Claims (2)
- 二酸化炭素を供給する二酸化炭素供給源と、
モディファイアを供給するモディファイア供給源と、
前記二酸化炭素供給源により供給される二酸化炭素と前記モディファイア供給源により供給されるモディファイアとを合流させる合流部と、
前記合流部で合流した二酸化炭素とモディファイアが流れる分析流路と、
前記分析流路中に試料を注入する試料注入部と、
前記分析流路上の前記試料注入部よりも下流に設けられ、前記試料注入部により注入された試料を成分ごとに分離する分離カラムと、を備え、
前記二酸化炭素供給源は、前記分析流路上における前記試料注入部と前記分離カラムとの間の位置で、前記分析流路を流れる流体にモディファイアを含まない二酸化炭素のみをさらに添加するように構成され、
前記分析流路上における前記試料注入部と前記分離カラムとの間に、前記分析流路を流れる流体と前記二酸化炭素供給源により供給される二酸化炭素とを混合するミキサが設けられている、超臨界流体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記二酸化炭素供給源は、二酸化炭素を送液する1つの二酸化炭素ポンプを有し、その二酸化炭素ポンプにより送液される二酸化炭素の一部を前記合流部へ送液し、残りを前記分析流路上における前記試料注入部と前記分離カラムとの間の位置へ送液するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の超臨界流体クロマトグラフ。
