Description
好ましくは、提供される場合、前述の少なくとも1つのフラッシュ低減剤成分は、0.5重量%~2.5重量%の含有量で存在する。
推進粉末の組成物は、異なるタイプの銃弾用に製造されてきた。
第5実施例(実施例5)は、本発明に従って製造された155mm内径銃弾用のシングルベース推進粉末の組成物に関する。この実施例では、組成物は、フラッシュ低減剤成分を含まない。組成物値は、表7において提供される。
Claims (13)
- 銃弾用シングルベース推進粉末の組成物であって、爆発性べースとしてのニトロセルロースと、不活性可塑剤成分と、少なくとも1つのニトロセルロース安定化成分と、任意のフラッシュ低減剤成分ならびに微量の1または複数の溶媒および水とで構成され、前記不活性可塑剤成分はセバシン酸ジブチル(DBS)で構成され、前記セバシン酸ジブチルが1重量%~10重量%の含有量で存在することを特徴とする、組成物。
- 前記セバシン酸ジブチルが、2重量%~7重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記セバシン酸ジブチルが、3重量%~5重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニトロセルロース安定化成分が、ニトラミン、ニトロソアミン、尿素、それらの誘導体またはそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニトロセルロース安定化成分は、1,3-ジエチル-1,3-ジフェニル尿素で構成される、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニトロセルロース安定化成分が、1重量%~5重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニトロセルロース安定化成分は、2.5重量%~3.5重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニトロセルロースは、82.5重量%~98重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニトロセルロースは、89重量%~94.5重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラッシュ低減剤成分は、0.5重量%~2.5重量%の含有量で存在する、請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラッシュ低減剤成分は、硫酸カリウムで構成される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の組成物を有する推進粉末で提供されることを特徴とする銃弾。
- 40mm~155mmの内径、好ましくは40mm、76mm、100mmまたは155mmの内径を有する、請求項12に記載の銃弾。
