Claims (11)

ここで、自動注射デバイスは、閉じた容積内に減圧を生成して該自動注射デバイスを患者の皮膚に対して引き寄せるように構成され;
該自動注射デバイスは、注射プロセス中に該注射器本体(111)内に減圧を生成するように構成された減圧機構を含み、該減圧機構は、該注射器本体の長手方向において第1の位置から該注射器本体の近位端に向かって第2の位置に可動である可動部材(122、212)を含み、該可動部材は、該第1の位置から該第2の位置への該可動部材(122、212)の動きが、該注射器本体(111)内の閉じた容積を拡大して閉じた容積内に減圧を生成するように構成され、該減圧機構は、該可動部材(122、212)を第2の位置へ付勢するよう構成された付勢要素を含む、前記自動注射デバイス。 - ニードルスリーブ(113)をさらに含み、該ニードルスリーブは、該ニードルスリーブが前記注射器本体(111)の前記遠位端(20)から延びて前記針(117)を取り囲む伸長位置と、該ニードルスリーブが該注射器本体内へ後退して該針を露出させる後退位置との間で可動である、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス(110、210)。

第1の位置から第2の位置へ可動であり、該第2の位置へ付勢される可動部材(122、212)と、該可動部材を該第2の位置へ付勢するよう構成された付勢要素を含む減圧機構と
を含み、
該注射器本体の遠位端が患者の皮膚に配置されたときに、封止要素によって該注射器本体と患者の皮膚との間に封止を形成し、それによって該注射器本体内に閉じた容積を画成することと、
該可動部材(122、212)が該第1の位置から該第2の位置へ動いて該注射器本体(111)内の閉じた容積を拡大し、それによって閉じた容積内に減圧を生成して自動注射デバイスを患者の皮膚に対して引き寄せることとを含む前記方法。
