Claims (3)
- 電子を放出する電子銃部と、
前記電子銃部からの電子の進行方向に沿って順に位置する入力空胴、複数の中間空胴、および出力空胴を含み、かつ前記中間空胴には複数の第2高調波空胴を含み、総数が10個以上の共振空胴と、
前記共振空胴を通過する電子を捕捉するコレクタと、
前記電子銃部と前記共振空胴との間、隣り合う前記共振空胴の間、および前記共振空胴と前記コレクタとの間に設けるドリフト管と
を具備し、
複数の前記第2高調波空胴は、電子の進行方向に沿って配置される複数の前記中間空胴の位置のうち、電子の進行方向の上流側の前記第2高調波空胴と前記入力空胴との間、および電子の進行方向の下流側の前記第2高調波空胴と前記出力空胴との間に複数の前記中間空胴が介在する位置にそれぞれ設ける
ことを特徴とするクライストロン。 - 複数の前記第2高調波空胴は、電子の進行方向に沿って配置される複数の前記中間空胴の位置のうち、電子の進行方向の上流側の前記第2高調波空胴と下流側の前記第2高調波空胴との間に複数の前記中間空胴が介在する位置にそれぞれ設ける
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクライストロン。 - 前記共振空胴は、前記ドリフト管内に連通するギャップを有し、
隣り合う前記共振空胴の前記ギャップの中心間の間隔は、電子の低減プラズマ波長に対して0.05~0.08倍である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のクライストロン。
