Claims (1)
- HUD視野(13)を含むHUD対応ウインドシールドを製造する方法であって、前記ウインドシールド(2)は、ユニバーサル楔層(14)から作られる楔層(15)を含み、前記ユニバーサル楔層(14)は、単調に変化する楔角度を有する厚さプロファイルを有する部分(12)を含み、前記プロファイルは、異なるウインドシールドモデルに適合される楔角度値を包含する楔角度の範囲を含み、前記ユニバーサル楔層(14)は、前記ウインドシールドの寸法と異なる寸法を有し、前記方法は、
- 前記ユニバーサル楔層(14)の前記寸法を適合させて前記楔層(15)をサイズ調整するステップであって、前記ユニバーサル楔層は、ユニバーサルPVB楔層であり、前記ユニバーサルPVB楔層は、最初に前記ウインドシールド(2)よりも小さく、前記寸法の前記適合は、前記PVB楔層をサイズ調整するための前記ユニバーサルPVB楔層の領域の拡張を含み、前記適合は、前記楔層(15)が前記ウインドシールドの前記寸法を有し、及び前記HUD視野の中心(X1、X2)における前記楔角度(W1、W2)が、前記HUD視野(13)の前記中心(X1、X2)における前記ウインドシールド(2)の内面及び外面(8、9)において反射で発生する二重像を補償するために適切であるようなものである、ステップと、
- 透明層を張り合わせるステップであって、前記透明層は、前記楔層(15)を含む、ステップと、
- 前記PVB楔層及び前記他の透明層を張り合わせて前記ウインドシールドを形成する後続ステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
