Description

Claims (15)
- 2層硬化複合材料物品であって:
外側部分であって、外側部分の厚みを有し、かつ、外側部分混合繊維ソースからの外側部分混合繊維フィラーになっている前記外側部分の50から70の間の総重量パーセントを有する第1のマトリックス樹脂から構成され、前記外側部分混合繊維フィラーは0.05-20:1の外側部分一次繊維および炭素繊維比を有する、外側部分:
内側部分であって、前記外側部分に対して補足的であり、内側部分の厚みを有し、かつ内側部分混合繊維ソースからの内側混合繊維フィラーになっている前記内側部分の40から60の間の総重量パーセントを有する第2のマトリックス樹脂から構成され、前記内側混合繊維フィラーは前記外側部分一次繊維及び炭素繊維比より小さい内側部分一次繊維および炭素繊維比を有する、内側部分;および、
前記外側部分と前記内側部分との間の接合、を含み、
前記外側部分混合繊維フィラーは、一次繊維及び炭素繊維の組み合わせの混合繊維トウ(Tow)、あるいは、一次繊維及び炭素繊維の組み合わせの織布または不織布から選択される外側部分混合繊維ソースの形態であり、および、
内側部分混合繊維フィラーは、一次繊維及び炭素繊維の組み合わせの混合繊維トウ(Tow)、あるいは、一次繊維及び炭素繊維の組み合わせの織布または不織布から選択される内側部分混合繊維ソースの形態である、ことを特徴とする、
2層硬化複合材料物品。 - 前記外側一次繊維はガラスである、請求項1に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分混合繊維フィラーは、一次繊維と炭素繊維の組み合わされたトウから切断された繊維であり、10mmから100mmの間の長さを有する、請求項1に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 予備成形を画定する熱可塑性プラスチックオーバーモールドをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記内側部分混合繊維フィラーは切断された繊維である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分の一次繊維及び炭素繊維の比率は0.6-1.3:1である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分の厚みは0.9から3.5mmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分は0.9から1.3までの密度を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記内側部分の厚みは0.9から2.4mmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分は0.9から1.6までの密度を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分混合繊維フィラーは、一次繊維及び炭素繊維の組み合わせの織布または不織布である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記外側部分は、自動車の車体パネルの表面光沢を施されるのに適している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 前記接合はコンタクト接着剤である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 車両のデッキリッド、車両のドア、車両のルーフ、車両のフェンダー、車両のフロアの形状を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
- 内部における炭素繊維は再利用される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の2層硬化複合材料物品。
