Description

Claims (20)
- 風力タービンブレードの成形型から真空バッグを取り外す方法であって、
成形型内で風力タービンブレードのコンポーネントを形成する工程と、
風力タービンブレードコンポーネントの外周の少なくとも一部分の周りに配置される少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップを提供する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップの上に少なくとも1つの消耗品の層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップの上に真空バッグの一部分を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップを引っ張り、前記引っ張り力によって前記少なくとも1つの消耗品の層および前記真空バッグを破断する工程と、
を備える方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップは、所定の経路で前記少なくとも1つの消耗品の層を破断する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップは、0.028インチの厚さと、0.5インチの幅と、820ポンドの破断強度と、華氏490度の融点とを有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップは、ガラスの上に直接的に配置されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全ての前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが一旦取り外されると、前記少なくとも1つの消耗品の層および前記真空バッグは、前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップにより縛られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップは、取り外し後、前記風力タービンブレードコンポーネントに窪みを与える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記窪みに粘着テープを貼付する工程をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが、前記成形型の周囲であって、上部クランプ端部と底部クランプ端部との間のクランプ端部上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが、前記風力タービンブレードコンポーネントの根元末端から1.5mの位置に配置され、前記成形型の前縁側および後縁側の両方の先端に伸長する第1の末端を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが、前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップの端部にハンドルを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが根元末端から1500mm、12,000mm、27,500mmの位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが根元末端から先端まで供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップを横方向から前記成形型の中に供給する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが下向きに前記成形型の中に供給される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 桁キャップおよび前記成形型の分割線には、少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップがないままである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップの一部分が前記成形型の根元に近接して配置され、前記成形型の先端まで伸長している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップが、前記成形型のフランジ上に設置され、前記成形型の根元から1.5mマークにおいて切断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脱着可能なストリップの端部にアクセスするために前記真空バッグに開口部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 樹脂分散用の予め定められた流路を形成するためのガイドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
