Claims (15)
- 内部に第1中空が形成される第1胴体部、
前記第1中空に挿入される信号コンタクト部、
前記第1胴体部と前記信号コンタクト部の間に位置する誘電体部、
内部に第2中空が形成され、前記誘電体部と前記第1胴体部の間に位置し、金属板材で形成される第2胴体部、
前記第2胴体部の上側から上部に延び、複数個のスリットによって複数個に分離されて弾性を具備するグラウンドコンタクト部、および
前記第2胴体部の下側から内部に折り曲げられて延び、複数個で備えられる固定部、を含み、
前記固定部は前記誘電体部の下部に位置する、基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンドコンタクト部は、
前記第2胴体部の傾きより内部または外部にさらに傾くように前記第2胴体部の上側から上部に延びる弾性部、を含む、請求項1に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンドコンタクト部は、
前記弾性部の上側から前記弾性部が延びる方向と反対方向に折り曲げられて延び、折り曲げられた部位には曲面が形成される接触部を含む、請求項2に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンドコンタクト部は、
前記弾性部と前記第2胴体部の間に位置し、第2胴体部の外部に折り曲げられて延びる部分および第2胴体部の内部に折り曲げられて延びる部分を含む制限部をさらに含み、
前記第1胴体部は、
前記第1胴体部の上側から周面に沿って外部に延びる第1カバー部を含み、
前記第1カバー部の上面と制限部の下面は互いに向かい合うように位置する、請求項3に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記第1胴体部は、
前記第1カバー部の外側から上部に延びる第2カバー部、をさらに含み、
前記第2カバー部の内側面と前記制限部の外側面は互いに向かい合うように位置する、請求項4に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記誘電体部は、
前記誘電体部の周面に沿って引き込まれている溝を含み、
前記第2胴体部は、
前記溝に挿入されるように前記第2胴体部の周面に沿って複数個が引き出されている係止部を含む、請求項1に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 内部に第1中空が形成される第1胴体部、
前記第1中空に挿入される信号コンタクト部、
前記第1胴体部と前記信号コンタクト部の間に位置する誘電体部、
内部に第2中空が形成され、前記誘電体部と前記第1胴体部の間に位置する第2胴体部、
前記第2胴体部の上側から上部に延び、複数個のスリットによって複数個に分離されて弾性を具備するグラウンドコンタクト部、および
前記信号コンタクト部の下側を中心に周囲に複数個が位置し、前記第2胴体部の下側から下方に延びる固定脚部、を含み、
前記第2胴体部、前記グラウンドコンタクト部および前記固定脚部は一体の金属板材で形成される、基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記固定脚部の上側は前記第1胴体部の下側に囲まれる、請求項7に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 前記第1胴体部は非伝導性材質で構成される、請求項7に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 前記第1胴体部の材質はプラスチックである、請求項9に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 前記第2胴体部に前記第1胴体部を射出工程で形成する、請求項10に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 第2胴体部の下側から内部に折り曲げられて複数個が延びる固定部をさらに含み、
前記固定部は前記誘電体部の下部に位置する、請求項7に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。 - 前記固定部は向かい合う一対が対称となるように位置する、請求項12に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 前記固定部は隣接する一対の前記固定脚部の間に位置する、請求項13に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
- 前記誘電体部は、
第1直径部と、
前記第1直径部より小さい直径を具備する第2直径部と、を含み、
前記第2直径部は前記固定部より下部にさらに突出する、請求項12に記載の基板メイティングコネクタ。
