Claims (19)
- 長手方向に沿って第1及び第2端部と、前記第1及び第2端部の間の外周面とを含むバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルをモニタリングするための回路基板と、
前記回路基板から前記バッテリーセルに向かって延び、前記バッテリーセルの外周面に対して接触するセンサユニットと、を含み、
前記センサユニットは、
筐体と、
前記筐体内のサーミスタチップから前記筐体の外部に引き出されて、回路基板に連結されるリード線と、
前記筐体内に満たされた充填材と、を含み、
前記筐体は、
前記バッテリーセルの丸みを帯びた外周面と整合されるように、凹な曲面を含む第1面と、
前記第1面と反対側に形成された第2面と、を含み、
前記第1面は、前記筐体の断面のうち、一番長い辺を画定するように形成され、
前記第2面は、前記筐体の断面のうち、前記第1面によって画定される辺よりも短い辺を画定するように形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記センサユニットは、前記バッテリーセルの長手方向に追従し、前記回路基板に対して直立した姿勢で延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記リード線は、前記筐体の開放端部を介して前記筐体の外部に引き出され、前記回路基板のリードホールに直立した姿勢で嵌め込まれて結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記開放端部の両側から前記回路基板に向かって突出する結合突起の対をさらに含み、
前記結合突起の対は、前記回路基板に形成された一対の結合ホールに嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記筐体はさらに、
前記第1面と前記第2面とを連結する側面であって、前記第1面と接する第1側面、及び前記第2面と接する第2側面を含む側面と、を備え、
前記第2面は扁平な平面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1面、前記第2面及び前記側面は、前記筐体の閉鎖された断面を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1側面は、前記第1面から前記第1及び第2側面の境界に向かって拡張する傾向の勾配を有し、
前記第2側面は、前記第1及び第2側面の境界から第2面に向かって縮小する傾向の勾配を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルの前記外周面に向かって、前記センサユニットを圧迫する加圧部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記加圧部材は、前記センサユニットのうち、前記バッテリーセルと接触する第1面と反対側の第2面に接触することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、複数のバッテリーセルを含み、
前記複数のバッテリーセルについての組立位置を提供し、前記複数のバッテリーセルを構造的に結束するセルホルダーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルの前記外周面に向かって、前記センサユニットを圧迫する加圧部材をさらに含み、
前記加圧部材は、
前記セルホルダーに対して固定された一端側の固定部と、
前記一端側の固定部から延びて、前記センサユニットに対して接触する他端側の加圧部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記加圧部材は、前記センサユニットから離隔された前記一端側の固定部から、前記センサユニットに向かって斜めに延びていて、前記他端側の加圧部で前記センサユニットに密着して、前記センサユニットと共に、前記バッテリーセルの長手方向に沿って垂直に延びることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セルホルダーは、前記回路基板と前記バッテリーセルとの間に形成され、
前記セルホルダーには、前記回路基板と前記バッテリーセルとの間で延びる前記センサユニットが貫通するセンサ貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記筐体と前記充填材とは、相異なる樹脂素材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体は、熱可塑性樹脂を含み、
前記充填材は、熱硬化性樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記センサユニットは、前記バッテリーセルの第1及び第2端部のうちいずれか一端部と電気的に連結されるタブ部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記タブ部材は、前記バッテリーセルの前記外周面を横切って、前記筐体を貫通するように延び、前記バッテリーセルの一端部と前記回路基板とを電気的に連結することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記タブ部材は、前記筐体の開放端部を介して、前記リード線と並んで前記筐体の外部に引き出されて、前記回路基板に連結され、
前記開放端部と反対側の、前記筐体の底部を貫通して、前記バッテリーセルの一端部に延びることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記充填材は、前記タブ部材と前記リード線との間に介在され、電気的な絶縁を提供することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のバッテリーパック。
