Claims (12)
- 電極群と、
電解質と、
前記電極群と前記電解質とを収容する電池缶と、
前記電池缶の開口を封口する封口体と、を備える電池であって、
前記電池缶は、
軸方向に連続して延びる筒状の胴部と、
前記軸方向における前記胴部の一方の端部に前記胴部から連続して設けられた、開口を有して前記軸方向に連続して延びる開口部と、
前記軸方向における前記胴部の他方の端部を閉じている底部と、を備え、
前記胴部および前記開口部の少なくとも一方の外側面から、前記軸方向に垂直な半径方向において外側に向かって立設された突起部分が設けられ、
前記突起部分は、前記軸方向において前記胴部の前記底部側の端部と前記開口部の前記開口側の端部との間に設けられている、電池。 - 前記開口部の開口端の近傍には、縮径した環状溝部が形成されており、
前記突起部分が、前記軸方向において前記環状溝部と前記開口端との間の位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記突起部分が、前記軸方向の所定の位置に、周方向に沿って連続的または間欠的に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の電池。
- 前記突起部分が、前記胴部の軸に垂直な平面から傾いた側面を有している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記側面が、前記軸方向に向かって屈折又は湾曲している、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記突起部分が、前記胴部の軸の垂直方向から傾いた方向に突出している、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記突起部分が、前記胴部の軸の垂直方向に対し-45~+45°の範囲内で傾いて突出している、請求項6に記載の電池。
- 前記突起部分の突出長Hが、前記胴部の半径に対して1%~50%の長さである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記突起部分の最大厚みWが、前記胴部の肉厚の0.3~10倍である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記開口部の開口端の近傍には、縮径した環状溝部が形成されており、
前記突起部分が、前記軸方向において前記環状溝部と前記底部との間の位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 電極群と、
電解質と、
前記電極群と前記電解質とを収容する電池缶と、
前記電池缶の開口を封口する封口体と、を備える電池であって、
前記電池缶は、
筒状の胴部と、
前記胴部の一方の端部に設けられた、開口を有する開口部と、
前記胴部と連続し、前記胴部の他方の端部を閉じている底部と、を備え、
前記胴部の側面から、前記胴部の軸方向に垂直な半径方向において外側に向かって、前記胴部から連続して突出する突起部分が設けられ、
前記突起部分の前記底部側の端部が前記底部と連続し、
前記突起部分が、前記電池缶において前記半径方向に最も外へ突出している、電池。 - 前記突起部分が、前記底部と面一になるように設けられている、請求項11に記載の電池。
