Description
必要がある場合、第2編み部120の前後で第1編み部110のワイヤ10が同一方向に進行すると、長手方向の膨張率と放射状の圧縮率を最大に維持することが容易になるので、第2編み部120のクロスは2回以上の偶数回とすることが好ましい。

Claims (1)
- ステントにおいて、
ワイヤが長手方向に対して20°以上70°以下の角で傾斜しながら山部と谷部に交差してメッシュ構造をなす円筒形の第1編み部と、
前記第1編み部のワイヤでフック結合なしに一体に連続して延びるワイヤが長手方向に対して0°以上20°未満の角で長手方向に曲げられて延びる円筒形の第2編み部とを含み、
前記第1編み部と前記第2編み部は、長手方向に交互に繰り返され、
前記ワイヤは、前記第1編み部と前記第2編み部との各境界に屈折部を有し、
前記第2編み部は、側方から圧力が加えられても、ステント本体の長手方向に実質的に伸縮しないように前記屈折部の角度が変化し、前記第1編み部より長く、前記ワイヤを2回以上の偶数回撚り合わせた医療用ステント。
