Description
ICP = (脳流量)×(流出抵抗)

1.スポーツでは100Gを伴う頭部衝突はしばしば起こるが、発症しない。
2.ボクシングやランニング時には200Gを伴う頭部衝突が起こりやすいが、持続時間は0.5ミリ秒から5ミリ秒である。

Claims (4)
- 患者の頭部に配置されて当該患者の脳の皮質組織の脈動を測定するためのトランスデューサと、
前記患者の頭蓋に加わる加速度を測定するための加速度計と、
を備えており、
前記皮質組織の脈動に基づいて前記脳を取り囲むクモ膜腔の厚さの脈動を検出し、前記加速度に基づいて前記脳の前記頭蓋に対する動きを検出し、当該厚さの脈動と当該動きに基づいて前記脳の膨張を検出する、
システム。 - 各々が患者の頭部に配置されて当該患者の脳の皮質組織の脈動を測定するための複数のトランスデューサと、
ディスプレイと、
を備えており、
前記複数のトランスデューサにより検出された前記皮質組織の脈動に基づいて前記脳を取り囲むクモ膜腔の厚さの脈動波形を複数の部位で検出し、当該複数の部位における当該脈動波形の到達の遅延を検出し、当該到達の遅延についての情報が前記ディスプレイを通じて提供される、
システム。 - 前記脳の皮質組織の脈動を測定するためのトランデューサとは異なるトランスデューサを備えており、当該トランスデューサは、加速度計、頸動脈分岐血管音検査マイクロフォン、耳光電脈波トランスデューサのいずれかである、
請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記検出された脳の膨張に基づいて、頭蓋内圧(ICP)、脳膨張、水頭症、スペースフィリング頭蓋内腫瘍、スペースフィリング血腫、または他の頭蓋内異常についての情報を提供するディスプレイを備えている、
請求項1に記載のシステム。
