前記第二層は、前記第一層に嵌り込む下部と、少なくとも一部が前記第三層に嵌り込む上部とを含み、
前記第二層の材料硬度は前記第一層及び前記第三層の材料硬度よりも高く、
前記上部は平板型サブパートと前記平板型サブパート上の前記下部から離れた側の凸起サブパートとを含み、
前記第二層は、前記平板型サブパートの上面に対して垂直な方向で十字形の構成になるように、前記下部の上、下表面の面積はいずれも前記平板型サブパートの上表面の面積及び下表面の面積のうちの少なくとも一方よりも小さく、前記凸起サブパートの上、下表面の面積はいずれも前記平板型サブパートの上表面の面積及び下表面の面積のうちの少なくとも一方よりも小さくなっているとともに、
前記上部の少なくとも前記凸起サブパートが前記第三層に嵌り込む、スペーサ。 - 前記上部の平板型サブパートと凸起サブパートはいずれも前記第三層に嵌り込む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。

前記第二層の材料硬度は前記第一層及び前記第三層の材料硬度よりも高く、
前記上部は平板型サブパートと前記平板型サブパート上の前記下部から離れた側の凸起サブパートとを含み、
前記第二層は、前記平板型サブパートの上面に対して垂直な方向で十字形の構成になるように、前記下部の上、下表面の面積はいずれも前記平板型サブパートの上表面の面積及び下表面の面積のうちの少なくとも一方よりも小さく、前記凸起サブパートの上、下表面の面積はいずれも前記平板型サブパートの上表面の面積及び下表面の面積のうちの少なくとも一方よりも小さくなっているとともに、
