Claims (9)
- 軸受構成部材(1)を製造する方法であって、
軸受構成部材中間製品(2)が鉄ベースの金属製の基体(3)と、変換層(4)とを有しており、
該変換層(4)が、少なくとも部分的に前記金属製の基体(3)上に形成されていて0.5マイクロメートル以上で3マイクロメートルよりも小さな初期層厚(db)を有しており、
変換層(4)として、鉄酸化物ベースの黒染め処理層を形成し、該黒染め処理層を、前記金属製の基体(3)をアルカリ処理浴を用いて少なくとも部分的に処理することにより形成し、
前記黒染め処理層の形成前に前記軸受構成部材中間製品(2)の前記金属製の基体(3)を肌焼入れ、高周波焼入れ、浸炭窒化、窒化、浸炭、マルテンサイト化焼入れまたはベイナイト焼入れにより硬化し、
前記軸受構成部材(1)を得るために、前記軸受構成部材中間製品(2)を少なくとも前記変換層(4)の領域においてボール状のボディ(6)によりローリング加工し、この際に、前記変換層(4)を該領域において圧縮して、前記初期層厚(db)の95%よりも小さい最終層厚(de)を有する前記軸受構成部材(1)の保護層(8)を形成する、軸受構成部材(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記ボール状のボディ(6)が、ハイドロスタティック式のバニシング加工工具またはディープローリング加工工具(5)の構成部材である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 硬質合金またはセラミックスから成るボール状のボディ(6)を使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ローリング加工により、前記変換層(4)を圧縮し、前記保護層(8)が、前記変換層(4)の硬度(HU)の少なくとも150パーセントに相当する硬度(HU)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ローリング加工により、前記変換層(4)を圧縮し、前記軸受構成部材(1)が、少なくとも前記保護層(8)の領域において、500メガパスカルよりも大きな残留応力(σe)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記軸受構成部材中間製品(2)を前記変換層(4)の領域においてスリップなしにローリング加工する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 軸受構成部材中間製品製造ステップが前記ローリング加工に先行し、前記軸受構成部材中間製品製造ステップでは、中間製品幾何形状を有する前記軸受構成部材中間製品(2)を製造し、前記軸受構成部材中間製品(2)は、前記ローリング加工後に、最終幾何形状を有する前記軸受構成部材(1)を形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記変換層(4)の前記ローリング加工時の圧力が、2000メガパスカルよりも大きく選択されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記黒染め処理層を形成するために、前記基体の表面が酸化される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
