Description
- ステップ1、電圧を上昇させる:シフトが要求されると直ちに(t0で)、変換器は、電圧をおよそ400Vのレベルに調節する10;
- ステップ2、トルクを伝達する:シフト前に、電力は、燃焼機関(PICE)によって主に提供され、この燃焼電力レベルは、t1からt2まで、HSGが吸収可能な最大レベル(ここでは50kW)に低下される。すなわち、t1以降、HSGは、燃焼機関の電力を吸収する(t2から)まで徐々に発電機として駆動される;
- ステップ3、クラッチを切る:t2において、車輪に提供される電力の全ては、電気モーターによって提供され、噛合クラッチを通過するトルクはなく、比Th2の噛合クラッチを切ることを開始することが可能である;
- ステップ4、燃焼機関速度を同期させる:t3において、パワートレインは、「シリアルハイブリッド」モードにされ、燃焼機関の電力を下方に制御することにより、主シャフトにかけられた総トルク(燃焼機関+HSG)が負となり、速度が低下する;
- ステップ5、クラッチ操作する:t4において、エンジン速度は、比Th3に対応する値に到達し、対応する噛合クラッチのクラッチ操作が次いで開始される;
- ステップ6、トルクを復元する:t5において、噛合クラッチが接続されていると、ステップ2と同様の操作がHSGを次第に駆動することによって実施される。
- 電気機械の回路において変換器13を介して電圧Udcを増加させることと、
- 燃焼機関と、それにより発電機として駆動される補助電気機械との間でトルクを伝達することと、
- 燃焼比を分離することと、
- 燃焼機関速度を、関与することになる新たな比と同期させることと、
- 燃料機関をその新たな比に結合することと、
- 補助電気機械を次第に駆動することにより、燃焼トラクションチェーンにおいてトルクを復元することと、
- 電気機械の回路において変換器を介して電圧を減少させることと
がある。
Claims (8)
- 燃焼機関、主電気機械(ME)、補助電気機械(HSG)、前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械のためのバッテリ(12)、ならびに、前記バッテリの端子と前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械の端子との間に配置されたDC電圧変換器(13)を備えたパワートレインであって、前記主電気機械(ME)はトルクを種々の伝達比で車輪に伝達可能であり、前記補助電気機械(HSG)は、前記燃焼機関の入力シャフトまたは前記主電気機械(ME)の入力シャフトに交互に連結されるように構成されたパワートレインの電気トラクションチェーンで利用可能な電力を制御するための電力制御方法であって、
前記DC電圧変換器(13)から前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械に印加する電圧(Udc)を、
運転手の加速要求が弱い場合には、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)に等しい電圧に制御し、
運転手の加速要求が強い場合には、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)より高い電圧に制御し、
前記伝達比の変更中は、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)より高い電圧に制御する、
電力制御方法。 - 前記運転手の加速要求は、アクセルペダルの踏み込み加減に応じて、強い加速要求または弱い加速要求と判定される、請求項1に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記燃焼機関によって前記補助電気機械(HSG)が発電機として駆動される場合、電気機械の電圧上昇により、前記補助電気機械(HSG)の電力(PHSG)が増加する、請求項1または2に記載の電力制御方法。
- 前記主電気機械(ME)の電力である電気トラクション電力(PM)は、前記バッテリの電力(PBAT)および前記補助電気機械の電力(PHSG)の和に等しい、請求項3に記載の電力制御方法。
- - 前記DC電圧変換器(13)を介して前記主電気機械および補助電気機械の回路に対する印加電圧(Udc)を増加させるステップと、
- 前記燃焼機関と、発電機として駆動される前記補助電気機械との間でトルクを伝達するステップと、
- 前記伝達比による結合を切り離すステップと、
- 燃焼機関速度を、新たな伝達比と同期させるステップと、
- 前記燃焼機関をその新たな伝達比で結合するステップと、
- 前記補助電気機械(HSG)を段階的に駆動することにより、燃焼トラクションチェーンのトルクを復元するステップと、
- 前記DC電圧変換器(13)を介して前記主電気機械および補助電気機械の回路に対する印加電圧を減少させるステップと
を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電力制御方法。 - 燃焼機関、主電気機械(ME)、補助電気機械(HSG)、前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械のためのバッテリ(12)、ならびに、前記バッテリの端子と前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械の端子との間に配置されたDC電圧変換器(13)を備えたパワートレインであって、前記主電気機械(ME)はトルクを種々の伝達比で車輪に伝達可能であり、前記補助電気機械(HSG)は、前記燃焼機関の入力シャフトまたは前記主電気機械(ME)の入力シャフトに交互に連結されるように構成されたパワートレインの電気トラクションチェーンで利用可能な電力を制御するための電力制御デバイスであって、
前記DC電圧変換器(13)から前記主電気機械および前記補助電気機械に印加する電圧(Udc)を、
運転手の加速要求が弱い場合には、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)に等しい電圧に制御し、
運転手の加速要求が強い場合には、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)より高い電圧に制御し、
前記伝達比の変更中は、前記バッテリの電圧(Ubat)より高い電圧に制御する手段を含む、
電力制御デバイス。 - 前記主電気機械および補助電気機械(ME、HSG)への電圧の供給は、前記DC電圧変換器(13)と前記主電気機械および補助電気機械の入力端子との間に配置されるインバータ(14、15)を介して行われる、請求項6に記載の電力制御デバイス。
- 前記DC電圧変換器(13)の出力端子間にキャパシタ(16)が接続される、請求項7に記載の電力制御デバイス。
