Description
ICP = (脳流量)×(流出抵抗)
クモ膜腔の正常な厚さは3mmである。クモ膜血管の抵抗は、空間が1mmに圧縮された場合に5倍になり、空間が0.5mmに圧縮された場合に12倍になり、0.25mmに圧縮されたときに90倍になる。したがって、ICP亢進の徴候は、脳容積膨張によって定まるクモ膜腔厚の影響を非常に受けやすい。
1.脳組織が呈するパルス遅延
2.超音波または聴診器で検出可能な振動
1.スポーツでは100Gを伴う頭部衝突はしばしば起こるが、発症しない。
2.ボクシングやランニング時には200Gを伴う頭部衝突が起こりやすいが、持続時間は0.5ミリ秒から5ミリ秒である。
3.これらの状態は、音ルミネセンスと化学反応を生成する液圧キャビテーションを引き起こすものと類似である。
Claims (54)
- 脳の動きを監視するシステムであって、
正常な脳の動きと異常な脳の動きの検出、解釈、および表示の少なくとも一つを行う、
システム。 - 前記動きは、心周期に同期した脈動である、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記動きは、頭蓋の加速度に関連付けられている、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも一つのトランスデューサが前記脳の異なる部位の動きを監視するために使用される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 測定された前記動きの相関情報を提供するために、加速度計、プレチスモグラフ、心電図などのトランスデューサが付加的に使用される、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 頭蓋内圧(ICP)、脳膨張、水頭症、スペースフィリング頭蓋内腫瘍、スペースフィリング血腫、または他の頭蓋内異常についての情報を提供するようにディスプレイが構成されている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 脳萎縮または痴呆についての情報を提供するようにディスプレイが構成されている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記脳の動きは、光学的方法または電磁的方法を用いて測定される、

粘着性コンタクトパッド。 - 保存温度よりも高い沸点を有する液体の薄い層を有する袋体と、
前記袋体の両面において前記液体を加熱する手段を有する接着部と、

前記手段は、前記液体の温度が前記沸点を上回るように加熱して脱気することにより、前記袋体の表面を容易に離脱可能としている、
粘着性コンタクトパッド。 - 脳の動きを監視するシステムであって、
正常な脳の動きと異常な脳の動きの検出、解釈、および表示の少なくとも一つを行う、
システム。 - 前記動きは、心周期に同期した脈動である、
請求項17に記載のシステム。 - 複数のトランスデューサが前記脳の異なる部位の動きを監視するために使用される、
請求項17に記載のシステム。 - 特定の脳動脈の分布に対応するように各トランスデューサによる測定領域が選ばれている、
