Claims (28)
- エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)の動作を制御するための制御デバイス(20)であり、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)が、液体を噴霧するエアロゾル発生器(31)と、複数のセンサユニット(38a、38b、38c、38d、38e)とを備える、制御デバイス(20)であって、
前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)とのワイヤレス通信接続を確立し、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)とのデータ伝送を実行するように構成された通信ユニット(21)と、
前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)に、前記制御デバイス(20)にワイヤレス伝送される前記センサユニット(38a、38b、38c、38d、38e)に関係するセンサデータを選択させる制御を行うように構成されたセンサデータ制御ユニット(22)と、を備える、制御デバイス(20)。 - 選択された前記センサデータが、前記制御デバイスにおいて実時間フィードバックを提供するために必要とされているものである、請求項1に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記センサデータ制御ユニット(22)が、前記センサユニットのうちの1つまたは複数のセンサユニットの動作モードを制御するようにさらに構成される、請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記動作モードの制御が、消費電力に関するモードの切換えを含む、請求項3に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記動作モードの制御が、前記制御デバイスにワイヤレス伝送される前記センサデータに関するモードの切換えを含む、請求項3および4のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)の前記センサユニットが、
エアロゾルセンサユニット、
動作状態センサユニット、

前記肺活量計システム(50)および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)が、複数の追加のセンサユニットを含み、
前記通信ユニット(21)が、前記肺活量計システム(50)および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)とのワイヤレス通信接続を確立し、前記肺活量計システム(50)およびまたは前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)とのデータ伝送を実行するようにさらに構成され、
前記センサデータ制御ユニット(22)が、前記肺活量計システム(50)および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)に、前記制御デバイス(20)にワイヤレス伝送される前記追加のセンサユニットの追加のセンサデータを選択させる制御を行うようにさらに構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。 - 前記センサデータ制御ユニット(22)が、前記追加のセンサユニットのうちの1つまたは複数のセンサユニットの動作モードを制御するようにさらに構成される、請求項7に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記追加のセンサユニットが、
肺診断センサユニット、
呼吸ガスセンサユニット、
バッテリセンサユニット、
温度センサユニット、および
ユーザ認識センサユニット
のうちの少なくとも2つを含む、請求項7および8のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。 - ユーザが、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)、および/または前記肺活量計システム(50)、および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)を、所定の治療および診断プロトコルに従って使用しているかどうかを判定するように構成された評価ユニット(23)をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記センサユニットの前記センサデータ、および/または前記追加のセンサユニットの前記追加のセンサデータを使用して、前記所定の治療および/または診断プロトコルへの準拠度を決定するように構成される、請求項10に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、 実際の処置および/または治療の間隔を前記所定の治療および診断プロトコルと比較すること、ならびに/あるいは、
実際の処置の持続時間を前記所定の治療プロトコルと比較すること、ならびに/あるいは、
前記ユーザの実際の吸息/呼息パターンを前記所定の治療および診断プロトコルによって規定される吸息/呼息パターンと比較すること、ならびに/あるいは、
実際のエアロゾル送達投与量、および/または前記ユーザの肺内の沈着量を決定すること、ならびに/あるいは、
環境要因を決定すること、ならびに/あるいは、
前記ユーザの差し迫った悪化を予測すること、
を行うように構成される、請求項11に記載の制御デバイス(20)。 - 前記評価ユニット(23)が、ユーザ認識ユニットに動作可能に接続される、請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記センサユニットの前記センサデータ、および/または前記追加のセンサユニットの前記追加のセンサデータの評価に基づいて緊急呼び出しまたは警報機能を生成するようにさらに構成される、請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記ユーザが前記所定の治療および診断プロトコルから所定のしきい値を超えて逸脱したときに表示を提供するようにさらに構成される、請求項10から14のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)、および/または前記肺活量計システム(50)、および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)の使用の使用法誤りを決定するようにさらに構成される、請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)、および/または前記肺活量計システム(50)、および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)のエラー状態を決定するようにさらに構成される、請求項10から16のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)の一部、および/または前記肺活量計システム(50)の一部、および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)の一部が保守または交換を必要としているかどうかを判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項10から17のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
- 前記評価ユニット(23)が、使用法誤り、エラー状態を決定したとき、ならびに/あるいは前記エアロゾル噴霧システム(30)の一部、および/または前記肺活量計システム(50)の一部、および/または前記呼吸ガス分析システム(60)の一部が保守または交換を必要としているときに、通知メッセージを伝送するようにさらに構成される、請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の制御デバイス(20)。
