Abstract
Способ получения совместимого с HUD ветрового стекла, предусматривающего поле (13) обзора HUD, при этом указанное ветровое стекло содержит клиновидный слой (15), изготовленный из универсального клиновидного слоя (14), при этом указанный универсальный клиновидный слой (14) содержит часть (12) с профилем толщины, характеризующимся равномерно изменяющимся углом клиновидности, при этом указанный профиль предусматривает диапазон величин угла клиновидности, охватывающий значения угла клиновидности, приспособленные к различным моделям ветровых стекол, при этом указанный универсальный клиновидный слой (14) имеет габариты, отличные от габаритов указанного ветрового стекла, при этом указанный способ включает стадию подгонки габаритов универсального клиновидного слоя (14) до размера указанного клиновидного слоя (15), при этом указанная подгонка является такой, что указанный клиновидный слой (15) имеет габариты указанного ветрового стекла и угол (W1, W2) клиновидности в центре (X1, Х2) поля обзора HUD является соответствующим для компенсации двойных изображений, возникающих в отражении на наружной и внутренней поверхностях (8, 9) ветрового стекла в центре (X1, Х2) указанного поля обзора HUD (13).
