Description

The present invention relates to a switchgear for a covering material capable of placing a subject and taking a picture.

In institutional horticulture, energy-saving and de-oiling measures to reduce the amount of fuel used for heating to maintain the temperature in winter cultivation are extremely important. In order to reduce the amount of heating fuel used, it is basic to suppress the heating load by improving the heat retention performance of the pipe house, and for that purpose, it is effective to use a covering material having high heat insulating properties. So far, it has been clarified that the multi-layer heat insulating coating material (futon material) has higher heat insulating performance than the conventional heat insulating covering material and is effective in improving the heat insulating performance of the house.
However, the futon material is thicker than the conventional heat insulating coating material, and the convergence when it is opened by the winding method or the curtain method during the day is inferior. And the solution is required. In addition, when installing not only futon materials but also covering materials for lining in a house, there are many methods of opening and closing using materials divided into multiple sheets, and there are many gaps that occur at the joints when expanding. It is a cause of lowering the heat retention.
Commonly used opening and closing methods include a curtain method that slides on a skeleton or wire to open and close, and a method that creates a lining skeleton with an inclined roof surface and opens and closes on the lining skeleton by a winding method. In both cases, pipes or wires are used for the lining frame, and they are installed using the shoulders of the house. Therefore, in the non-stretched state of the covering material, the covering material is converged on the ceiling portion or the shoulder portion, and the converged covering material shields the solar radiation. In addition, it is necessary to open and close by using a plurality of covering materials, and a gap is likely to be formed at the joint, which is a factor of lowering the heat retention property at the time of heating.
Patent Document 1 is a method of opening and closing the outer lining for tunnel ventilation, and a rotating shaft and an arm are used for the opening and closing method.
Patent Document 2 is an opening / closing method for ventilating the outer lining of a house, and is composed of a rotating shaft and an arm as in Patent Document 1.
Patent Document 3 is a method of opening and closing a suspended curtain in the depth direction of a house, and can suppress a decrease in the amount of solar radiation when the curtain is opened.
Patent Document 4 improves the heat retention of a house by using a covering material for a double-structured lining that forms an air layer, and spreads the house while blowing air with a blower to open and close the house. This is a method (curtain method) in which the material is pulled up by stopping and rotating the wire drum.
In Patent Document 5, a guide wire rod (cable) is stretched, a guide roller is inserted and supported in the guide wire rod, and the guide wire rod is self-propelled along the guide wire rod.

However, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 cannot be used for opening and closing the lining in a house which is a large structure.
Further, in Patent Document 3, in the case of a house having a long depth, the converging portion of the curtain is the end face portion, and a large converging space is required.
Further, in Patent Document 4 and Patent Document 5, in the non-stretched state of the covering material, the converging portion is on the ceiling portion, so that the solar radiation is shielded.

FIG. 3 is a photograph showing a slider member in the switchgear of the covering material.
The slider member 40 is composed of a roller portion 41, an auxiliary roller portion 42, and a hanging portion 43. The roller portion 41 is provided with two rollers 41a and 41b, and the auxiliary roller portion 42 is provided with two rollers 42a and 42b.
The roller portion 41 is arranged on the upper surface of the rail member 30, the auxiliary roller portion 42 is arranged on the lower surface of the rail member 30, and the hanging portion 43 is hung from the roller portion 41.
A rotating shaft 41c for rotatably connecting the roller portion 41 is provided at the upper end of the hanging portion 43, and a hook 43a for suspending the support member 50 is provided at the lower end of the hanging portion 43. An auxiliary rotation shaft 42c for rotatably connecting the auxiliary roller portion 42 is provided between the rotation shaft 41c and the hook 43a.
The support member 50 is suspended from the slider member 40 and is located below the rail member 30. The roller portion 41 and the auxiliary roller portion 42 move along the rail member 30.

According to the slider member 40 of the present embodiment, the roller portion 41 can be pressed onto the rail member 30 by the load of the support member 50, so that it can be prevented from being separated from the rail member 30. Further, since the rail member 30 and the connecting member 60 are located above the support member 50, the covering material 20 can be smoothly moved even when the covering materials 20 supported by the support member 50 overlap each other.
Further, according to the slider member 40 of the present embodiment, since the auxiliary roller portion 42 is arranged on the lower surface of the rail member 30, it is possible to further prevent the auxiliary roller portion 42 from being separated from the rail member 30.
Further, according to the slider member 40 of the present embodiment, since the relative position between the roller portion 41 and the auxiliary roller portion 42 changes depending on the load state, it is possible to maintain an appropriate distance from the rail member 30 and to make it smooth. Can be moved to.

FIG. 4 is a photograph showing a rotating body for stretching, a rotating body for non-stretching, and a driving unit in the switchgear of the covering material.
On the other side wall 11B, an extension rotating body 74 for winding or rewinding the extension wire 71, a non-extension rotating body 75 for winding or rewinding the non-extension wire 72, and a stretching rotating body 74 and a non-extending rotating body 74. A drive unit 76 for rotating the extension rotating body 75 is arranged.
The expanding rotating body 74 and the non-extending rotating body 75 are provided for each rail member 30.
When the drive unit 76 is rotated in the forward direction, the expanding rotating body 74 winds up the expanding wire 71, the non-extending rotating body 75 rewinds the non-extending wire 72, and when the driving unit 76 is rotated in the reverse direction, the non-extending wire 71 is unextended. The rotating body 75 winds up the non-stretching wire 72, and the rotating body 74 rewinds the stretching wire 71.
Therefore, when the drive unit 76 is rotated forward, the active support member 50B moves to the position closest to the other side wall 11B and is in a stretched state, and when the drive unit 76 is rotated in the reverse direction, the active support member 50B is moved to one side wall 11A. By moving to, it becomes a non-extended state.
In this way, the rotating body 74 for extension and the rotating body 75 for non-extension are rotated by the drive unit 76, and the extension wire 71 is wound to bring it into an expanded state, and the non-extended wire 72 is wound to bring it into a non-extended state. Can be.

As shown in the figure, the slider member 40 and the support member 50 are in an adjacent state, and the covering material 20 is in a folded state.
In this way, the covering material 20 is in a non-extended state due to the narrowing of the distance between the adjacent support members 50, and in the non-extended state, the covering material 20 is arranged at a position along the side wall 11A to shield the sunlight. It can be avoided.

FIG. 6 is a photograph showing a state in which the switchgear of the covering material is being expanded.
By winding the extension wire 71 by the drive unit 76 from the state of FIG. 5, the slider member 40B moves in the direction of the other side wall 11B, and the active support member 50B suspended from the slider member 40B also moves to the other side wall. Move in the direction of 11B.
By moving the active support member 50B toward the other side wall 11B, the covering material 20B located between the active support member 50B and the passive support member 50C1 adjacent to the active support member 50B is stretched.
When the covering material 20B is stretched, the passive support member 50C1 moves in the direction of the other side wall 11B, and the covering material 20C located between the passive support member 50C1 and the passive support member 50C2 adjacent to the passive support member 50C1. Is expanded.
When the covering material 20C is stretched, the passive support member 50C2 moves in the direction of the other side wall 11B.
In this way, the covering material 20 is in a stretched state by widening the distance between the adjacent support members 50.

FIG. 7 is a photograph showing a stretched state of the switchgear of the covering material.
As shown in FIG. 7, the active support member 50B is moved to the position closest to the other side wall 11B to bring it into a stretched state. In the stretched state, the covering material 20 is arranged at a position facing the roof 12, and the covering material 20 is placed. Can be insulated or shielded by.
