formed shorter than the first regulating member 21 in terms of both the distance and the distance. Except for such a length of 23 W in the width direction, the first regulating member 21 and the second regulating member 22 are configured in the same manner. Therefore, detailed description of the second regulating member 22 will be omitted. In addition, in this article storage shelf 1, the first regulation member 21 and the second regulation member 22 can be arranged in a mixed manner.

Further, in the present embodiment, a plurality of one or a plurality of engaging recesses 14 corresponding to each of the regulating members 2 are regularly arranged along at least one of the width direction W and the depth direction L. Then, by selecting the engaging recess 14 for engaging the engaging protrusion 26 of the regulating member 2 from the plurality of engaging recesses 14, the position where the regulating member 2 is arranged on the article mounting surface 13F is widened. It can be changed for at least one of the direction W and the depth direction L. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 (see also FIG. 1), in the present embodiment, a plurality of pairs of the pair of engaging recesses 14 corresponding to each of the regulating members 2 are regularly arranged along the width direction W. The sets (3 sets in the illustrated example) are arranged. This makes it possible to change the regulation range width WR. In the example shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the plurality of engaging recesses 14 arranged along the width direction W are provided at three positions, the α position, the β position, and the γ position, in order from the inside of the width direction W. ing. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the plurality of engaging recesses 14 may be provided at four or more positions along the width direction W. In this example, a plurality of pairs of the pair of engaging recesses 14 corresponding to each of the regulating members 2 are not arranged in the depth direction L, and the position of the regulating member 2 in the depth direction L cannot be changed.

As described above, in the article storage shelf 1 according to the present embodiment, the orientation in which the regulating member 2 is arranged is changed, the type of the regulating member 2 is changed, and the engaging protrusion 26 of each regulating member 2 is engaged. The regulation range width WR can be adjusted by at least one change of the engagement recess 14.

Hereinafter, the adjustment of the regulation range width WR will be described in detail. In the following description, regarding the direction in which the regulating member 2 is arranged, the narrow side end portion of the pair of regulating members 2 adjacent to each other in the width direction W on the side closer to the other regulating member 2 (inside the width direction W). The direction in which 23Ea, that is, the display "A" of the identification unit 27 is located is referred to as "A direction", and the direction in which the wide side end portion 23Eb, that is, the display "B" of the identification unit 27 is located inside the width direction W. It is called "B orientation".

For example, in FIG. 10, the first regulating member 21 is used as the type of the regulating member 2, the direction of the first regulating member 21 is A, and the engaging protrusion 26 of the first regulating member 21 is in the α position. It shows a state of being engaged with the engaging recess 14. In this state, the regulation range width WR becomes the first regulation range width WR1. As shown in FIG. 12, for example, the first regulation range width WR1 has a width most suitable for the first article type C1 among a plurality of types of articles C having different sizes and shapes (more specifically, lengths in the width direction). ing. In other words, by transferring the article C of the first article type C1 between the width directions W of the pair of regulatory members 2 arranged so as to be the first regulation range width WR1, the article C is transferred to the article placing surface 13F. The position of the article C of the first article type C1 to be placed can be appropriately regulated.

Further, for example, in FIG. 11, the first regulating member 21 is used as the type of the regulating member 2, the direction of the first regulating member 21 is B, and the engaging protrusion 26 of the first regulating member 21 is β. It is engaged with the engaging recess 14 at the position. In this state, the regulation range width WR becomes the fifth regulation range width WR5. The fifth regulation range width WR5 has a width most suitable for the fifth article type C5, for example, as shown in FIG. In other words, by transferring the article C of the fifth article type C5 between the width directions W of the pair of regulatory members 2 arranged so as to be the fifth regulation range width WR5, the article C is transferred to the article placement surface 13F. The position of the article C of the fifth article type C5 to be placed can be appropriately regulated.

As shown in FIG. 12, in the present embodiment, each of the type of the regulating member 2, the direction in which the regulating member 2 is arranged, and the position of the engaging recess 14 with which the engaging protrusion 26 of each regulating member 2 is engaged. The regulation range width WR is set according to the conditions. Therefore, it is preferable to set the regulation range width WR according to the type of the article C stored in the storage unit 13S. Here, depending on the type of the article C, any one of the type of the regulating member 2, the direction in which the regulating member 2 is arranged, and the position of the engaging recess 14 with which the engaging protrusion 26 of each regulating member 2 is engaged. One or more may be different between one side and the other side in the width direction W. For example, one of the pair of regulatory members 2 that defines the regulation range R is arranged so that the narrow side end portion 23Ea is located inside the width direction W, and the other is arranged inside the width direction W with the wide side end. The portion 23Eb may be arranged so as to be located. Further, the type of the regulating member 2 may be different between one side and the other side in the width direction W, or the position of the engaging recess 14 with which the engaging protrusion 26 is engaged may be different.

2. 2. Other Embodiments Next, other embodiments of the article storage shelf will be described.

(1) In the above embodiment, an example in which the main body portion 23 of the regulating member 2 is formed in a plate shape having the depth direction L as the longitudinal direction has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such an example, and the main body portion 23 of the regulating member 2 may be formed in a plate shape having the width direction W as the longitudinal direction. Alternatively, the main body portion 23 may be formed so that the depth direction length 23L and the width direction length 23W of the main body portion 23 are formed to have the same length, and are formed in a square shape in the vertical direction Z view. Alternatively, the main body portion 23 may be formed in another shape such as a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or a triangular shape in the vertical direction Z.

(2) In the above embodiment, a plurality of one or a plurality of engaging recesses 14 corresponding to each of the regulating members 2 are regularly arranged along the width direction W, but a plurality of engagement recesses 14 are arranged in the depth direction L. An example of not being arranged has been described. However, without being limited to such an example, a plurality of one or a plurality of engaging recesses 14 corresponding to each of the regulating members 2 are regularly arranged along the depth direction L and the width direction W. In the configuration, a plurality of configurations may not be arranged, or a plurality of configurations may be regularly arranged along both the width direction W and the depth direction L.

(3) In the above embodiment, an example in which each of the regulating members 2 is provided with a plurality of engaging protrusions 26 has been described. However, without being limited to such an example, the regulating member 2 may include only one engaging protrusion 26. In this case, for example, it is preferable that the main body 23 of the regulating member 2 is formed in a disk shape and the engaging protrusion 26 is arranged in the central portion of the disk-shaped main body 23. With such a configuration, for example, even when the article C being transferred comes into contact with the regulating member 2 and the regulating member 2 rotates, the position of the surface that regulates the position of the article C in the regulating member 2 is It can be prevented from changing.

(4) In the above embodiment, the example of having the identification unit 27 capable of identifying the orientation of the regulation member 2 has been described, but the regulation member 2 may not have the identification unit 27.

(5) In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the main body portion 23 of the regulating member 2 has a widthwise tapered portion 24 and a vertical tapered portion 25 at both ends in the depth direction L, respectively. However, without being limited to such an example, the main body portion 23 has one or both of the widthwise tapered portion 24 and the vertical tapered portion 25 at one end in the depth direction L. Is also good. Further, the main body portion 23 may have a configuration in which only one of the width direction tapered portion 24 and the vertical direction tapered portion 25 is provided, or both of them are not provided.

(6) In the above embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the restricting member 2 is arranged at two locations on both sides in the width direction W and in the depth direction L for one article C, for a total of four locations. The configuration has been described as an example. With such an arrangement, in the configuration of the above embodiment, the misalignment of the article C can be appropriately suppressed with a simple configuration using the minimum regulation member 2. However, the arrangement of the regulating members 2 is not limited to this, and the number and arrangement of the regulating members 2 can be appropriately set according to the size, shape, and the like of the article. For example, even when the restricting members 2 are arranged at four locations for one article C, the depth direction L is such as the front side L1 and the center part in the depth direction L, or the center part and the back side L2. It may be arranged biased to one side. Alternatively, the regulating member 2 may be arranged on the front side L1 on one side of the width direction W and the regulating member 2 on the back side L2 on the other side of the width direction W with respect to one article C. .. Further, for example, three or more regulating members 2 may be arranged side by side in a row along the depth direction L. In this case, a plurality of regulatory members 2 may be arranged without gaps, or may be arranged at regular intervals.

(7) The configuration disclosed in each of the above-described embodiments can be applied in combination with the configurations disclosed in other embodiments as long as there is no contradiction. With respect to other configurations, the embodiments disclosed herein are merely exemplary in all respects. Therefore, various modifications can be appropriately made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Further, as described above, in the configuration in which the plurality of engaging protrusions are arranged unbalanced from the center position in the width direction of the main body portion.
It is preferable that the regulating member further has an identification unit capable of identifying the orientation of the regulating member.

According to this configuration, it is possible to easily identify the orientation of the regulating member when the orientation of the restricting member may be reversed in order to change the regulation range of the article in the width direction. Become.

The regulation member can be efficiently arranged by utilizing the area of the article placing surface. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the storage efficiency of the article storage shelf due to the arrangement of the regulating member.
Further, according to this configuration, when the article is transferred to the article placing surface by the transfer portion of the article transport device, the article interferes with the regulating member due to the position of the article in the width direction being displaced. Even so, the article can be guided by the vertically tapered portion and run on the regulating member. This makes it possible to reduce the possibility of transfer defects due to interference between the article and the regulatory member.
