Description
Claims (3)
- プラズマを発生するための高電圧モジュール300及びプラズマ発生機400を含んで、前記プラズマ発生機から発生されたプラズマを利用して皮膚Sを治療する皮膚治療装置において、
前記プラズマ発生機400は、前記高電圧モジュール300に連結されるパワー連結部410';
前記パワー連結部410'に連結される一面は凹み前記皮膚Sに向かう他面は凸む電極板420';
上側が開放された半円筒形態であり、前記電極板420'を受容する上部誘電体430';
前記上部誘電体430'の凸む部分を包みながら、前記上部誘電体430'に向かう一面は凹み前記皮膚Sに向かう他面は凸み、電極毎に一定距離離隔され、複数のcellキャパシターとして作用するように独立して印刷された複数の独立電極部440';
上側が開放された半円筒形態で、前記独立電極部440'を受容する下部誘電体450';を具備し、前記プラズマ発生機400は、円筒形の皮膚内に挿入可能なように皮膚治療装置の外周面に沿って付着され、前記パワー連結部410'を通じてパワーが前記電極板420'に印加され、前記電極板420'からのパワーが前記上部誘電体430'、前記独立電極部440'、前記下部誘電体450'に供給されて前記下部誘電体450'と前記皮膚(S)との間の空間でプラズマが発生されることを特徴とするフラクショナルプラズマを用いた皮膚治療裝置。 - 請求項1に記載のフラクショナルプラズマを用いた皮膚治療裝置において、
前記下部誘電体450'の上側の周縁部は外部に向かって一定長さ突出された形態であることを特徴とするフラクショナルプラズマを用いた皮膚治療装置。 - 請求項1に記載のフラクショナルプラズマを用いた皮膚治療裝置において、前記独立電極部440'は銀ペーストまたはFPCBであることを特徴とするフラクショナルプラズマを用いた皮膚治療裝置。
