Abstract
Description
厚さが30μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層が120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.2%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.4%であり、キャリア層の表面に厚さが100nmである銀反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングした後、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂をコーティングし、厚さが50μmである放射層に硬化し、放射冷却膜を得る。
厚さが30μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層が120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.2%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.4%であり、キャリア層の表面に厚さが100nmである銀反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングした後、銀反射層にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂をコーティングし、厚さが50μmである放射層に硬化し、放射冷却膜を得る。
実施形態3と実施形態1の違いは、厚さが50μmであるポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムを厚さが10μmであるポリウレタン接着剤層によって、キャリア層の表面に接着して、放射冷却膜を得るということである。
実施形態4と実施形態3の違いは、実施形態4のポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムがエンボス加工によって、表面に深さが1μmである正方形のエンボス構造を形成し、エンボス構造が放射層の光入射表面に設置されるということである。
実施形態5と実施形態3との違いは、実施形態5の銀反射層を支持する表面に厚さが50nmであるエポキシアクリルポリマー塗布層が設置され、表面エネルギーが56mN / mであり、且つキャリア層とポリマー塗布層の屈折率の差の絶対値は0.06であるということである。
厚さが15μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層が120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.6%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.8%であり、キャリア層の表面にプラズマ処理を行って、その表面エネルギーを42mN/mに達させ、次に該表面に厚さが50nmである銀反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングした後、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂をコーティングし、且つ厚さが35μmである放射層に硬化し、放射層がエンボス加工によって、表面に深さが0.5μmである正方形のエンボス構造を形成し、放射冷却膜を得る。
厚さが20μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層が120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.5%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.6%であり、キャリア層の表面に厚さが10nmであるウレタンアクリレートポリマー塗布層をコーティングし、表面エネルギーが42mN/mであり、且つキャリア層とポリマー塗布層の屈折率の差の絶対値が0.07である。次に、ポリマー塗布層に厚さが60nmである銀反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングした後、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂をコーティングし、且つ厚さが40μmである放射層に硬化し、放射層がエンボス加工によって、表面に深さが0.5μmである正方形のエンボス構造を形成し、放射冷却膜を得る。
厚さが30μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層が120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.2%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.4%であり、キャリア層の表面に厚さが100nmであるポリエステルアクリレートポリマー塗布層をコーティングし、表面エネルギーが47mN/mであり、且つキャリア層とポリマー塗布層の屈折率の差の絶対値が0.06である。次に、ポリマー塗布層に厚さが50nmである銀反射層及び厚さが50nmであるアルミニウム反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングした後、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂をコーティングし、且つ厚さが15μmである放射層に硬化し、放射層がエンボス加工によって、表面に深さが1μmである正方形のエンボス構造を形成し、放射冷却膜を得る。
厚さが50μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層を120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が0.8%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.0%である。キャリア層の表面に厚さが20nmであるポリエステルアクリレートポリマー塗布層をコーティングし、表面エネルギーが47mN/mであり、且つキャリア層とポリマー塗布層の屈折率の差の絶対値が0.06である。次に、ポリマー塗布層に厚さが200nmである銀反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングする。次に、厚さが75μmであるポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムを、厚さが5μmであるポリウレタン接着剤層によって、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面に接着する。ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムは、エンボス加工によって処理され、表面は深さが2μmである正方形のエンボス構造を有し、放射冷却膜を得る。
厚さが35μmであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをキャリア層として、キャリア層を120℃で30分間置いた後、横方向の熱収縮率が1.1%であり、縦方向の熱収縮率が1.2%である。キャリア層の表面に厚さが50nmであるポリエステルアクリレートポリマー塗布層をコーティングし、表面エネルギーが42mN/mであり、且つキャリア層とポリマー塗布層の屈折率の差の絶対値が0.07である。次に、ポリマー塗布層に厚さが100nmである銀反射層及び厚さが100nmであるアルミニウム反射層をマグネトロンスパッタリングする。次に、厚さが110μmであるポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムを、厚さが5μmであるポリウレタン接着剤層によって、反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面に接着する。ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムは、エンボス加工によって処理され、表面は深さが2.5μmである正方形のエンボス構造を有し、放射冷却膜を得る。
比較例1と実施形態1の違いは、銀反射層から離れたキャリア層の表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂とシリカ粒子との混合塗料がコーティングされ、シリカ粒子の重量百分率が1%であり、粒径が5μmであるということである。
比較例2と比較例1の違いは、シリカ粒子の重量百分率が10%であり、粒径が5μmであるということである。
比較例3と実施形態3の違いは、ポリウレタン接着剤層がシリカ粒子を含み、シリカ粒子の重量百分率が1%であり、粒径が5μmであるということである。
比較例4と実施形態3の違いは、ポリウレタン接着剤層がシリカ粒子を含み、シリカ粒子の重量百分率が10%であり、粒径が5μmであるということである。
放射冷却膜が建物に応用される場合、建物の内部に対する冷却効果を模倣するために、寧波市内の同じ環境に位置し、図6に示すようなモデルハウスAとモデルハウスBを選択する。モデルハウスBの外表面にいずれの処理もせず、モデルハウスAの外表面に実施形態1の放射冷却膜が設置され、モデルハウスAとモデルハウスBの内部の中央位置に一つの温度測定点A1とB1がそれぞれ設置され、モデルハウスの周囲に環境温度測定点が設置され、温度測定点A1、B1及び周囲環境が2020.10.1~2020.10.3での温度データを連続して採集して、図7に示すような温度曲線を参照する。

Claims (15)
- 積層して設置されたキャリア層、反射層及び放射層を含む放射冷却膜において、放射冷却膜には、放射冷却粒子が添加されず、前記放射層は、前記放射冷却膜の光入射側であり、前記放射層の材料は、C-F結合を含むポリマーであり、前記キャリア層の材料は、C-C結合及び/又はC-O結合を含むポリマーであり、前記キャリア層は、120℃で30分間置かれた後、横方向に熱収縮率が2%以下であり、縦方向に熱収縮率が3%以下であるという性質を持ち、前記放射冷却膜の厚さは、50μm~170μmであり、前記放射層の厚さが20%~90%を占め、前記キャリア層と前記反射層との間にポリマー塗布層が設置され、前記ポリマー塗布層の表面エネルギーは、40mN/m以上であり、前記ポリマー塗布層の厚さは、3nm~200nmであることを特徴とする放射冷却膜。
- 前記反射層は、前記キャリア層と前記放射層との間に配置され、前記放射冷却膜の厚さは、55μm~170μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層と前記キャリア層の厚さの比は、1:2~8:1であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層の厚さは、25μm~120μmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記キャリア層が前記放射層と前記反射層との間に配置され、前記放射冷却膜の厚さは、50μm~125μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層と前記キャリア層の厚さの比は、3:10~22:3であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層の厚さは、15μm~110μmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層の材料は、フッ素含有樹脂を含み、及び/又は前記キャリア層の材料は、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド及びポリカーボネートのうちの少なくとも一種を含み、及び/又は前記反射層の材料は、金属及び合金のうちの少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7のいずれかの一項に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記キャリア層の前記反射層を支持する表面の表面エネルギーは、40mN/m以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7のいずれかの一項に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記キャリア層と前記ポリマー塗布層との間の屈折率差の絶対値は、0.05以上であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 前記放射層の光入射面にエンボス構造が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7のいずれかの一項に記載の放射冷却膜。
- 製品は、基板及び前記基板に配置された請求項1に記載の放射冷却膜を含み、前記放射冷却膜の放射層から離れた表面は、接着剤層によって前記基板に接続されることを特徴とする放射冷却膜を含む製品。
- 前記基板は、金属基板、セラミック基板、半導体基板、プラスチック基板、ガラス基板、ゴム基板、アスファルト基板、セメント基板及びテキスタイル基板のうちの少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の製品。
- 前記製品は、放射冷却防水シートであり、前記基板は、石油アスファルト紙フェルト、石油アスファルトグラスファイバータイヤシート、アルミニウム箔表面シート、SBS修飾アスファルト防水シート、APP修飾アスファルト防水シート、EPDMシート、PVCシート、塩素化ポリエチレンシート、ゴムブレンドシート、TPO防水シートのうちの少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の製品。
- 前記製品は、放射冷却金属板であり、前記基板は、アルミニウム合金金属板、亜鉛メッキ金属板、錫メッキ金属板、複合鋼金属板及びカラーコーティングされた鋼金属板のうちの少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の製品。
