Description
吸光度の比(A):中間膜を2枚の板厚2mmのクリアガラスで挟持した合わせガラスの状態で測定された、550nmにおける吸光度に対する780nmにおける吸光度。
図4に示す成分中のFe2O3に換算した全鉄量が0.75質量%以下であるガラス1~3と、図5及び図6に示す遮熱剤が添加された中間膜である遮熱中間膜1~3とを適宜組合せ、図7に示す構成の合わせガラスを作製した。合わせガラスの大きさは何れも横1490mm、高さ1100mmであり、自動車用フロントガラス用に周縁部に黒セラミック層を備えている。なお、図6の吸光度比は、吸光度の比(A)である。

Claims (8)
- 一対のガラス板と、前記ガラス板の間に位置する中間膜と、を有する合わせガラスであって、
前記ガラス板のうち少なくとも一方が断面楔形状、かつ成分中のFe2O3に換算した全鉄量が0.75質量%以下であり、
前記中間膜は遮熱剤を有し、かつ断面の楔角が0.2mrad以下であり、
前記合わせガラスのISO13837Aで規定される全日射透過率が60%以下であり、
前記中間膜において、以下で規定する吸光度の比(A)が1.8以上であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。
吸光度の比(A):中間膜を2枚の板厚2mmのクリアガラスで挟持した合わせガラスの状態で測定された、550nmにおける吸光度に対する780nmにおける吸光度。 - 前記合わせガラスの断面の楔角が0.3mrad以上1.0mrad以下である請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 断面楔形状を有する前記ガラス板の断面の楔角が0.3mrad以上1.0mrad以下である請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスの透視領域の上辺と下辺の可視光透過率の差が3%以下である請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記遮熱剤は、錫ドープ酸化インジウム、アンチモンドープ酸化錫、セシウム酸化タングステン、フタロシアニン系色素からなる群から選択される1種又は複数種の材料を含む請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスの最厚部における一対の前記ガラス板の板厚の合計をTmm、前記中間膜の膜厚をtmmとしたときに、T/tの最大値が4.4以上である請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスの上辺周縁部に情報送受信領域を有する請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスの上辺周縁部に情報送受信領域を有し、
前記情報送受信領域は、前記合わせガラスの透視領域内に設けられている請求項4に記載の合わせガラス。
