Claims (16)
- コーティング粉末を粉末塗布器へ搬送するための粉末搬送装置であって、
圧力をかけることができるように形成され使用可能であり、粉末入口(50)と粉末出口(51.1)とを備える作動容器(1)を備え、
該粉末出口(51.1)は、粉末出口弁(13)と結合され、
入口側で該粉末出口弁(13)と結合され、かつ入口側で輸送空気(TL)の入口(17)を備える粉末配管(40)を備え、
該粉末配管(40)は、出口側で粉末塗布器(4;5)と結合可能であり、
該粉末出口弁(13)を繰り返し開閉することによって搬送すべき粉末量(Q)を制御するように形成され使用可能なコントローラ(80)を備え、
該作動容器(1)内の圧力を把握するために圧力センサ(28.1)を備え、
該コントローラ(80)が、該作動容器(1)内の該圧力を調節するように形成され使用可能である粉末搬送装置。 - 該コントローラ(80)が、搬送すべき粉末量(Q)を制御するために、パルス幅変調またはパルス周波数変調によって該粉末出口弁(13)を制御するように形成され使用可能である請求項1に記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 輸送空気(TL)の該入口(17)が該粉末出口弁(13)のすぐ下流に備わる請求項1または2に記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 輸送空気(TL)の該入口(17)が環状隙間(94)として形成されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 輸送空気(TL)の該入口(17)が、輸送空気(TL)を鋭角(α)で該粉末配管(40)へ吹き入れ可能なように形成された請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 輸送空気(TL)用の調整装置(18)を備えた請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 該作動容器(1)内に流動化装置(19)を備えた請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 該作動容器(1)は、別の粉末出口(51.3;51.n)を備え、
入口側で別の粉末出口弁(13.2;13.n)及び別の輸送空気(TL)の入口(17)と結合され、出口側で別の粉末塗布器(5)と結合された別の粉末配管(40)を備えた請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。 - 該作動容器(1)は、空気抜き弁(12)を備え、
該コントローラ(80)が、パルス符号化制御信号によって該空気抜き弁(12)を制御することによって、該作動容器(1)内の所定の圧力以上で、該空気抜き弁(12)を所定の期間開くように形成され、使用可能である請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。 - 該作動容器(1)内に配置された超音波フィルタ(9)を備えた請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 粉末入口及び粉末出口(2.2)を備えた中間容器(2)を備え、
該中間容器(2)の該粉末出口(2.2)は、弁(11)を経由して該作動容器(1)の該粉末入口(50)と結合され、
それによって、該中間容器(2)の該粉末入口を経由して粉末(FP;RP)を該中間容器(2)に吸引可能な負圧生成器(25)を備えた請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置。 - 該中間容器(2)と結合され、それによって該中間容器(2)に圧力をかけることができる制御可能な圧縮空気源(24,34)を備えた請求項11に記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 該中間容器(2)が該作動容器(1)よりも高い位置に配置されている請求項11または12に記載の粉末搬送装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置を備えた粉末コーティング装置であって、該粉末搬送装置(100)は、一方の側で粉末貯蔵容器(3;30)に結合され、他方の側で1台または複数台の粉末塗装器(4;5)に結合された粉末コーティング装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の粉末搬送装置の操作方法であって、
該粉末配管(40)に輸送空気(TL)を導入し、
該コントローラ(80)によって、該粉末出口弁(13)が閉じている期間と該粉末出口弁(13)が開いている期間との比によって搬送すべき粉末量(Q)を調整しながら、該粉末出口弁(13)を繰り返し開閉することによって粉末搬送が実施される操作方法。 - 輸送空気(TL)が、粉末搬送の間絶え間なく該粉末配管(40)に導入される請求項15に記載の操作方法。
