The present invention relates to a greenhouse curtain device used for shading, keeping warm, etc. stretched near the upper part in a greenhouse.

JP 54-146743 A Japanese Utility Model Publication No.57-28642

The greenhouse curtain device described above uses only one set of a drive unit including a drive motor and a drive drum rotated by the drive motor, and a drive wire wound or unwound on the drive drum is connected to one side surface of the greenhouse. And the other side surface through a pulley, the tip of one curtain member is connected to the first traveling part of the drive wire located in the part until it is reversed by the pulley, and after being reversed by the pulley The leading end portion of the other curtain member is connected to the second traveling portion of the drive wire located in the portion. However, the curtain members disclosed therein have only a length from each side surface of the greenhouse to the vicinity of the center, for example, if the curtain member is stretched between the opposing side surfaces of the greenhouse. Further, the shelf lines that support the curtain members are not provided at different heights in the vertical direction, but are installed at the same height. For this reason, the curtain members are staggered in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the drive wire, but the other end portions are not staggered in the vertical direction, and the tip portions collide with each other. Therefore, when the front ends of one curtain member and the other curtain member are closed close to each other, when viewed from the plane, except for the overlapping portions in the vicinity of the front ends, substantially the greenhouse This is no different from the case of closing with one curtain member having a length from one side surface to the other side surface. That is, the light shielding rate when using a curtain member for the purpose of light shielding, the heat retention rate when using a material for heat insulation, or the moisture absorption rate when using a material for moisture absorption, etc. Both are substantially the same as when only one curtain member is used.

Currently, greenhouse curtain devices having a structure in which two curtain members as disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are used to approach or separate from each other are widely used. In order to enhance the above, two sets of the structures disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are used, and each curtain member is arranged in two layers at different heights in the vertical direction, and in the closed state, they are completely up and down. There is also known a greenhouse curtain device which overlaps with each other. However, in such a structure, two sets of a drive unit that drives the upper curtain member and a drive unit that drives the lower curtain member are required. For this reason, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and the cost is significantly increased as compared with the single layer disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2.

This invention is made | formed in view of the above point, and makes it a subject to provide the curtain apparatus for greenhouses which can be manufactured at low cost with a simpler structure than before, although it is a two-layer type.

Or it can control variously according to the kind of cultivation crop, the growth process, etc., such as a state with a high light-shielding rate and a heat retention rate. Moreover, since only one drive unit is required to control the two curtain members, the configuration is extremely simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments. 1-4 is a figure for demonstrating the curtain apparatus for greenhouses of this embodiment, This curtain apparatus for greenhouses is the drive part 10, the drive wire 20, the 1st pulley unit 30, and the 2nd pulley unit 40. As shown in FIG. The first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 are configured.

The drive unit 10 includes a drive drum 11 around which the drive wire 20 is wound, and a drive motor 12 that rotates the drive drum 11. The drive unit 10 may be disposed at any position as long as it does not hinder the operation of the drive wire 20 wound around the first pulley unit 30 and the second pulley unit 40 disposed at a predetermined position. In this embodiment, in the greenhouse 100, it arrange | positions above the drive wire 20 and each curtain member 70,80.

One end of the drive wire 20 is wound around the drive drum 11 of the drive unit 10, and a portion pulled out from the drive drum 11 is wound around the first pulley unit 30 and the second pulley unit 40, and the other end Is wound around the drive drum 11 and is driven by the drive motor 12 by rotating the drive drum 11 in the forward or reverse direction.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 3A, the first pulley unit 30 includes a support frame member 31, and is inserted through the support frame member 31 while being spaced apart vertically. An upper pulley 32 and a lower pulley 33 are rotatably supported on the two rotating shafts, respectively. In the present embodiment, an auxiliary upper pulley 34 is provided coaxially with the upper pulley 32, and the lower pulley 33 is provided so as to be positioned almost directly below the auxiliary upper pulley 34. The first pulley unit 30 is supported by a steel material 111 attached to a column member 110 erected on the ground where a support frame member 31 supports a film member or the like that forms one side surface of the greenhouse 100.

As shown in FIGS. 2C and 3B, the second pulley unit 40 supports a film member that forms the other side surface of the greenhouse 100, and the first pulley unit 30 described above is fixed to the second pulley unit 40. The support frame member 41 is fixedly disposed on a steel material 121 attached to a column member 120 erected at a position facing the column member 110. The support frame member 41 of the second pulley unit 40 is provided with two rotating shafts that are inserted apart from each other in the vertical direction, and an upper pulley 42 and a lower pulley 43 are rotatably supported by each of the rotating shafts.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drive wire 20 drawn from the drive drum 11 is wound around the upper pulley 32 of the first pulley unit 30 and then the upper stage of the opposing second pulley unit 40. After being wound around the pulley 42 and further wound around the lower pulley 43 of the second pulley unit 40, after being wound around the lower pulley 33 of the opposing first pulley unit 30 and passing through the auxiliary upper pulley 34, The other end is disposed around the drive drum 11. Since the drive wire 20 is arranged in this way, the first traveling unit 21 that is stretched between the upper pulleys 32 and 42 of the pulley units 30 and 40 and positioned relatively upward, and the lower pulley 33 , 43 and the second traveling portion 22 positioned relatively below is formed. Note that the auxiliary upper pulley 34 of the first pulley unit 30 has the drive drum 20 directly wound around the drive drum 11 after the drive wire 20 is wound around the lower pulley 33, depending on the position of the drive drum 11. 11 and the lower pulley 33, the drive wire 20 may come into contact with the curtain members 70 and 80. Therefore, the auxiliary pulley is provided to guide such a situation. Therefore, it does not necessarily have to be provided depending on the arrangement position of the drive drum 11 or the like. On the other hand, further auxiliary pulleys may be provided near the upper pulley 32 and the auxiliary upper pulley 34 of the first pulley unit 30 depending on the arrangement position of the drive drum 11, the diameter of the upper pulley 32, and the like. .

Moreover, in this embodiment, although the drive part 10 is arrange | positioned above each curtain member 70,80, depending on the magnitude | size of a greenhouse, a structure, etc., it may arrange | position below each curtain member 70,80. Of course it is possible. In this case, the drive wire 20 drawn from the drive drum 11 is wound around the lower pulley 33 of the first pulley unit 30, and is then wound around the lower pulley 43 of the opposing second pulley unit 40. After being wound around the upper pulley 42 of the second pulley unit 40, it is wound around the upper pulley 32 of the opposing first pulley unit 30 and returned to the drive drum 11. In such a case, an auxiliary pulley (not shown) that avoids contact with the curtain members 70 and 80 is provided near the upper pulley 32 of the first pulley unit 30. Also in this case, an appropriate number of auxiliary pulleys can be further added as necessary. Even when the drive unit 10 is disposed below the curtain members 70 and 80 and the drive wire 20 is wound as described above, the upper pulleys 32 and 42 of the drive wire 20 are relatively upward. It functions as the 1st driving | running | working part 21 located, and between the lower pulleys 33 and 43 functions as the 2nd driving | running | working part 22 located relatively below.

In the present embodiment, the first pulley unit 30 and the second pulley unit 40 are both fixed to the steel materials 111 and 121 attached to the support members 110 and 120. As long as the pulley unit 40 can be reliably supported, it may be fixedly supported using a wire or the like instead of a steel material. However, it is preferable to use a rigid body such as steel in order to more reliably maintain the space between the upper pulleys 32 and 42 and the lower pulleys 33 and 43 in the pulley units 30 and 40.

Further, each pulley unit 30, 40 has the upper pulleys 32, 42 and the lower pulleys 33, 43 arranged vertically at appropriate intervals, for example, while using a small-diameter pulley, the drive wire 20 is predetermined up and down. It is arranged with a step. This is to reduce the inward protruding amount (width) when attached to the steel materials 111 and 121 by using a small-diameter pulley. For example, the diameter of each pulley 32, 33, 42, and 43 Is made smaller than the width of the column members 110 and 120 so that the protruding amount (width) of each pulley unit 30 and 40 falls within the range of the width of the column members 110 and 120 and is covered by the curtain members 70 and 80. This is to make the dead space not to be as small as possible. Therefore, in order to make such a dead space as small as possible, the structure of each pulley unit 30 and 40 is preferably the structure as in the present embodiment, but the dead space is allowed to be somewhat larger. In this case, instead of juxtaposing two pulleys in the top and bottom in each pulley unit 30, 40, it is possible to substitute one large-diameter pulley having a diameter that is the combined degree of the two pulleys.

A first shelf line 50 is provided at a position slightly above the first traveling portion 21 of the drive wire 20. The first shelf line 50 is stretched between one side surface and the other side surface of the greenhouse 100 substantially parallel to the first traveling portion 21 of the drive wire 20, and a plurality of first shelf lines 50 are appropriately spaced in the depth direction of the greenhouse 100. Book is provided. Similarly, a second shelf line 60 is provided at a position slightly above the second traveling unit 22 of the drive wire 20, and the second shelf line 60 is also substantially parallel to the second traveling unit 22, and the greenhouse 100. Are provided at appropriate intervals in the depth direction. As a result, the first shelf line 50 and the second shelf line 60 are disposed with a step difference in the vertical direction corresponding to the first traveling unit 21 and the second traveling unit 22 of the drive wire 20. The shelf lines 50 and 60 are arranged slightly higher than the traveling portions 21 and 22 of the drive wire 20 because the curtain members 70 and 80 supported on the shelf lines 50 and 60 and the drive wire 20 This is in order to avoid contact.

A first curtain member 70 is supported on the first shelf line 50, and a second curtain member 80 is supported on the second shelf line 60. The first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 have a length along the facing direction between one side surface and the other side surface of the greenhouse 100 in the case of the continuous greenhouse 100 as shown in FIG. For example, it is formed in a length that can partition the upper space for one building. Therefore, in the case of the greenhouse 100 of the double ridge as shown in FIG. 1, the column member 130 located at the boundary of each ridge is used as a boundary along the opposing direction of one side and the other side. A sheet is arranged. Of course, this is merely an example. For example, if the greenhouse is a four-row greenhouse, four curtain members 70 and 80 are provided.

In FIG. 1, the first curtain member 70 disposed in the left ridge has a base end portion 70 a disposed on one column member 110 side on the first shelf 50, and a side film. The base end portion 70a of the first curtain member 70, which is fixed to the steel material 111 or the pipe material, etc., which is disposed adjacent to the first curtain member 70 is adjacent to the steel material or the pipe supported by the boundary column member 130. It is fixed to the material. In addition, a leading pipe member 70 c disposed on the first shelf 50 50 is connected to the distal end portion 70 b of each first curtain member 70 so as to extend in the depth direction of the greenhouse 100. The leading pipe material 70c is connected to the first traveling portion 21 of the drive wire 20 by a connecting member 70d such as a clip. As a result, when the leading pipe material 70c moves from one side surface to the other side surface, each first curtain member 70 is closed so as to partition the upper space of the greenhouse 100, and the leading pipe material 70c is reversed. When it moves in the direction, it opens.

On the other hand, the second curtain member 80 disposed in the right ridge in FIG. 1 has a base end portion 80a disposed on the second shelf 60 on the support member 120 side on the other side of the greenhouse 100. The base end portion 80a of the second curtain member 80, which is fixed to the steel material 121 or the pipe material that supports the side film and is disposed adjacent to the steel material 121, is supported by the supporting column member 130 for the boundary. Fixed to steel or pipe material. The leading end portion 80b of each second curtain member 80 is connected to a leading pipe member 80c located on the second shelf line 60, and the second curtain member 80 is guided toward the one side surface from the other side surface. When the pipe member 80c moves, the closing operation is performed.

In addition, the material which comprises the 1st curtain member 70 and the 2nd curtain member 80 is arbitrary, According to each objective, such as light-shielding, heat insulation, heat retention, moisture absorption, it can select suitably. 1 and 2, reference numeral 51 is arranged at a distance of several centimeters upward from the first shelf line 50, and the first curtain member 70 opened and closed on the first shelf line 50 is blown by the wind. The anti-corrosion wire is used to prevent the wire from being beaten and fluttered. Reference numeral 61 denotes a second wire that is spaced apart from the second shelf 60 by a few centimeters upward for the same purpose. It is a curling line for the curtain member 80. Reference numerals 70e and 80e are provided on a steel material or a pipe material supported by the supporting column member 130 so that the leading pipe materials 70c and 80c can come into contact with each other at the time of closing. , 80c is an elastic member such as rubber provided in order to eliminate a gap at the time of contact.

According to the present embodiment, when the drive motor 12 is driven, the drive drum 11 rotates in the forward direction or the reverse direction. For example, when the first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 are fully opened, that is, as shown in FIG. 4A, the leading pipe members 70c, 80c are the base ends of the curtain members 70, 80. It is assumed that the curtain members 70 and 80 are folded so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the portions 70a and 80a. Further, in this state, the drive drum 11 rotates, for example, in the forward direction, and the first traveling portion 21 of the drive wire 20 is moved in the arrow X direction in FIG. 4 via the upper pulley 32 of the first pulley unit 30. Furthermore, it is assumed that the direction is changed by the upper pulley 42 and the lower pulley 43 of the second pulley unit 40 to move the second traveling unit 22 in the arrow Y direction. Thereby, the leading pipe member 70c of the first curtain member 70 connected to the first traveling unit 21 moves in the arrow X direction, and the first curtain member 70 is deployed. Similarly, the leading pipe member 80c of the second curtain member 80 connected to the second traveling unit 22 moves in the arrow Y direction, and the second curtain member 80 is deployed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the leading pipe members 70c and 80c approach each other from the left and right and reach the substantially central portion of the ridge, one curtain member is stretched in plan view. Since it is almost the same as the case where it is provided, the light blocking rate in this state is almost the same as when one curtain member is used. However, since the first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 have different vertical heights, there is a gap in the vertical direction between the two curtain members 70 and 80. Therefore, since air moves through the gap, the heat retention rate is lower than when one curtain member is stretched, and the ventilation efficiency is higher than when one curtain member is stretched.

When the driving drum 11 further rotates in the forward direction, one of the leading pipe members 70c moves to reach the boundary column member 131, and the other leading pipe member 80c is erected on one side surface side. It moves to reach the column member 110. As a result, the first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 are both fully closed as shown in FIG. 4C and FIG. 1, and are 100% overlapped in plan view. Thus, for example, if each curtain member 70, 80 has a light shielding rate of 50%, sunlight is shielded by 50% by the first curtain member 70, and 50% is further shielded by the second curtain member 80. Since the light is shielded, the light is shielded by 75% as compared with before the first curtain member 70 is transmitted. In terms of the heat retention rate, since an air layer is formed between the first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80, the heat retention rate is improved by this air layer. For example, when the insulation rate of each curtain member 70, 80 is 30%, that is, when one curtain member 70, 80 is used, the temperature inside the curtain member 70, 80 is In the case where the heat is dissipated by 70% through the curtain members 70 and 80, in the case of the configuration of the present embodiment, the heat retention rate of the second curtain member 80 is further increased by forming an air layer. Also, the heat retention rate is improved to, for example, 60%. Accordingly, when the amount of heat radiated through the second curtain member 80 is 100%, 60% is reflected and 40% is radiated. The 40% heat radiated through the second curtain member 80 is radiated through the first curtain member 70 and 12% is the first curtain because the heat retention rate of the first curtain member 70 is 30%. It is reflected by the member 70.

Further, the first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 are adjusted by the drive unit 10 so that there is a slight gap from the fully closed state, and for example, the overlap ratio of both is 80% to 90%. In the case of adjusting to, the same effect as the fully closed state can be obtained in most parts in terms of the light shielding ratio, but the air flow is ensured through the gap, so that most parts have two layers. Also, a high heat dissipation effect can be obtained.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, since two curtain members 70 and 80 arranged at different heights can be controlled, the curtain members are arranged in two layers in a fully opened state, substantially the same state as one curtain member. Although it is almost the same as the state, the heat release rate and the ventilation rate are high, the two curtain members 70 and 80 are fully closed, the light blocking rate and the heat retention rate are extremely high, etc. It can be controlled in various ways. Moreover, since only one drive unit 10 that controls the two curtain members 70 and 80 is required, the configuration is extremely simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

In the above description, a so-called flat greenhouse curtain device in which the curtain members 70 and 80 are stretched substantially parallel to the ground is described as an example, but as shown in FIG. In addition, the present invention can also be applied to so-called inclined tension in which the curtain members 70 and 80 are inclined. In this case, driving between the first pulley unit 30 and the second pulley unit 40 provided near one side surface and the other side surface of the greenhouse 100 is higher than the mounting height of the pulley units 30 and 40, respectively. A relay pulley unit 90 including relay pulleys 91 and 92 around which the traveling portions 21 and 22 of the wire 20 are wound is provided. The first curtain member 70 and the second curtain member 80 are provided between the first pulley unit 30 and the relay pulley unit 90 and between the second pulley unit 40 and the relay pulley unit 90, respectively. As a result, when the drive drum 11 rotates in the forward and reverse directions, the curtain members 70 and 80 arranged in the two layers can be controlled in various states from the fully open state to the fully closed state, as described above.
