Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態である冷間圧延機の構成について説明する。なお、本明細書中では「冷間圧延」を単に「圧延」と記載することがあり、本明細書において「冷間圧延」と「圧延」は同義である。また、以下の説明では、冷間圧延機により圧延される圧延材(圧延対象材)として鋼板を例に挙げる。但し、圧延材は、鋼板に限定されることはなく、アルミ板等のその他の金属帯であっても適用可能である。
次に、本発明の一実施形態である定常圧延速度予測モデルについて説明する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明してきたが、本発明はこれに限定されずに種々の変更、改良を行うことができる。例えば、本実施形態では、ステップS43の処理で読み込まれる圧延対象の鋼板Sの圧延条件として目標圧延速度だけでなく、溶接点通過時の圧延条件(タンデム圧延機の各圧延スタンドにおけるロールギャップ、圧延スタンド間張力、ロールシフト量、ロールベンダー量)の一部を変更してもよい。また、本実施形態では、定常圧延速度予測モデルによる鋼板Sの定常圧延速度予測の反復及び圧延条件の決定を初期非定常圧延段階~終期非定常圧延段階を通して行うこととしたが、一部で行うこととしてもよい。また、冷間圧延機1としては、4段式に限定されず、2段式(2Hi)や6段式(6Hi)等の多重圧延機であってもよく、圧延スタンドの数にも特に限定はない。また、クラスター圧延機やゼンジミア圧延機であってもよい。

Claims (7)
- 冷間圧延機により圧延材を圧延した過去の圧延実績の内、非定常圧延実績データに基づいて生成した第1多次元データを説明変数とし、定常圧延実績データ及び定常圧延時の圧延制約条件データを目的変数として学習された予測モデルに対して、圧延対象材の非定常圧延実績データに基づいて生成した第2多次元データを入力することにより、圧延対象材の目標定常圧延条件に対する圧延制約条件を推定する推定ステップと、
推定された圧延制約条件が所定条件を満足するように前記目標定常圧延条件を変更する変更ステップと、
を含む、冷間圧延機の圧延条件算出方法。 - 前記圧延材は先行材と後行材とを溶接させた溶接部を有し、
前記非定常圧延実績データは、前記溶接部が前記冷間圧延機の出側を通過した際の圧延実績データである、請求項1に記載の冷間圧延機の圧延条件算出方法。 - 前記定常圧延実績データには、過去に圧延した圧延材の定常圧延時の目標圧延速度を示すデータが含まれ、
