本发明公开了一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)原料准备;(2)准备及清理模具;(3)铺设原料;(4)铺设辅材;(5)铺设软模;(6)放入机器;(7)加热加压;(8)固化成型;(9)产品冷却;(10)脱模后修整。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明适应于各类复合材料的生产制作,低温成型,高精度,高效率,操作简单;且产品质量稳定。

一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料的成型工艺,尤其涉及一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺。
背景技术
传统的复合材料制品成型工艺采用抽真空工艺进行材料的复合成型,操作复杂,效率低,产品质量不稳定。另外也有通过手糊制作复合材料制品的,这种方法难度高,效率低,且不能保证产品质量。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:根据需要将原材料裁剪成相应所需要的形状、尺寸,所述原材料包括碳纤维布、玻纤布、碳纤维预浸料等复合材料;
(2)准备及清理模具:将模具清理干净,做好脱模处理工作,即涂抹脱模剂或脱模蜡;所述模具为钢模、铝模、玻璃钢树脂模等;
(3)铺设原料:在模具中铺设复合材料,将复合材料逐层铺设,铺设到需要的层数即可停止,铺设过程中应注意复合材料是否紧贴模具,边角位置是否贴紧;(注:铝模使用湿法铺层,钢模可使用预浸料铺层);
(4)铺设辅材:辅材铺设在复合材料之上,按模具形状铺设,铺设时,辅材边沿比模具边沿多出2cm,便于脱模时取下;
(5)铺设软模:软模铺设在辅材之上,铺设一定要放置到位,否则会影响质量;(注:因所有软模都是特制的,所以在铺设之前一定要做好脱模处理,涂抹脱模剂或脱模蜡);
(6)放入机器:将铺设好材料的模具放入压机内进行压制;
(7)加热加压:将机器的温度调整至50-200摄氏度(注:铝模加热50-70摄氏度,钢模加热50-200摄氏度);并进行加压,根据制品的不同,将压机的压力调整在0.5-20MPa之间;
(8)固化成型:模具放入压机加热加压后,等待0.5至1 小时后,产品即固化;
(9)产品冷却:产品固化后,即可关闭压机的加热电源,将模具从压机中取下放置工作台上,使模具与产品自然冷却;
(10)脱模后修整:模具冷却至30摄氏度左右将软模取下,撕去辅材,将边缘修剪整齐,轻轻一拉便可将制品取出。
本发明的方法可用于各类中小型复合材料的制作。例如飞机模型、汽车模型,以及其他复合材料制作的中小型配件。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明适应于各类复合材料的生产制作,低温成型,高精度,高效率,操作简单;且产品质量稳定。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明的一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:根据需要将原材料裁剪成相应所需要的形状、尺寸,所述原材料包括碳纤维布、玻纤布、碳纤维预浸料等复合材料;
(2)准备及清理模具:将模具清理干净,做好脱模处理工作,即涂抹脱模剂或脱模蜡;所述模具为钢模、铝模、玻璃钢树脂模等;
(3)铺设原料:在模具中铺设复合材料,将复合材料逐层铺设,铺设到需要的层数即可停止,铺设过程中应注意复合材料是否紧贴模具,边角位置是否贴紧;(注:铝模使用湿法铺层,钢模可使用预浸料铺层);

1.一种柔性复合材料的制品成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:根据需要将原材料裁剪成相应所需要的形状、尺寸,所述原材料包括碳纤维布、玻纤布、碳纤维预浸料等复合材料;
(2)准备及清理模具:将模具清理干净,做好脱模处理工作,即涂抹脱模剂或脱模蜡;所述模具为钢模、铝模、玻璃钢树脂模等;
(3)铺设原料:在模具中铺设复合材料,将复合材料逐层铺设,铺设到需要的层数即可停止,铺设过程中应注意复合材料是否紧贴模具,边角位置是否贴紧;
(4)铺设辅材:辅材铺设在复合材料之上,按模具形状铺设,铺设时,辅材边沿比模具边沿多出2cm,便于脱模时取下;
