Claims (10)
- フレキシブル二次電池をなす電極組立体において、
前記電極組立体は、
分離膜を挟んで異なる極性を有する第1の電極板及び第2の電極板からなる一対の電極板を有する1つ以上の単位セルと、
前記電極板からそれぞれ突出する電極タブと、を含み、
前記電極タブは、電極並列連結用タブと電極リード連結用タブとを含み、
前記第1の電極板は、前記電極組立体の最外郭に配置され、前記電極並列連結用タブと前記電極リード連結用タブとを含み、
前記第2の電極板の集電体は、前記第1の電極板の集電体よりも低いヤング率を有することを特徴とする、電極組立体。 - 前記第1の電極板の前記集電体が銅である場合に、
前記第1の電極板と対面する前記第2の電極板の前記集電体は、アルミニウム材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体をなす電極板のうち前記電極並列連結用タブと前記電極リード連結用タブとを含む前記第1の電極板及び前記第2の電極板は、前記電極組立体内において単数で存在し、
単一の前記第2の電極板は、単一の前記第1の電極板の内側に一体的に対面して配置される、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体は、
前記電極組立体を構成する前記電極タブのうち何れか1つの前記電極リード連結用タブ上に溶着固定された補強タブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体は、
前記電極組立体を構成する前記電極タブのうち何れか1つの前記電極リード連結用タブ上に結合された電極リードは曲げ構造をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記電極リード連結用タブと電極リードを前記補強タブを利用して重ね当てた構造のタブリード結合部は、前記分離膜の内側に挿入整列された状態である、請求項4に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極リード連結用タブと前記曲げ構造の前記電極リードが結合されたタブ-リード結合部は、前記分離膜の内側に挿入整列された状態である、請求項5に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の前記電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を包む外装材と、を含み、
前記外装材は、前記電極組立体の外部を包むように上部押印部と下部押印部とが繰り返し押印加工された構造である、リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 複数の前記上部押印部と前記下部押印部とは、前記電極組立体及び前記外装材の幅と平行な方向に連続して形成される、請求項8に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン二次電池の曲がり角度の内角の範囲は10゜~180゜であることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
