Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle rain shelter that is mounted on the roof of a vehicle to protect passengers from rain, snow, sleet, hail, hail, and the like.
Conventionally, in this kind of invention, a frame body that can be mounted on the roof of a vehicle and a flat plate-shaped rainproof plate that is attached to the frame body and slides are provided, and the rainproof plate is provided with a vehicle width when it rains or the like. There is a rain shelter for automobiles that projects outward in the direction and covers the upper part of passengers (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
According to this conventional technology, when a delivery worker of a cargo delivery vehicle loads and unloads luggage in the rain, the rainproof plate is pulled out so that the worker does not get wet and the cargo gets wet. Can be prevented. It also has the advantage that people with disabilities, the elderly, people with infants, etc. in wheelchairs do not get wet in the rain when getting on and off the car.
By the way, according to the above-mentioned prior art, in the rainproof device for automobiles in which the rainproof plate is housed on the roof upper surface side of the vehicle, when the vehicle is driven, the flat plate-shaped rainproof plate is caused by the wind and airflow received during the running. May bend up and down in a bow shape and flutter, causing vibration and noise.
Therefore, in the former conventional technique, the rainproof plate is formed from two laminated thin plates, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are sandwiched between the two thin plates to ensure the strength. Further, also in the latter conventional technique, the flat portion on the center side of the rainproof plate (rain shield) is supported by an L-shaped member, a slide rail, or the like.
However, in such a conventional structure, the number of parts is large and the structure becomes complicated, so that there is room for improvement.
In view of such problems, the present invention has the following configurations.
A pair of guide rails that are mounted on the roof of the vehicle at intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and extend in the width direction of the vehicle, a storage position that covers between these guide rails, and a rainproof position that protrudes from these guide rails in the extension direction. A slide panel that fits into these guide rails so as to slide between and is provided, and the slide panel is formed in a curved shape that gradually protrudes in one of the thickness directions as it approaches the central portion in the vehicle width direction. The slide panel is provided with a drive mechanism for moving the slide panel between the storage position and the rainproof position, and the drive mechanism is one side of the pair of guide rails in the vehicle width direction of one of the guide rails. A motor supported by the motor, a drive rotating body fixed to the output rotating shaft of the motor, a first driven rotating body supported on the other side in the vehicle width direction of the one guide rail, and the driving rotating body. And a first endless ring-shaped member wound around the first driven rotating body, and a second driven rotating body coaxially connected to the first driven rotating body and supported by the other guide rail. , A third driven rotating body supported on the one side in the vehicle width direction of the other guide rail, and a second endless ring shape wound around the second driven rotating body and the third driven rotating body. A vehicle rain shelter device comprising a member, wherein the first endless ring-shaped member and the second endless ring-shaped member are respectively fastened to the slide panel .

Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle rain shelter 1 is immovably fixed to the upper surface side of the roof of the vehicle A such as an automobile via a bracket a1 or the like.

Next, the characteristic action and effect of the vehicle rain shelter 1 having the above configuration will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this vehicle rain shelter device 1, each

Further, in the operation of returning the pulled out
Further, when the vehicle A is run with the
However, according to the above configuration, since each of the
If the slide panel has a structure that curves in a curved shape in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the curved protruding portion is likely to be fluttered by being strongly affected by the wind from the front when the vehicle A is traveling, and the above-mentioned fluttering suppression is suppressed. The effect of is reduced. Therefore, as described above, the inventor of the present application has completed the invention of the present application by adopting a structure in which the

<Second embodiment>
Next, another embodiment according to the present invention will be described. In addition, since the embodiment shown below is a modification of a part of the above-mentioned vehicle rain shelter device 1, the changed portion is mainly described in detail, and substantially the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals and overlapped. Detailed description will be omitted as appropriate.
