前記錠剤上の複数点におけるスペクトルデータのうち、少なくとも前記凹部の底部を含む所定範囲に対応したスペクトルデータを除いたスペクトルデータを用いて、前記錠剤について所定の分析処理(例えば主成分分析)を行うことにより異品種を検出可能な分析手段とを備えたことを特徴とする検査装置。

- 表面に凹部を有しかつコーティングが施された錠剤を検査する検査装置であって、
前記錠剤に対し近赤外光を照射可能な照射手段と、
前記近赤外光が照射された前記錠剤から反射される反射光を分光可能な分光手段と、
前記分光手段にて分光された前記反射光の分光画像を撮像可能な撮像手段と、
前記撮像手段により取得された前記分光画像を基に、前記錠剤上の複数点におけるスペクトルデータを取得可能なスペクトルデータ取得手段と、
前記錠剤上の複数点におけるスペクトルデータのうち、少なくとも前記凹部の底部を含む所定範囲に対応したスペクトルデータを除いたスペクトルデータを用いて、前記錠剤について所定の分析処理を行うことにより異品種を検出可能な分析手段とを備えたことを特徴とする検査装置。 - 前記分析手段は、少なくとも前記凹部の底部を含む所定範囲に対し所定のマスク処理を行うことにより、該所定範囲に対応したスペクトルデータを除いたスペクトルデータを把握することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査装置。

前記錠剤に対し近赤外光を照射する照射工程と、
前記近赤外光が照射された前記錠剤から反射される反射光を分光する分光工程と、
分光された前記反射光の分光画像を撮像する撮像工程と、
前記分光画像を基に、前記錠剤上の複数点におけるスペクトルデータを取得するスペクトルデータ取得工程と、
前記錠剤上の複数点におけるスペクトルデータのうち、少なくとも前記凹部の底部を含む所定範囲に対応したスペクトルデータを除いたスペクトルデータを用いて、前記錠剤について所定の分析処理を行うことにより異品種を検出する分析工程とを備えたことを特徴とするPTPシートの製造方法。
